Urath sat down next to Carthur as he finished up some magical diagram in his notes. There wasn’t many who could create good paper even with skills, so they were usually only used for important things, Carthurs notes were an example of that.
“You said there was something you wanted to discuss?”
Carthur put his notes down with a sigh. “It’s about our plans.”
“My calculations are off, very far off.”
“I assume you don’t mean for the better.”
“Yeah... it’s bad. Instead of the predicted few years passing a day, which would have left at least a general likeness in areas when we finally left, Its passing orders of magnitude faster. Forget days, it could be minutes, even seconds per year passing us even now.”
“And if it’s faster than even that, its only a matter of time before something catastrophic happens that obliterates us and everything else here. We need to leave. Soon.”
Urath very much didn’t like the sound of that. With enough time their considerably high levels and classes could be reduced to common or even weak levels against millennia of progression.
“What about the kid?”
“I know, she’s not ready to face anything in the area nearby. It was dangerous while we still lived, let alone tens of thousands of years in the future.” Carthur said.
“We are not just leaving her in this... time bubble.”
“She would at least need her first class to stand a chance, and hopefully a strong one, but doing so could take a years at least.” Carthur winced, trying to choose his next words carefully. “I... have an idea on how to fix that... but it would require a lot.”
“It all hinges on the little moths constitution... and if the [System] is willing to allow it.”
“She is currently somewhere between a beast, or monster, and a humanoid race, and so the [System] allows her to gain levels from manna, ambient or otherwise. That, and her species seems able to absorb manna from various sources to persist on in lieu of eating anything physically.”
“I don’t like where this is going.” Urath commented with growl.
“From that manna, like any other beast, she is able to gain levels and therefore it should be possible to speed level her to her first class by passing large quantities of manna through her system.”
“Carthur"
“Yes, she would enter [Overflow], too powerful manna flowing through a system, and probably [Overfill], too much manna passing through a system. But such a thing is unavoidable if we are going to do this correctly. Luckily this place is centred underneath a field of solidified manna and the air is rich in the same type, a type I believe to have create the little moth in the first place.”
“CARTHUR! You’d kill the kid before she gains even one level!!” Urath shouted, keeping her voice just quite enough as not to wake the little moth who slept on the other side of the room.
“Not exactly... Not if you helped...” Carthur left the rest unsaid, as he opened his notebook back up and continued drawing more symbols and diagrams on a fresh page. He was clearly trying to avoid any further discussion.
Urath didn't know what to think, she was a fighter, not a planner, she always left stuff like this to Carthur for a reason. Still, she knew what Carthur said to be true, and even with a class the little moth would still be at great danger unless it was powerful. She also knew what Carthur wanted of her, of her part of the plan.

She knew she could take it, the strain of their plan.
It was Carthur she was worried about.
----------------------------------------
The little moth awoke to Urath and Carthur already undertaking the tasks of the day, though there was some unfamiliarity too it. When they noticed her up and active, reaching for her breakfast of manna shards they stopped her, taking her aside to talk.
It was Carthur that spoke first.
“There’s a bad magic in the air, and we need to leave soon.”
The little moth seemed about to shout out before Carthur stopped her with a hand on her shoulder.
“We plan to take you with us, only, you are too weak to last outside this glen. For this, I have created a spell to grant you enough levels to take your first class. Once I have drawn a focusing circle around you, you will not be able to leave without breaking it. If all my designs are correct, I should be able to draw slightly from the time bubble we have found ourselves in to speed the process up rapidly, shortening it from 7 days to just 7 hours.”
Urath took her hand and lead her to a spot they had marked on the ground, as Carthur used some magical inks and powders to mark out the complex symbols and shapes that made up the spell around her. It was only a few minutes before they both took a seat either side of the circle and Carthur moved to begin.
The circle started to glow all around her, manna pouring in in a spectacle of lights that held her gaze.
For the first hour there was no change, the little moth just sat in the circle of lights and enjoyed the warm feeling of manna flowing though her in large quantities.

The first level came with the start of the second hour, and again, nothing had changed, her attention was starting to slip as a need to move set in.
Level Up!
The second level came and she wished Carthur or Urath was free to play with her or just talk to distract her by the passing of time, but they just sat still with their eyes shut tight as the spell worked on and on, only a slight discomfort on their face showing any life.
Level Up!
The third came and went, and much stayed the same, but some groans and grunts from the two caught her attention as she noticed what looked to be pain on their faces.
Level Up!
Her eyes stayed fixed switching between Urath and Cathur as time ran on, and to her great distress, the pain on their faces slowly changed to that of anguish and suffering as blood poured from small tears in their skin.
She was only stopped from exiting the circle and ending the spell by both raising their hands and urging her to stay within. The little moth could only watch on as Urath and Carthur slowly deteriorated in front of her from the power of the spell as the minutes counted down to the final level.
