Part 1 : Epilogue

"Alium is dead, Elase, and there is nothing you can do about it! We will- we must become Unbound! For the sake of this terrible world, we must cast you down so we can end it all! You know not the pain me and my kin feel. You and your petty humans sing for order and glee, while my people cry and wallow in despair. Dhalene feels the same way. Its over Elase. I am sorry it had to end this way. At least now you serve a greater purpose. The ruin of this iteration."

"How does your plot go, Dhalene?" something said.

"We have secured a foothold on Enderall, my forces will move in shortly," Another thing responded, "For Ruin."

"For Ruin. You are dismissed."

Two things hung in nothingness. Two then became one. Something continued to exist in this void, an endless abyss with no end.

"Is this how you felt, Father Galem, when you tried to kill us all? Did you look over what you had created and thought it revolting so you vowed to end it? We do not do it in disgust like you did however," something commented, the nothingness around it shuddering and rippling at his remarks, "How many iterations did you suffer through in the end? Before even your masterpiece was 'ruined'? I dare not comprehend.

"My men populate your land and desecrate it. For Ruin. Not destruction, creation or even for your so-called preservation. Ruin. Why-"

"Obelisk," the nothingness tore as another something came into existence, "We have noticed something. We may be able to move in sooner than we initially thought."

"And how does that warrant interrupting me, Dhalene?!" The something shouted, its thoughts of malice.

"It wasn't due to us being more efficient or finding a better way to transport our men. The Observer told me of it. Someone aids us."

"A mortal?" something replied, alarmed.

"A tugging at my soul first notified me of it. I believe our counterparts lead us, although unwillingly, to a better foothold. Our men already populate their forest and this village of theirs will be an excellent place to first make our mark on Enderall. We can still proceed with the other foothold although we would have to do that at a later date to gather enough troops."

"Show me this foothold. We shall see. For Ruin."

"For Ruin."
