White Fang

AN: So i keep forgetting the natural defense that aura provides and just wrote a natural fight but I really like the fight scene I wrote so I'll let you guys tell me if I should fix it or its fine and that their aura just broke off screen lol.

Weiss's POV:

It's been a day since taking over the company, and I've adjusted to the responsibilities more smoothly than expected. While it can be tiring and overwhelming, I'm adapting quickly and efficiently, thanks to my ability to process information swiftly.

In terms of my training, I've made some adjustments. Rather than doing everything back-to-back, I now allocate specific tasks to certain days, allowing for better organization.

Unfortunately, some employees disregarded my warnings about discrimination, particularly towards faunus individuals. As a result, I had to let go of those individuals. It was a necessary step to demonstrate my zero-tolerance policy and the seriousness with which I approach this issue.

Aside from that, the transition has been surprisingly smooth. The media has been eager to exploit my new role as CEO, seeking to extract as many views as they can. However, I mostly ignored them and focused on my paperwork.

Recently, I held a meeting with the board of directors to discuss a potential partnership with Atlas Academy. The idea is for us to supply them with dust while they provide us with financial support. Although some members of the board are still apprehensive, most have come to terms with the changes since I still have some "motivation" but I don't want to use that all the time so I'll bring them to my side with the new success I'm going to bring to the company.

It's currently 11 o'clock, and I find myself finishing some paperwork in Jacques' old office at the Schnee mansion. Klein, our butler, tried to persuade me to take a break, but I assured him that I'm fine. Instead, he brought me a cup of coffee, which I have strangely been craving instead of my usual cup of tea. I also sent Mom and Whitely on a vacation so they can relax somewhere outside the mansion.

After tidying up the documents, I turn off the lights and make my way to my room. Changing into my sleepwear, I prepare to go to bed. However, a feeling of unease washes over me, like my instincts are hinting that something might happen tonight. I decided to trust my instincts and took Myrtenaster, my weapon, and hid it under the pillow next to me.

As I lie down, I can't help but think, " 1 year until Beacon." Then, everything fades to black.

Adam Taurus's POV:

It's time to deal with the Schnee family once and for all. I've given some White Fang members a mission to go to Atlas and eliminate the new CEO of the Schnee Dust Company. It's finally the moment for me to exact my revenge… I mean our revenge for all the pain they have caused us.

My thoughts are interrupted by my scroll which starts ringing. I pick it up and see that it's the White Fang members I sent to Atlas. With a smile, I answer their call.

"Do you have eyes on the target?" I inquire.

"Yes, sir. We have the Schnee in our sights," one of them responds, the contempt evident in his voice.

"Good. I want you to make her suffer, have her pay for her family's sins," I say firmly.

"Of course, sir. We'll begin right away," he replies before ending the call.

"This is excellent. With no more Schnee's, my people will no longer be oppressed, and those vile humans will face fewer threats," I thought to myself before cackling in my seat.

"Now, all that remains is to convince Blake that my path is the right one, and she will be mine forever. By the time she realizes what I've done, it will be too late for her to leave."

With that thought, I delve back into my work, formulating a plan for the next attack on a dust shipment.

3rd pov:

Schnee Mansion

The moment had arrived. The White Fang members, having gotten past any security the Schnee family had outside their estate, managed to navigate their way through the huge mansion and reached the area where Weiss Schnee lay unsuspectingly.

Silently, they approached Weiss's room, their footsteps muffled by the thick carpeting. With hearts filled with malice, they prepared to carry out their dark mission and eliminate the Schnee CEO.

Carefully, one of the members turned the doorknob, causing the door to creak open. Their eyes scanned the dimly lit room, revealing Weiss's sleeping form. A wicked smile crossed their faces as they saw their target vulnerable and defenseless.

With calculated precision, they crept closer, closing in on their prey. Each step was deliberate, ensuring they remained undetected. But just as they were about to strike, a sound from outside the room caught their attention, causing them to freeze in their tracks.

A gust of wind rustled the curtains, carrying with it a sense of anxiety. The intruders exchanged uncertain glances, their confidence momentarily shaken. Something felt off as if an unseen force was warning them of imminent danger.

Unable to ignore their instincts, they hesitated, their momentary pause allowing Weiss to awaken from her sleep. Slowly, she opened her eyes, her gaze locking onto the figures lurking in her room.

Weiss pov:

As I slept, my instincts blared like an alarm, pulling me from a peaceful dream into a state of absolute awareness. I could hear the slow creak of the door and the stealthy footsteps of intruders making their way into my room.

Knowing that no one I knew would enter in the middle of the night, I sensed the danger. They closed in on me, but I remained still, waiting for the opportune moment to strike. Then, I felt their hesitation for just a second, and that's when I attacked.

