“Mhnn”, she woke from her long sleep, still feeling sick and weary from the day before. “Show Light!“

“Wah!? Int is bigger!! And so is most Mana!" she thought as she check over everything, noticing her Mana sitting back at 10 points.
Awww... do I have to do it again?” she complained, pulling out another pearl and absorbing it, and hurting through the process as her body is flooded with fresh manna.

“AHH! Eyes hurt!” dragging her body out of the hole, the first thing that hit her was a flood of light, the entire area being lit up in a glow descending from the sky and revealing a whole new world. “COLOURS!!! There so much colour!! More than Red and Green!! The trees a strange mix of both! ...Yellow? Yes it Yellow!” She screeched in excitement, running from place to place as new words popped in and out of her mind, checking every rock or stem closely as she compared each against each other in a game of budding wonder.
“Wah this?” She slowed to a stop as she passed a small puddle of water that coalesced in a ditch, allured by an image filled with a colour not found within these trees. Touching it created ripples across the waters surface, her young mind working hard to comprehend the image.
“This... me?” she moved her head around, admiring the deep black eyes that sat two large at the centre and two small just above them. Her antenna shifted around, swaying slightly in the gentle breeze. Her mouth had chitin plates that acted as fake teeth, and a thick fuzz covered over everything else.
“Oh, my wings...”, she moved closer, turning around slightly to catch the wings in the reflection. “They are... sooo pretty!! The light makes them bright and... and cheery!”
She got entranced looking over each part of her new body, distracted from the world until the sounds of a heavy, rhythmic thumping rang out across the glen, only growing louder heading down and drawing her out of her bubble. The sounds started getting louder and in a desperate attempt to hide, she stood up and ran towards the hole.

Her body suddenly felt a lot heavier, causing her to trip and fall just meters away from where she started, the noise reaching just behind the foliage nearby.
"..into The Timeless Glen?!" a voice shouted.
"I didn't know there'd be a Kross attack!!” a lower voice replied.

"IN KROSS TERRITORY!?!?" they screamed.
“On the edge, of Kross territory!”
“YOU-”
“Hold on, I got something.” it called as rock hardened around the little moths ankle.
From the shadows walked out two beings, one tall and one very tall. The little moth looked on in surprise as a small screen opened up above each of their heads, both with different colours.
Channeller - ??
“What do we have here?”
Power Brawler - ???
“Classless, level 2, someone’s kid.”
“Mothman Child, Female. Not a species I recognise which... isn’t right. Though this place is completely isolated so anything’s possible. Depths, I’m surprised we even got in here, the Darkness is said to be impenetrable!” they laughed, which was apparently the wrong thing to do as the Brawler turned, giving them a terrifying glare.
“Oh no!!” the Channeller ran up to the little moth, placing glowing hands on her chest. “The poor things in Overflow!! And a bad case at that.”
All fear left as she snuggled into the comforting warmth being shared by the stranger, some weird feeling moving around, searching out every corner of her body and leaving her feeling better than she ever had even before gaining this new body. A myriad of screens appeared, listing various effects, and she took the time to go over them as they worked.

“Yeah, yeah, lets hurry this up.” The Brawler complained as the Channeller sat with her, removing the earth ankle lock.
“You sure? She’s very soft, just give it a try!”
The Brawler didn’t reply, just turning to leave back along their trail. “Don’t mind her, she secretly loves cute things like you.” The Channeller whispered, picking the little moth up and carrying her in their arms as they sprinted after her. “So how’d you go into Overflow, little one?”
“...”
“Hey Urath, I don’t think this one can speak.” The Channeller said to the Brawler, who seemed to mostly ignore them.
“Don’t be stupid, all kids are gifted a common tongue if they don’t manage to learn one by her age. Watch.”
“Hey kid. You understand me, yes?” The Brawler, Urath, turned to ask, seemingly unsurprised that the Channeller decided to bring her with them. The little moth nodded her head in response, bringing a smile to Urath’s face while taunting the Channeller.
The Channeller didn’t seem too happy about this, wearing a frown for a while before it flipped to a devious smile as they addressed their passenger. “Hey!! what’s her name! can you say it?” they asked the small form held firmly in their arms. She hesitated for a second, before with full confidence replying.
“Ura!”
CRACK
Almost instantaneously, Urath smashed her forehead into the closest tree forming a crater a good 10 meters round into the side causing the Channeller to whistle. “Is something wrong?” they asked. “I was just talking to this cute thing, when she said her first words and suddenly the tree exploded!”
“It. Was. Nothing.” she replied through clenched teeth.
“Oh... that’s unfortunate, because I believe she said ‘U-”
“Don’t get attached to the local. Carthur.” Urath snarled back.
“Oh she’s mad mad. Don’t worry kid, she doesn’t mean it!” Carthur reassured.
“AGRH. WHATS WITH THIS PLACE!?!? IS THERE’S NO DRY GROUND ANYWHERE?!”
While she was just about able to keep up with what they were saying, not understanding certain words, this was something the little moth could do to repay the two. She moved a bit to loosen up Carthurs grasp before jumping down to the ground and landing safely.
“I know!” she shouted back as she ran towards the hole to the dry, warm underground area she’d been using these last two days. Once she was sure the two were still behind her, she climbed down and in, expecting the other two to follow after. What she didn’t expect was for the wall to open up as both Urath and Carthur walked right in before it sealed behind them.
“Oh, this’ll do nicely.”
