RISE OF THE HOLY DEMONIC GOD
Last day of School and Surprised everyone. [2]

Last day of School and Surprised everyone. [2]

Rey, who had hastily left his house, quickly covered a safe distance and entered a secluded street seldom frequented by people.

"Why must you persist to the point of spamming?" Rey inquired, his headache intensifying as Aiden repeated his name incessantly.

"Pay attention, for what I'm about to reveal could be of significant assistance to you," Aiden declared, noticing Rey's heightened curiosity.

"Go ahead, I'll consider it once you've shared," Rey responded with an air of indifference, though internally he was brimming with anticipation.

"You do realize that the 'Eternal Omniverse System' is not an ordinary system found just anywhere; it is the progenitor of all systems dispersed throughout the cosmos, correct?" Aiden posed the question, reminding Rey of their conversation from several days prior when Rey first received the system notification.

"Yes, then what?" he asked, still confused.

"I already told you, it's only available to the true gods and their chosen candidates," Aiden stated, to which Rey simply nodded.

"So, it's essentially too powerful to be controlled by anything, only by its own consciousness, right?" Aiden clarified, and Rey nodded once more.

"What I mean is that it grants a privilege to the host of an ability you've remembered so well that after mentioning its name, I don't need to describe it, correct?" He spoke, his words becoming a labyrinthine puzzle that tested Rey's patience.

"So, tell me now. Is it a new ability, an AI bot, or something like a starter package?" Rey inquired, his feet barely touching the ground as if he was about to receive a new power.

"Okay, wait—listen to this. Nothing is ever simple for a true god candidate. They are trained to be the god of gods, each at their own rank. For instance, someone at peak rank 0 could rival another at mid rank 1 strength. The disparity only widens with each rank up. A rank 5 true demigod might match a rank 6, and some may even challenge multiple rank 6s while still at rank 5. Our former master was beyond their league, defeating a newly ascended god as a rank 4. So, never assume anything is easy," Aiden stated, his face stern.

"Okay, okay, just don't be so serious and tell me what the ability is," Rey said, stepping back a little as Aiden, while speaking, pushed him slightly and was already on his head.

"Ah yes, I was saying that the ability is called ," Aiden said, and some zero particles formed the word he had just pronounced.

"Huh, what the hell?" Rey shouted as the words vanished.

"Why the hell are you wasting my time with this trash ability?" Rey said, his dreams shattered, a sad look in his eyes.

"What are you talking about? This is an ability many desires but only a few true candidates can wield," Aiden replied, puzzled by the boy's discontent.

"I've seen this before; it's classic. In our manga and novels, an inventory is a basic ability given to the main character by their system, and you're telling me it's special? I don't buy it," Rey retorted as he turned to leave.

"Wait, what are you talking about it is a supreme ability made from the full comprehension of the time and space law and you are saying its common where did you think you can find that much inventory." Aiden asked as he was getting angry about how this boy can do something like that.

"Every manga or novel I've read includes that in their system, and you're telling me it's unique or special? I can't believe that. And what are these laws you speak of that the main character learns every fifth novel, using his system to quickly understand and grow stronger?" Rey said, his face clouded with skepticism.

"How can you even compare those things? Do you think the laws we comprehend are the same as the others?" Aiden asked, and after a moment, Rey nodded.

"You're on the wrong path, kid. The laws we use are entirely different from those so-called fake gods who can only master 80% of its power, which they believe is the full extent, but we comprehend 99%. Only those with the origin law can grasp the full 100%, and to date, no one has fully understood it. If you manage to fully comprehend it, then no one could defeat you, even if you're rank 4 or 5," Aiden explained, and only then did Rey grasp how invaluable this origin law was.

"Fine, I'll use this . Happy now?" Rey conceded, about to stow his bag inside but noticing something already there—an icon resembling an iron box.

"Hey, Aiden, you said there's no such thing as a beginner's box, but look, there's one right here," he pointed out, indicating the box icon.

"Oh, that's just the safe we took from the factory after dealing with Jacob; we needed funds for your growth," Aiden clarified, as Rey's thoughts turned to the potential wealth inside, eager to check the contents.

"Hey, kid, aren't you running late for school?" Aiden interjected, bringing him back to reality.

"Oh, I almost forgot. Thanks, Aiden; I'll check it out later," he said as he stowed his bag and began sprinting towards his school.

His pace was just shy of that of trained athletes, but it was still so swift that onlookers could only glimpse a fleeting image before he vanished.

Rey had already covered half the distance and decided to take a shortcut to arrive early since only fifteen minutes remained, and he was confident he could make it in five.

"Let's do this," he declared, starting to run down the street, astonished at how his once frail body had grown so much stronger.

'I'm not even tired after all this running, nor is there a single drop of sweat,' he reflected, recalling how he used to get exhausted and drenched in sweat after just a few minutes of running.

But now, everything had changed.

As he hurried along, he encountered barricades blocking the road, sealing off the factory gates.

"Officer, may I inquire what has transpired here?" he asked the policeman on patrol.

"Young man, this area is off-limits at the moment, please move along," the officer replied upon noticing Rey's approach.

"But sir, I must traverse this area to reach my school. I'm already tardy, and any detour will only add to my delay. Could you possibly allow me to pass along the edge?" he pleaded, adopting a sorrowful expression.

"Do not test my patience, young man. Retreat now; I have no desire to face reprimand from my superiors, nor do I wish to detain you," the officer warned, as Rey's feigned vulnerability faltered, revealing a mismatch between his demeanor and physique.

"Astonishing performance," Aiden remarked, bursting into uncontrollable laughter at Rey's exaggerated display, which was incongruent with his robust build and countenance.

He walked away, yet he wasn't prepared to back down. Thus, he chose to sneak away. When the man wasn't looking, he climbed the wall beside him, using it to traverse the area. As he observed, he caught sight of the place that halted him in his tracks.
