Execution of Envi! End of the Florelvazon Arc!!

Previously on Protector’s of Worlds:

The tyranny of Uell Moroo and Envi over the Iguacko tribe has finally ended!

With the two now captured by our heroes, the Iguackos along with Velu, Roin, Floso, and Envi were safely transported back to the tribe, while Calem, Marcel, and Julie stayed behind, wanting Uell to take them somewhere: the planet of the fiend they released!

But unknown to them, Uell was planning something. He tricked them into picking the wrong system and told them that there were three others the humanoid recruited, which concerned them. Once he told them that, he ejected out of his suit before shooting portals at the three, sending them away.

Now that they are gone, Uell contacted the dark humanoid and informs him of what has happened. This caused him to call his other allies and tell them to take care of their “guests”.

But that’s a story for another time. For now, we’re gonna be focusing on the Iguackos and what they have been doing.

Let’s proceed………..

In the Iguacko village, 5 days after the ship had left their planet……….

Today is the day where Envi is punished for his crimes!!

Gathering every member, the tribesmen formed a massive circle in the middle of the village. Among them were Floso and Roin, whose hands were heavily bandaged with leaves.

In the center of it all was Envi, hands bound together with strong vines with about 7 male Iguackos surrounding him, all armed with spears.

Then, one of them moved aside, allowing Velu, the chieftain to pass through and approach the traitor.

“Do you have any last words before you’re executed?” Velu asked Envi who just looked up at him and remained silent, not saying a single word. “Very well then…………”

Having his answer, Velu walked away from him as he announced to the crowd…….

“Fellow Iguackos, I have brought you all here to bear witness to the end of a traitor,” Velu said to them. “The one before us, Envi Renemi, has committed unspeakable crimes against us. He attempted to assassinate my granddaughter, killed several of our people, and worst of all, aligned himself with an otherworldly creature just so he could become leader by force. Thankfully, it was put to a stop thanks to the aid of three souls, who were also not of this world but were kind and good-hearted to us.”

While he was doing his speech, Envi looked all around him, noticing that a wide majority of Iguackos were staring at him with hateful and spiteful looks on their faces, almost feeling the intense anger coming right from them. He eventually locked eyes with his rival, Roin, who he glowered with rage, but Roin didn’t do anything back, he just maintained a neutral face.

“My original punishment for him was imprisonment, but with everything he has done……….” Velu said as he was about to end his speech. “Death seems a more suitable one for him!”

Once it was declared out loud, Velu raised his staff into the air, prompting the guards to aim their speartips at Envi, ready to execute him. With one loud strike to the ground, the guards marched forward to Envi, who didn’t struggle or limp away as they started impaling him multiple times, hitting various parts of his body while he screamed out in agony. The execution went on, blood started to splatter everywhere until…………Envi’s entire body stopped squirming.

The guards backed away, showing the corpse of Envi, body riddled with stab wounds as blood poured out immensely onto the ground

“Such a waste……………” Velu said with disappointment, looking upon the once-promising hunter-turned-betrayer.

With the execution over, the Iguackos went back to their daily routines while Envi’s body was dragged away.

As Velu, Roin, and Floso strolled through the village, Floso started to observe some of the tribe members. Some of them were mourning the loss of their friends and lovers while most were heavily traumatized, seeing the atrocious and barbaric acts on the ship broke them, which caused family and other tribe members to support them, trying to ease their pain.

Seeing her people like this caused Floso to have a look of sympathy on her face, which Velu and Roin quickly noticed.

“Something bothering you, dear?” Velu asked his granddaughter, causing Floso to snap out of it.

“O-Oh! It’s nothing. I just………” Floso said but couldn’t get it out.

“They’ll be fine,” Velu said. “It’s just going to take a long time for them to recover from this,”

“I know…..” Floso said. “But I’m also worried about Julie, Calem, and Marcel. Do you think they are still alive?”

“Them?” Roin asked. “I highly doubt it. Those three aren’t that easy to kill,”

“Well, supposing they are………Where do you think they are right now?” Floso asked again.

“That I am unsure of, but knowing them…………..” Velu said before stopping in his tracks. “They’re probably out there, far far away, giving aid to other species………just like how they helped us,”

Velu turned around and looked up at the big blue sky with Floso and Roin joining in with the old Iguacko, staring at it for moments, thinking of the fate of their human friends…………..

And with that, the Florelvazon Arc has come to an end!! But what fate awaits our heroes!?! Find out in the next arc!!!
