The word World of Concocting Alliance immediately attracts Altima interest, as there is only one Main Office within the whole southern, where this Alliance are to be said as the biggest gathering Spots for all the concocting practitioners. Various type of Recipes, Ingredients, as well as a master of certain practice could be found here, as well as studies and practice.

The World of Concocting Alliance, are divided into a few different Department, where the focus on their specialty differs from each other. The Alchemy Realm Department, are one of the focus where Medicinal Recipe research, Concocting, Production and many more fields required is being conducted within this department.
Within this Department, The 3 Elders are an important figure, where all three of them possess a different master of knowledge, with Elder Wen(Smell), who excel in the "Heart of Fragrant", a deeper cultivation mind art which allows him to discern a quality and effect of a medicinal pill through smells alone. Same to Elder Kan, who excel in the art of "Looking with Heart", which allow him to discern a quality through Looks, and Elder Chang, which excel in the art of "Taste with the mind", who can discern the quality of the pill with a touch of his essence.