A surge of adrenaline rushed through my veins as I reached for Myrtenaster, concealed under my pillow. Swiftly, I attempted to slice the closest assailant, but he dodged and threw a hidden knife at me. With a quick deflection, I assumed a defensive stance as the three intruders tried to encircle me.

"Calm down, Weiss. Remember your training. You've got this," I silently reassured myself, mustering the resolve to face them.

Switching to ice dust, I created a glyph beneath me and one of the attackers, freezing his feet while boosting myself to launch a rapid assault. Striking his chest, I swiftly evaded the next assailant's attack, retaliating with a fireball that engulfed the one on the left. At the same time, I thrust Myrtenaster into the shoulder of the second White Fang member.

Their Grimm-like masks and visible faunus features revealed their allegiance to the White Fang. White Fang member #3 managed to dodge my fireball, and in response, I felt a cold sensation on the back of my neck. Reacting swiftly, I used Aegis to create a protective barrier, causing his knife to embed itself in his shoulder.

The author's tale has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.

"That was too close. If I hadn't used Aegis, it could have been the end for me," I thought to myself, sweat trickling down my forehead.

Fortunately, White Fang member #1 had underestimated me, allowing me to quickly defeat him. Otherwise, the situation would have proven much more challenging.

White Fang member #3 glared at me with a hatred that could have killed me a hundred times over. They exchanged a glance with their remaining comrade before dashing towards me.

Summoning a glyph, I repelled one of them through the window, shattering the glass and buying myself a moment to strike the other. I launched ice shards at their back, but they rolled to the left and dashed toward me, managing to impale me in the abdomen. I cried out in pain before retaliating, striking their chest and finishing them off.

My instincts screamed at me to move to the left, and just in time, I sidestepped to see a knife embedded in the wall where I had been moments ago. I glanced out the window to see White Fang member #3, their hood down, looking at me with a maniacal smile.

"Hahaha, I can't believe a little girl like you gave us this much trouble. I wasn't planning on using this on someone like you. You should be grateful to witness my semblance before you meet your demise," they taunted, shark-like teeth appearing before their comrades' bodies, devouring them whole.

I stared at them wide-eyed, shocked by the gruesome scene before me.

"He just devoured his teammates," I thought in disbelief, but there was no time to dwell on it.

Their body began to swell, resembling Bane without the equipment, and with a smile, they lunged at me.

In a desperate move, I crossed my arms, bracing for impact as White Fang member #3 barreled toward me. The force of the impact sent me crashing through the wall, embedding me into its structure. Agonizing pain surged through my body, and I couldn't help but let out a scream of anguish, clutching my injured arm.

Through gritted teeth, I managed to steady my breathing, refusing to let the pain consume me. The White Fang member stood before me, venom dripping from their words as they gloated, "This is the end for you, Schnee. After I'm done with you, your family is next. The Schnees, except for one, will disappear from Remnant."

The mention of my family ignited a blazing rage within me, unlike anything I had ever experienced. My desire to stop him here and now increased, and I mustered every ounce of strength left in me. Once again an unseen force seemed to envelop the mansion, causing cracks to spread throughout its structure. It felt as though an entire building rested upon White Fang member number three's shoulders, forcing them to hunch slightly.

"Oh, it seems like you still have some fight left in you," they taunted mockingly. "But it won't matter. I will extinguish your fighting spirit."

"You won't be doing anything of the sort," I replied, my voice filled with coldness. Glyphs of all kinds materialized around him, striking him down relentlessly. Bloodied and battered, he managed to rise to his feet.

In a final act of desperation, White Fang member #3 dashed toward me once more. With a swift backflip, I evaded their attack, launching a flurry of strikes that inflicted further injuries upon their already battered body.

Pain echoed through the room as they let out a tortured scream. Yet, they refused to relent, launching another assault. I managed to block their attack, but they used it as a distraction, sinking their shark-like teeth into my forearm.

Feeling their jaws clench around my arm, I seized the opportunity. With a surge of strength, I struck their chest, watching the light fade from their eyes. Their jaw loosened, and they collapsed to the floor, defeated.

As the adrenaline that had fueled me began to wane, weakness overcame my legs. Summoning the last reserves of my energy, I forced myself upright, swiftly tending to my wounds as best I could. Time was of the essence, and I needed to be ready for any further threats.

The bite mark on my arm would leave a faint scar, barely noticeable to the untrained eye. The stab wound in my abdomen is something I could heal, but a scar would remain—a reminder of my first life or death math. Aware of my limited ability to heal my broken arm, I fashioned a makeshift brace from my sheets, providing support for my injured arm and expediting the healing process.

