After walking around with the other captains, Altima finally reaches the Farmer Association. Before entering, Altima spends some time looking at the outer written Tags as well as some of the magical array of scrolls written around the Entrance.

Although the Scarlet Willow Town is only categorized as a Town, but the Military might within this Town not to be belittled, due to the number of Different Sect and Clans is located within the town.
As Altima step into this town, Qin Dun, The Vice Guild Leader from the 50th Branch immediately greet Altima and walk with Altima along their way towards the Guild Building. Within the town, stalls and traders flock all around the main street, giving an impression of being in the middle of a flea market back in Altima's previous life. As they walk along, Altima notices a few Different Road Sign, stating the path one should take if they are interested in looking for a certain building.
Within the City, a total of 3 Different Sect, Devil Cliff Sect, Wandering Scholar Sect, and the Tian Jian (heavenly Sword)Sect is Positioned within the West of the Town, Residing 3 Big Spot and ruling over 300 different shops selling various item, while over the East part of the Town, Resides by the Flying Dragon Clans(Long Clan) and Xiang Clan. This two clan are more harmonious, as been told by Qin Dun during their way forward, and lastly, Over in the North, is resides by another 3 superpower, which is the Lord of Town, Bai Fung from the Bai Escort Agency and Private Military, The Thousand Members Guild, and lastly, the Trading Association.
With so many different factions within the Town, things could get rough once a while, sometimes twice or more during each month. But as truth to be told, Through this way the Town handle their matters, Traders, Stalls flourish due to the business for demand on ingredients, Food, Equipment. Never cease to stop from supplying. Due to this rougher environment as well, the Cultivators within this Town are slightly more aggressive, even more, rough in every manner.
But for Altima, wherever he is posted, it is still only for a reason.
