Eis Crestfallen
Kidnapped from my family I've forgotten over the years. Trained and taught to be a tool. I massacred an entire army, rampaging towards the building akin to a castle. None survived my onslaught for this was my chance for freedom. The deal to be free and cut all ties and leave this life behind.
Hours passed, leaving only blood and corpses in my trail. The lives that died by my blade would be enough to make two mountains and the blood an enormous lake.

I stepped inside into the last room. Today would be the last day of being a tool. Today would also be the day this rival organization would crumble.
Drip.
I stand alone in the middle of corpses strewn across the room. Just another day at work. I try to humor myself. I wasn't unscathed in all this. Wounds all over my body and, blood from me and my targets bathing me from head to toe.
Hearing footsteps, I turned around to find the room crowded again. I knew they wouldn't really let me go. I step towards them even though I'm already ready to fall. Isn't this enough. I asked myself but I already knew the answer. It wasn't, not until I'm the only one left standing. This is what has been engrained in me. This what they molded me into. A killing machine. A reaper.
Drip.
The drop of my blood was the last thing I heard before the sweet comfort of death embraced my consciousness.
Or so I thought.
