While Shen was sleeping I was awake reading the rest of the Setka’s book in the library. It had a lot of stuff that I barely understood. I got up ready to leave the library when Setka said “hurry up and get back to your dorm your under attack.” This startled me. We were being attacked. “By who?” I asked him. He was silent. I hated it when he did that it was aggravating. I had unanswered questions that needed answering like who we were getting attacked by and how many there were.

I ran back to my dorm but when I reached the common room I saw a skill flash through my head. Actually it was two. One was Lightning charge were you channel lightning through your body increasing speed power and durability as well as reflexes. The other was lightning barrage. You shoot out thousands of lightning bolts it was usually used for a huge number of enemies.

I activated lightning charge and got there within seconds of when I activated it. I closed my eyes and focused on the sounds coming from inside. There were probably 4 people excluding Deon and Fen. I had heightened senses and can use them freely. I normally only use it in basketball however it was a dire time. I activated Lightning barrage and fired it straight into the room through the door.

Boom!

 The door burst into tiny pieces and the bolts continued and hit everything apart from Deon and Fen. Deon was on the floor and rolled behind a couch and Fen jumped behind the kitchen counter. There were three people in the living room. One looked past out and the other two looked shocked as they got off of the floor and looked at me. They were stunned. Deon took this advantage and leaped at the girl in the black hood and they continued to fight. The boy looked at me. He had black hair and black eyes. He carried this aura that said “I stronger, more important and better then everyone!”

I looked at him and laughed. He was even more shocked when he saw me. I took this advantage and activated Lightning charge and smashed into him. I launched a barrage of punches and kicks. He was taken aback by what I was doing so I landed all of them. He rolled on the floor and he got up and smiled. He charged at me. I got in my stance and I was suddenly hit from behind. The guy that was knocked out had gotten up. He was closest to the door and taken the brunt of the attack.

I was sent crashing through the bath room door. Once I got up I stretched out my hand and summoned lightning and shot it out. The guy took it on. He continued moving. It was like the lightning had not even fazed him. It should have at least given him some shock. He tried to punch me but I rolled out of the way. He smashed the sink breaking it into pieces. I grabbed the largest piece and smashed him with it. It broke as he laughed. I ran out the room. I was in between the Nobel and the crazy fuck. “Go easy on him Calvin. You don’t want to break out new toy so easy.” The Nobel said lazily. “Fine. Why not?” Calvin replied. He took off his robe and he had armour underneath. He removed it and charged. He had a muscular body and he charged like a bull. I’m serious he had his head down and started running. I felt the vibrations from him. I saw that he had grown some horns on his head. I smiled. I had a plan. Looking back it was stupid but then I thought it was affective.

 I charged straight at him activating lightning charge as I ran towards him and grabbed his horns and jumped over him and smashed him into the ground. I missed his arms by a centimetre. It was obvious this was done to him before but it was behind were I was. He thought I was going to use his momentum against him but I used my own stronger momentum and smashed him into the ground behind him with no remorse.

Crack!

A whole the size of Calvin’s head was created as he tunnelled through it. I got up and walked to the Nobel “Your next Bitch!” I said pointing at him. He looked at me arrogantly while I was smiling. I ran to him and swung for his head. He ducked and tried to punch me in the stomach but I left it open on purpose. I grabbed his arm and smashed his face with my knee. He was flung upwards with a nose bleed.  While he was in midair I landed a blow on his stomach. He landed on his feet. He smiled and said to me “You’re interesting boy. I can’t wait to fight you 100% but you’re too weak right now. So I will show you 10% of my full power.” He stretched out his arm, his fingers were pointing to me. Thunder boomed. Lightning flashed as a bolt arched from the tip of his middle finger to my chest.

Boom!

I was sent flying back and into a wall. The lightning continued. For some weird reason it didn’t hurt. It was recharging me. I was feeding off of his lightning. I looked at him and said “I don’t get it.”

“Don’t get what?” he asked

“You’re soo proud of being this strong yet it feels like nothing.” I answered. That finally pushed him over the edge. “Fine how’s 20% bitch?” I screamed in pain as it passed through me. Oh my god. This was so painful but it was only pain. I can handle pain. I passed out as a aura smashed into me.