Taking a moment to survey the damage in my room, I let out a sigh of both relief and exhaustion.

Luckily both Mom and Whitely are on a trip since I wanted them to get out a bit after being here for so long, especially Mom. I wanted her to enjoy herself before coming back and talking to a therapist. Then Klien stays in a building separate to the mansion so he wouldn't have heard any of this.

I looked at the body and decided to bury him in the garden. He is going to become fertilizer for the plants. After burying him and calming down whatever power I had left disappeared because I just saw black

.

—--

The following morning arrived with every muscle in my body ached with soreness. as if I had pushed my limits in an intense workout session. Every movement sent ripples of pain throughout my body.

Feeling the need to get ready, I dragged myself out of bed and made my way to the bathroom. Gazing at my reflection in the mirror, memories of the battle flooded my mind. The image of the shark-like faunus devouring their comrades sent a shiver down my spine, and I couldn't help but feel a wave of nausea washing over me.

Kneeling in front of the toilet, I purged the remnants of the food I had consumed the previous night. The sound of flushing mingled with the weight of the reality I faced. Rising to my feet, I approached the sink, intent on cleansing away the lingering discomfort.

"It's alright, Weiss," I whispered to my reflection, the words a feeble attempt to reassure myself. "You had no choice. It was self-defense. They would have stopped at nothing to kill you and your family."

Slowly, I rinsed my mouth and reached for my toothbrush, hoping to restore a sense of normalcy to the morning routine. Yet, the weight of the battle clung to my thoughts, refusing to dissipate entirely.

As I brushed my teeth, I couldn't help but prepare myself mentally because this wouldn't be the last time they attempted this. Hopefully, the next attack won't be as gruesome as it was last night. Even if it is, I'll endure it for my family.

Eventually, I got used to the soreness and began to ignore it while being careful as to not push myself too much. I got to the company and started to get to work which was nice since I got to sit down and didn't move as much.

I also hired some hunters and huntresses to take care of my Mom and Brother while they're on vacation and improved security in the Schnee estate but that means that whoever makes it will be tough to deal with so I'm going to sleep in a more isolated part of the house.

I even hired people to clean the mess my fight with the white fang left so there's no evidence for my mom and brother to find.

Thinking back, I realized I needed a compact weapon that allowed for quick and precise attacks, similar to the knife that shark faunus wielded. After careful consideration, I decided on a fan-inspired weapon infused with dust to enable long-range attacks. Since I didn't have much time to spare, I would have the fan custom-made. The advantage of this weapon is that it can be discreetly hidden in my sleeves, ensuring I won't be caught off guard. With this new weapon, I no longer need to hide Myrtenaster under my pillow.

(AN: I don't think I explained it too well but what I mean is that if they got too close she needed to back away since she couldn't attack them so she needed a closed-ranged weapon anyway I got the Idea from UmbraWitch2000 and was going to ask about using the idea but they don't post anymore so I'm just going to send a text and use it.)

In addition to my new weapon, I decided to introduce an anime from my previous world to this one. The Fateverse, which ranked fourth among my favorite anime, fascinated me with its concept of summoning heroes from the past. Although these heroes never existed in this world, I can give a summary of them, similar to how My Hero Academia introduces its characters.

Furthermore, I have plans to change Sakura's storyline in the anime since I didn't like how it was told and the things that happened to her. Once the anime gains popularity, I want to create an amazing gacha game, featuring tournaments that will be like that grail war with a cash prize. The prospect of people spending money to acquire S-rank heroes brings an amused chuckle to my lips as I imagine the financial gains.

3rd pov:

While Weiss laughed, another individual was experiencing the complete opposite emotion. Adam could be seen slashing his desk in half, consumed by pure anger.

"Those useless fools couldn't even kill someone much younger than them!" he yelled with frustration.

Earlier, Adam had been in a good mood, believing that their mission to eliminate the Schnee family had been successfully carried out. However, when he tried to contact his comrades and received no response, he could only assume that they had been dealt with.

"I'll make you pay for this, Weiss Schnee," he vowed, his voice dripping with malice.

"Get ready, we're attacking a Schnee shipment!" he commanded the guards outside.

One guard questioned, "What about Ms. Belladonna?"

"She'll be staying. It's going to get messy," Adam replied coldly.

"Yes, sir," the guards saluted and went to gather the White Fang members, ready to carry out Adam's orders.

Adam seeing the guards follow his orders without hesitation smiled at the power he has in the White Fang.

"Let's ruin her day as she ruined mine by not disappearing from the face of Remnant forever," he says darkly before leaving his tent.
