Before Hu Tao returned to the main dimension, Bing was forced to deal with the remaining cultivators on his own for the most part. An uphill battle against two higher staged cultivators that just took some forbidden pills that boosted their martial ability beyond their normal levels! Bing felt like these two could probably take on cultivators one stage above them with those pills! They had to be insane to pop those just for small fries like them! His only ally at the moment was Quon who was taking care of the other disciples with a single slap of his tentacles.
“Gah!” Bing was knocked away by Peizhi’s blade.
“You’re pretty brave to try and take us on by yourself. My Dragon Style: Blade of the Fierce Claw isn’t something a 6th stage should try and handle. Just give up and let us ask you some simple questions.” Peizhi tried to reason.
“I’d love to sit and talk with you but it’s kind of hard to do that when you’re trying to kill me!” Bing blocked Shing’s kick with his shield but not his second one that sent him flying into a tree.
“Kill em both Bing! Bash their heads in!” Ying cheered from the side as she was being healed by Lei Zhi.
“Please don’t move around so much. I’m trying to speed up the effects of the recovery pills and if I miss, I might actually worsen your wounds.” Lei Zhi softly spoke.
“Oh. Sorry.” She immediately froze up like a statue, remembering back on those guys at Jing’s house that he practiced on earlier. She’s already experienced enough pain for today.
“Harder said than done!” Bing replied to her cheers, desperately struggling for his life.
Peizhi was at the 8th stage and Shing was at the 7th stage. A measly 6th stage like Bing was taking on these two in hopes of overcoming them? That’s ridiculous. He was simply holding out till Hu Tao returned. Hu Tao would be his saving grace here if Ying couldn’t recover in time. For some reason they continued to attack him and only him, leaving both Lei and Ying alone. He was grateful for that. They weren’t total scums just more than half scum. Especially with the way they were double teaming him!
Bing wasn’t the most nimble or agile of martial artists but he could move in ways that his size wouldn’t suggest he should be able to. He leaped out of the way of their combined attack and clutched his hand around a tree. Looking down on them both would make it easier to react to their attacks. Or so he thought for that brief second, Bing immediately had to leap to the next tree as his old one got broke in half by the duo. He jumped from tree to tree, avoiding the two to the best of his ability. They were chasing after him without even holding back a little bit!
“Don’t run! Do you think with your size you can get away from us?!” Shing shouted, clutching his head in pain.
“Yes, if you continue to run, we’ll just have to target your two friends over there instead.” Peizhi brought up.
“Bleep!” Bing landed on a tree with both of his feet and shot off towards Peizhi. He used Swift Devil.
“Bleep?” They repeated with confusion.
This move was done as soon as he landed on the tree, giving neither Peizhi or Shing any time to respond! Due to Shing’s Clearing Mind Pill, he was able to react faster than his ally and dodge the human cannonball coming straight towards them. Unfortunately for Peizhi, his reaction was barely enough to respond to Bing’s sudden technique. He was forced to strike out with his most powerful blade technique unless he wanted to be gravely wounded by someone 2 stages below him!
“Dragon Style: 9 Strikes of Fury!” Peizhi cried out.
His blade transformed into a fearsome dragon that greedily looked upon Bing’s soft white virgin flesh. It struck without restraint like a young master whose urges could no longer be contained within his robes. Seeing this incredibly dangerous martial technique that sent chills all the way down to his bones, Bing brought his shield directly in front of him and used his qi to spin himself around in a spiral. With how big his shield has gotten from absorbing the blood of so many corpses, its grown large enough to shield his entire upper body in his current predicament.

Peizhi’s blade couldn’t find a single weak point in Bing’s technique to strike at! Meaning he had to unleash all 9 of his mighty strikes and hope that he would be able to destroy the shield. The first 3 strikes were barely enough to stop Bing from drilling into him. The next 3 stopped the round cultivator’s spin entirely, leaving him helpless in mid-air. And the final 3 strikes were completely missed as Bing’s discs appeared underneath his butt and flew off with him!
