All I needed to do was put the information on a piece of parchment. About the difficulty... It's mostly difficult because commoners don't get taught about how to read math tables and stuff.
But the tests are multiple choice and the literacy rate is garbage (But those who can take the test need to prove that they can actually read). So I wouldn't say it's super fair, but it ain't that bad when you have a chance to get a perfect score by pure luck.
