"Hello, is this the photography club room?" Zeland knocked on the glass door.

"Hi, yes it is." A girl popped out from behind the curtains, her hair blazed an inferno of a wildfire raging out of control.

Staring a little too hard at her glaring hairstyle, he blinked, "I heard you guys loaned cameras?"

"Yeah, you can loan the school's cameras, the inexpensive ones. You've gotta make a card to register, and there's a deposit." Her smile was a megawatt light bulb.

Zeland looked at his own reflection against the windows, wanting to pull back his lips to see if normal teeth shone as blindingly whitely as the girl's did. "How much is it?"

"Six hundred. You can loan a complimentary 6GB memory card as well. The loan is valid till you graduate. Three hundred will be returned upon your return of the memory card and the last camera you borrow, provided the cameras you return are in the condition you loaned them."

He waxing smile hardened. "Do you take installments?"

"Yes we do, it's by day though, fifteen per day is the minimum."

That was pretty much the majority of his daily allowance. He paused. "Do you offer photography lessons here?" Maybe they'd be cheaper...

"We don't offer official ones, but... I know a member who's willing to teach. Why don't you leave your number, I'll get her to contact you, if she's up to it."

"Can I borrow a pen?" He asked.

A paper and pen slid over the table, and he bent to scribble his number. "Thanks."

"No problem. Will you be loaning the cameras?"

"Mmh... maybe next time."
