Biermann’s PoV
We have been chasing the burglars for quite some while now. Radio even ran out of Initial D music so he resorted to Mario Kart music.
Eventually, we lost them in a large crowd and we stopped to rest for a bit.
“How d-do they have such great st-stamina...” “W-well they are probably accustomed to running from the cops. We should give up on following them and just find a place to rest, the sun has met the horizon by now afterall.” Monika suggested. I nodded and we went to a store to buy some food and water. As she was buying the items, I could feel sinister eyes glaring at us. When she finished purchasing the utilities we left the building and I whispered: “We should get out of here. My elbows are shivering and that’s a bad sign.” She just nodded and we escaped the mass of heads.
Once in a more quiet part of the labyrinthine city, we sought shelter in a now abandoned building. Using our backpacks as pillows and luckily because of the warm temperatures, we didn’t need any blankets.
I closed my eyes. I was finally able to rest peacefully, but I couldn’t fall asleep since a disturbing feeling moved through my body, like I was being stared at. It felt like something... was breathing on me...
The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.
I opened my eyes. “Shsllslllsp” “AHHHHH!” I woke up in shock and moved a few meters backwards. Monika woke up and asked what’s wrong and Radio sung “AnnieareyouOK?” I just pointed at the seemingly evil predator that was hanging above my head just a second ago.
“Hmm isn’t that a Bellsprout?”
The Bellsprout jumped around happily and suggested with sign language that he gave me vine arms. “Shhlslhsllsh!” He jumped on my head with his mouth and when he let go there suddenly was a hat.
“Hmmm pretty cool. I’m gonna catch you and call you Wardrobe!” “Weren’t you afraid of him just a second ago?” “What are you talking about. Me? Scared? Muhahaha! Mad Scientists don’t get scared! Now get in the ball Wardrobe!” “I caught the incomprehensible Grass type and let him out the Pokéball.
Just when we went back to sleep, some Noibat flew over. “Radio, Electric Boogaloo! Wardrobe, Belt of Grass!” They attacked and scared away the small Noibat. Soon after we heard a loud screach as the residence shook heavily. Outside appeared the dragon bat Pokémon, Noivern. Holy Cow!
“Run!” We ran for our lifes in order to escape kicking any buckets. The Noivern flew after us and with its sonic booms and large wings, it knocked down large pillars that held up the dilapidated apartment. We were being chased by a huge monster and the building we were in started crumbling down. It felt like a scene from Teddiursa Jones.
“DUN DUN DUNDUN! DUN DUNDUN!” “WHY ARE YOU HUMMING A SONG?!”
“RADIO THIS IS SO SAD, PLAY THE TEDDIURSA JONES THEME!” He did as I said as we barely escaped the tumbling structure.
The Noivern seemed to have gone down the complex. We were safe again, for now.
“You killed the big bad boss Noivern the Screecher! Come follow us and the Chill One will reward you!” Some Alolan Rattata talked to us and wanted us to follow them. I explained to Monika and she was okay, since if we didn’t, who knows how long we would survive!