“No way...” Peizhi spat blood from his mouth as the side effects of the Qi Boosting pill wore off.
He dropped to the ground no longer able to call upon his qi. Effectively as weak as a mortal and useless in this fight. Fortunately, it seems he wasn’t crippled. He could still feel his qi within himself and not leaking out of his dantian. Upon seeing his ally’s situation, Shing decided to go all out as well. Knowing the side effects of his pills would soon act up as well. He got ready to charge towards Bing and let him taste his ultimate offensive technique, Frenzied Kicks of the White Swan!
“Where do you think you’re going?” Ying appeared behind him and lifted him up with one arm.
The immense pressure being held on his neck quickly stopped any signs of resistance. This girl could crush his neck without even trying if he moved the slightest inch. She struck him with a single blow to his back and that was all it took to take him out of action. He screamed a horrible cry as Ying’s punch landed straight on his kidney and fainted from the sheer pain of her crazy strength. She dropped him and waved to Bing before walking over to him. Unknown to her or Bing, Lei Zhi was calmly investigating the after effects of those pills the two young men swallowed. For the sword wielder, his dantian was swollen badly. His qi points were fine but if he was to try and treat this boy’s wounds, he’d need something to bring down the swelling of his dantian and to aid in the recovery of his 7 main qi points inside his dantian. With the body cultivator, his brain was close to bursting! Lei Zhi took a quick glance inside his combat martial art, God’s Fingers, and tried to see if there was anything he could do to deal with this.
“You’re planning to heal the guys who just tried to kill me?” Bing asked with a little anger in his voice.
“They weren’t trying to kill you. And no, I'm not planning to heal them. I wanted to see if there was a way, I could stop what was happening to them.” He flipped through the pages of the small book filled with thousands of pages with his finger.
He slowly stabbed his pink needles in certain delicate spots in Shing’s brain, taking notice of the changes in his brain. It didn’t stop the process of it shutting down but he did manage to slow it. The brain was a very delicate organ that couldn’t be stabbed, prodded, and poked at with leisure. To Bing and Ying it looked like Lei was playing around with a corpse by stabbing so many holes in his skull. If one played around with a look of utmost seriousness and concentration.
“Just let him die. They did try and mess with us first.” Ying calmly suggested.
“You two can return without me. I’d like to practice some more.” He told them as Quon patiently floated next to him.
“What if they wake up and try and capture you? There’s no way we can leave you behind.” Bing said.
“In the condition these two are in, I doubt they’d be able to put up a fight against a 1st stage Qi Gatherer. That boy over there can barely access his dantian, making him just slightly stronger than the normal mortal. If this one wakes up, he’ll be in no position to even move. Much less try and capture me.” Lei Zhi somewhat explained.
“We’re still not leaving.” Ying declared.
“Alright then. I’ll be busy over here then.” Thus, he spoke no longer and continued to fiddle with Shing’s brain.
“Where do you think Hu Tao went?” Bing asked.
“I don’t know but it’s better without him here.” Ying huffed.
“I never seen him use that martial technique before. I wonder if he got it from Bleep.” He continued to conversate.
“Or he got it from the Treasured Plains.” Ying added another possibility, already knowing who he was speaking about.
“True.”
Ying felt awkward. She felt uncomfortable, nervous, and not like herself at all. Even though Lei was right behind them, it didn’t help her emotions at all. It was like she and Bing were alone together and that made her feel weird! But she didn’t know why that made her feel weird! It was just Bing! Her friend. Her ally. Someone she could trust. Someone she wouldn’t mind...
Ying quickly shook her head as a deep blush colored her face. Just what the hell was she thinking!? She felt like punching Bing in her embarrassment but stopped herself. What was she a child? There was a better way to express her emotions than violently lashing out.
“Talk to me, idiot. Don’t just clam up. No wonder you’re not popular with girls...” Ying muttered.
“What?! I was just trying to be considerate of-” His words were cut off as a black mucus-like sludge appeared from the ground and Hu Tao slowly rose from it. He took a second to look around before shouting.
“Oi! What the hell is this!?”
