Jonathan turned and strode toward the center of the world as it began to shrink around him, going from the previous 100 meters by 100 meters to about 50 meters by 50 meters. Then the space changed as the blank white ground transformed into lush grass, trees sprouted undergoing years of growth in mere seconds, flowers sprouted and bloomed, and a gravel path emerged from the ground leading to a modest 2-story family house.
Jonathan smiled as he stood on the doorstep and surveyed his new land, before opening the door and going inside. The house was fully furnished, with a living room, a dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, a bedroom, and a studio.
He went into the studio and sat at the computer table, thought for a few seconds, then began to design something on the computer. He worked for a few hours and then closed the computer, before closing the computer with a smile.

Gene Enhancement
The genes of humans are perfected, making it so humans are no longer born with genetic defects. Any Humans currently possessing genetic defects will have their genes repaired and perfected.
Regeneration
The regeneration speed of humans is increased a hundredfold. This will also increase the potency of regeneration, thereby increasing the levels of injuries that can be healed. However great injuries such as lost limbs will remain unhealable.
Strength
The muscle power of humans is increased tenfold. This also increases muscle density, so the physical form will not change, and will also increase bone density to compensate for extra weight.
LIfespan
The lifespan of humans will increase tenfold. This will only increase the peak of life span juvenile and old age periods of the human lifespan will remain unchanged. This should increase the human lifespan to approximately 1000 years.
In the city of Cairo, once the capital of Egypt, in an innocuous building, 13 people sat around an ornate table. The table was strangely shaped, it looked like a circle but with the top cut off. "You should all know why I have called this meeting, correct?" Said the one in the middle of the three.
After seeing a chorus of nods he continued "Do you think the purpose of this "Ultimate" is? And what is the chance that he's real?"
"It could be aliens, but you would need a level of technology far surpassing ours to even make these screens, let alone fulfill these options. I believe that the chance of it being aliens is unlikely." said a woman at the round part of the table.
"While that is a fair point 7, you must admit that the probability of aliens is more likely than the probability of it being this 'Ultimate'." said a man on the round side.
"And why would that be more likely 12? We have no evidence-" said the woman who had been called 7.
"Enough you two this argument is pointless." said one of the three in front, interrupting her.
"As 2 said, whether aliens or God did it, makes no difference to us. Even if told people to not choose, there will always be those who do not listen to us. An option will be chosen regardless of what we do." Added the last member of the three.
"So we have to choose the best option and guide as many people as possible to choose it." he finished.
"Well if we're considering the options then the first one to eliminate will be the option for strength, right?" said one of the two men on the edge of the round side next to the three.
"Agreed 4, physical strength is far less useful in this age of robots. The only part of that worth considering is the enhanced bone and muscle density which would be useful against impacts."
"Perhaps, but that upside pales in comparison to the other options." said 12, the one who had argued for aliens earlier.
"All in favor of striking Strength from the list of options?" said the one who had begun the meeting, seeing no disagreement he then said, "Motion passed."
"The next one to eliminate is the called gene perfection." said 2, the one who had interrupted the argument between 7 and 12. "It affects too few people."
Seeing that nobody was arguing against her statement, the one in the middle of the three once again called to strike that option, and nobody objected.
"The one that we should choose is regeneration, just the base effect is undoubtedly useful." said the man on the right side of 7 "But if you think a bit deeper you will see that it has a lot more benefits than that. As 8 was about to respond he was cut off by the woman on the left side of 12. "Even though modern medicine can cure most diseases there are still many that we can't cure, and that's just the side benefit, the real benefits are from normal injuries."
"So what no matter how many people are saved by faster healing can that compare to the amount of people that will be saved from other injuries? The vast majority of human deaths in the current era are from old age-related causes."
The argument continued with more and more people adding their opinions
"Both of the options undoubtedly bring great benefits," said the man in the seat opposite 5. "But in the overall scope, I'd say lifespan is worth more."
"Agreed 13" For the first time since the meeting began, the man in the middle of the three-spoke outside of calling for votes. "Lifespan will have more profound effects than can be seen at first glance it will enhance the lifespan of not only common people but also scientists and researchers. It will result in a vastly improved effect over time than could be achieved through regeneration."
The other two members of the three also nodded, giving their agreement.
"I agree with 1 and 13," said 2 "How different would the world be if the likes of Nicola Tesla, Albert Einstein, or Isaac Newton were still alive?"
"All in the agreement of choosing Lifespan?" 1 asked, Seeing no disagreement he reached out and pressed a button on the underside of the table. "Summarise our discussion about the options and post an announcement containing the pros and cons of the 4 options and why we believe that lifespan is the best option."
10 minutes later an alert was displayed to every person who was on the internet. The alert would send you to the official earth league website, where you would find an announcement about the mysterious screen that had appeared in front of everyone.
The announcement did wonders to reassure people and calm the great storm that had boiled up in social media. Most people were convinced and decided to choose lifespan, even if some were not convinced.
Soon the voting began, and the Final results were as follows, Gene Enhancement at 3%, Regeneration at 12%, Strength at 2%, and Lifespan at 87%.
