Sora lunged out from the shadows now as the veil of darkness that was encasing her body vanished around her; as the magic energy dispersed into the air, the men around her caught of guard stumbled back. Sora looked at the two men inside the cell and grabbed the man closest to her in armour as he shouted, “Ale ala galosh” Sora continued unphased as she began punching the first man she got a hold of Sora rapidly struck him in the face knocking him down.
‘Left, right, uppercut.’
Looking down at the man trying to get up, she finished him with a spinning heel. Swinging her leg in a full circle motion, Sora moved with grace dodging everything the other man threw. Now bringing her leg up to her hip, she brought down her heel onto the man's head, knocking him out and bolted towards the last man who was now running outside the cell, bumbling the keys around in his hand, dropping them by the lock and turning tail heading to the stairs.
Sora’s eyes lit up red as she shot forth after the man and chased him down just before he got to the staircase. Sora could see the man reaching for something from under his sleeve and pulled out a strange item. Seeing it was something of a horn, Sora looked at the item and said, “Ice-bolt.” Sora stopped, raising her arm as the air began to pull towards her open palm. Ice formed at her fingers, aiming it now Sora fired it at the man's item as the air around the ice bolt froze, as did the walls as the bolt passed. Everything started to become encased in the crystallization of ice. Just as the man tried to put the item to his mouth as he did, it shattered, coming into contact with the ice bolt knocking him over.
The man tripped, and on his hands, he started looking up at Sora and the surrounding blue ice crystals everywhere. Sora’s eyes glowed red as that was the last thing he would see before she would punch him square in the face knocking him out.
Sora cleaning the dirt off herself, grabbed the man by his collar and began dragging him back to the cell where the other man was still unconscious inside. Throwing the man onto the other one, Sora looked down at the two men. “What utter trash.” She said as she picked up the men’s weapons, bows and arrows and started to look for any other useful items they had on them like the coins of this world and other random stuff. “Cool, lookie what I found.” holding a strange vile, Sora was confused by its colour and said, “What is this?”
Sora had pulled out a strange potion from the man who was going to use the weird horn item moments ago. Smiling happily, clapping her hands, she saw it was a pink potion in a long and twisted-long vile with a golden lid sealing it. It sparkled even in the dark, and at first, Sora’s memories from her past life of being a human told her it was a rare potion and epic loot prize for winning the fight. However, the vampire memories she had flooding her head were telling her otherwise. The other memories in her head told her that it was just a common healing potion and ‘was nothing special.’

Sora could be seen mentally arguing with herself as one of her eyes turned blue and the other remained red. She was walking back and forth as each pass; you would see a different side of her. Pookie looked on with hearts in its eyes, watching the person it had been following, not making any noise.
“Pookie, do you know where we are?” Looking at the bat creature once again, her eyes were red. She now had sort of warm feelings towards it, unlike before. Sora zoned out and suddenly started having a sudden flashback to a castle with white roses all around as she laid with many bats of this species cuddling with her though none were as this big. Sora could remember the woman was called ‘Latifia.’
The bat-like creature Pookie started to make its noises again. Unlike before when Sora heard screeches and high pitch squeaks that were deafening to the ears. Now Sora could hear almost bird-like noises coming from it. she could almost understand it as each chirp-noise had a certain kind of feeling behind it. ‘Chirp-chirp-chirp
Turning towards Pookie, Sora smiled, tilting her head baring her fangs, but it was not in a menacingly way; as she titled her head and stuck out her tongue towards it smiling, she said, “You are almost cute now.”
Sora then continued saying while winking to it, “Well, I guess there is only one thing to do. Let’s go figure a way out; it’s time to escape, Pookie!”
Pookie racing to the side of Sora suddenly transformed, ‘Poof,’ Now flying in the air coming out from the little magical explosion was a little bat that was now no bigger than your typical bird. It flew over to her and curled up on her shoulder, chirping like a bird while it did so. Sora remembered as she smiled; the others around her would hear the high pitch tone and not-pleasant chirps as she was. Then, petting her pet on the head, she raised her hands and held her fingers to her lips and said, “Shh Pookie, you need to be silent for me.”
Now walking in a silent crouch forward, she proceeded up the spiral staircase slowly. It did not take her long until she reached the top and begun trying the several keys she had acquired from the guards. One after another, the keys did not work. Until one finally opened the lock. Spinning the door handle, she breathed in and out slowly, unsure what was waiting for her on the other side. Looking to her right shoulder, she said to her friend Pookie, “It’s time.” Readying her weapon, she held onto the sword and saw her reflection in the blade, looking at the door next. Kicking it open, the door swung to the side as Sora rushed through the door. Sword ready bow's blazing spells ready for whatever was on the other side waiting for her and Pookie.
