Adrian tries to channel wind to gather to him and make his fall slower, but nothing happened.

Adrian tried to cast the spell over and over again, But there was no effect.

"Wait, How did i survive this again?" Adrian asked himself.

A beam of light came down from the sky, Hitting onto the platform of the summoning ritual. The beam disappeared and revealed the summoned heroes. As Adrian was about to hit the ground, He trusted that someone would save him again.

As he was close to the floor, He immediately appeared on Aerilyn's arm, Holding him like a newly wed wife. Everyone around them were shocked by her reaction time and grasp of magic.

("What the hell? Aerilyn? She expected it the whole time huh. Just how many times have she saved me?)

("Wait, how did she catch me? Did she stop time? If she did then where did all my velocity go?)

"Hi, Adrian you are safe now" Aerilyn said interrupting Adrian's train of thoughts.

*Aerilyn POV*

"Huh?? Since when did he use that? Out of all the attempts I did, He never said anything like that before. I haven't even made decisions yet, how did it change?" I asked myself.

"Can you please let me go now?" He asked.

"Oh, S-sorry" I quickly let go of Adrian, He then falls onto the ground and hit his back.

"Oh, Im really sorry are you ok?"

"Yeah, Im alright it wasn't that big of a drop anyway." He replied.

*Adrian POV*

("She looks bothered. Did I say something wrong?")

"Are you two done yet?" A mysterious figure asked. The mysterious figure came up to us.

"I shall introduce myself before I entertain questions that you might have. My name is William Raven, As my last name suggests im from the Raven family, The Raven family is part of the 5 main Noble Families" William said.

"Hello! M-my name is uh A-aerilyn Silver " Aerilyn said whilst putting on a shy face.

"My name is Elijah Silver" the guy next to Aerilyn said.

"Um my name is Lesley Dempsay" The girl to Aerilyn's right said.

"My name is Adrian Miller" I stated while putting on a proud face.

The introduction continued on for sometime. I used this time to analyze the situation I was currently in.

("Damn it, Why couldn't i cast my spells? Why couldn't I call on Kiana? Didn't she say our contract isn't bound by space and time?") I asked myself.

"It is now time to head inside the castle. You shall meet the king. We had also prepared a feast for the arrival of our heroes." William stated. This statement alone made everyone excited by all the meals they could eat, It also mean't they would have the chance to explore the castle.

We arrive at the castle. It was big, dusty, old. But it had amazing designs made out of gold. They also had a huge garden filled unknown flowers.

The guards then open 2 massive doors. We were then greeted by the king of the kingdom.

"Greetings, Heroes!" the king exclaimed.

"My name is Icnard Dalinmar. I am the king of this great country.

"Welcome great heroes to Dalinmar".

"Same as ever" Adrian mumbled to himself.

After sometime it was finally time for them to go to sleep. Adrian did his night routine which is to do some push-ups and to meditate to regain his lost mana.

"Eh??. EHHHHHH??????"

"WHERE DID MY MANA GO?"

Adrian was suprised after finding out he has no mana. His core wasn't even formed yet.

"I really have to start from square 1 again??"

"Well lets do this. Its gonna take a while to form. But since I did it before i should know how to do it now" Adrian proudly claimed.

After about half an hour he stopped.

"Its no use I have to do this bit by bit again." Adrian said while catching his breath.

"This stupid body is so weak"

"I can barely do 5 push-ups what the hell."

"Well if I do remember correctly tommorow is the examination. Because I was a mistake. I was never given a core so I have to form it myself."

"My top priority right now is to make sure I form my mana core and get a bit stronger."

"I should probably get some rest for tonight."

*Aerilyn POV*

"Somethings off about him this run."

"Did I do something different?"

"Did I breath to early? Were my hands off by a few centimeters? Was my smile too small? Or was it too big? So much things to consider."

"Could it be? He time trav-"

Someone knocked at the door interupting Aerilyn.

*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

"Uh, um who is it?"

"Its Lesley. I just wanted to know if your ok."

"Huh, Im always ok. Its just a new world you know I mean all of us were shocked right?"

"Oh I see well im glad that your ok. I will see you tommorow good night!.

"Yeah you too Lesley."

Lesley goes back to her room.

"Im probably overthinking it I will just go to sleep. I'll just observe him tommorow."

*Adrian POV*

"Ugh. What time is it?"

"Kiana! what ti-"

"Oh yeah I can't contact her"

Adrian stands up and slides his curtains.

"Its dawn"

"I should start strenghtening my body. It should be easier to relearn my sword skills. But keeping up with multiple casts and fast swings. Im pretty sure my endurance and body strenght won't hold on."

Adrian walks towards the door and exits it. He then went to the training room. He knew where it was since its his second time witnessing the castle for the first time. The training room seems to be a wide space with seats on the outersides in the middle there were movable dummies to practice on.

After a few minutes the sun began to rise and Adrian knew it was time from him to rest. He goes back to his room and takes a shower. He again began forming his mana core.

*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

"Its time for breakfast please head towards the dinning hall" a woman said across the door.

"Yeah. Hold on I'll be right there in a second."

The womans footstep could be heard walking away from Adrian's door.

"There I have successfully gathered the fragments together I just need to piece them up."

"I should better head down"

Adrian leaves his room and goes towards the dining hall.
