“Can we really not release the souls inside the Soul Box?” Dhruv asked hesitantly.
“As I said earlier, they are forcefully snatched from their bodies, so it would be better to use them yourself. Even if you want to release them, they will become a wandering ghost, which will harm the locals.” Tara replied.
Dhruv contemplated for a bit before asking, “are you in a hurry to take Soul Box? If not, can I take this one for myself to experiment with?”
“I have no problem with that, but you have to refine that artefact to use it.”
“I noticed it; how do I refine it?” He asked enthusiastically.
“It’s somewhat troublesome; if not done correctly, you might destroy the Soul Box. Here, give it to me. I will refine it for you and transfer ownership. You can watch the process and try to learn if you can.”
Dhruv handed the Soul Box to Tara. She put it in the air, and using both her hands, a thin white fog appeared and penetrated Soul Box from two sides. “It will take some time according to what the previous owner level was, as I have to remove the owner’s will’ using my own.”
Five minutes later, she refined it completely and tossed the Soul Box towards me. I caught it but still felt no sense of belonging to it. Tara said, “if you were to really refine that Soul Box it would have taken you 2-3 days as it was owned by a level 79.”
“What’s your level, then?”
“Level 78 when I left my main body. Alright, put a small amount of your ‘Will’ into it, and I will transfer the ownership.
The process went smoothly, and Dhruv went to my room.
He sat on the chair and took out two souls from my Receptor. They were his mom and sister. He saw them after 10 days, and his heart sank. They are in a half-transparent state now. He summoned the Soul Box on his right hand and put it on the ground. A few moments later, both of their souls sucked into the Soul Box under Dhruv’s control.
He sent his ‘Will’ into the Soul Box and saw them. “Finally, they are not screeching anymore; if this didn’t work, I would have to release them to naturally go to Soul Domain and get reincarnated back randomly.”
He looked at them apologetically and said in a low tone, “I am sorry, mom and sister, for making you suffer the last few days. I cannot do anything good for you while you were alive, but at least there is a hope to try and choose a better and healthier family for your reincarnation in the Soul Domain instead of random, as a filial duty.”
‘It’s a pity I can’t find my father’s soul anywhere; I think he already went to Soul Domain. I know I am a selfish person who mostly cares about his loved ones, but I am not a hero who saves everyone, disregarding his own family. Anyway, I solved the problem with mom and sister, and now I am prepared to go to Soul Domain even if anything unexpected happens.’ Dhruv thought to himself.
“Huff~ Now I really have to leave my comfortable life, which I have been taking for granted. Although I didn’t care about this prowess earlier, I should try and fix the Soul Avatars issue, as it originated with me to begin with. But now that we have alerted the enemies, they are sure to hide their tracks well or set up an ambush for us. The most important thing is to figure out how can I use these two White beads in my Receptor, and look for more allies.”
Now there are multiple options to choose from: First, contact the government and show them my soul power to get them to help us. We definitely can’t handle the Asteroid ourselves in 20 days.
Second, I can possess the higher authority member in the parliament who has access to nukes. I killed one person by mistake, but that doesn’t mean I am opposed to it for the greater good.
Third, I have improved the Wisdom talent, and as Tara said, I also think Wisdom talent is way more powerful than any other talent. I have made progress in this aspect, and like Tara’s main body, who created a Will’ clone despite being a white bead user, I have a natural affinity for making Will’ clones. ‘While pondering that, he created five star-shaped clones at once, and his room lit up with purple light.’ But this has its own pros and cons, and I don’t want to reveal this power unless it’s absolutely necessary.
There’s no use thinking by myself. We have to make a new plan going forward. For now, I should absorb these hundreds of snatched souls in the Soul Box. It can give me about 20 to 60 according to purity of the souls. On average I can get approximately above 20000 black beads and that’s a lot by huge margin. But I won’t absorb all as I don’t trust Tara’s words.

On Plaquso Island,
“We need to alert them to not act alone anymore.” Rajiv said it with worry.

“I’ll go talk to them later; although we all have internal strife, this isn’t the time, I guess.” Henrik replied while looking towards the boundary hole. A brief silence made the current situation awkward he spoke again. “What should we do now?”
“I have a plan in mind, but it will require more people, so inform them to clear their tasks and head over here as soon as they can, before my asteroid hits.”
“Cool, then I will be leaving now. Ah, take this for communication.” Henrick declared and passed a mobile phone to Rajiv.
“I don’t think this is safe. We can be tracked.”
“I know, brother. Don’t call, use social media text. We also use technical stuff in our world, and this thing is cool. I will personally make and gift one to your child when he or she is born.”
“Sure, then you don’t have much time left if you want to do that.”
“Who plays with gadgets when one’s born? But yeah, nothing is fixed, as he is the Blessed Child of prophecy. Don’t worry; you know how fast I work.” Henrik said that and flew out of the man’s body.
“Blessed Child, huh! Why didn’t he take this body? I have to use the shovel now.” ‘White Soul clones can’t switch bodies, and I also have to use something to track them down in advance in case we have to take direct action. Plus doing research of the planet. Haah, so much work to do.’
…
Knock! Knock! Knock!
Dhruv took back his star clones and opened the door. “Alia, do you need me for something?”
“When are you guys leaving?”
“Ah, that. We will go in a few hours.”
“So, you have time. Help me arrange my room. I think it was your sister’s room.”
Dhruv responded in a low tone, “Sorry, I forgot to move her stuff.”
“Come on, don’t get sentimental; I know you were not a good brother to her. But yes, now you won’t get to tease her anymore, and if you feel sad about that, then I understand.”
“Why are you teasing me? Let me be.”
“Now that’s more like it; I like this grumpy look better than sad. You know my father, mother, and I are here, so don’t ever feel alone.”
A smile appeared on Dhruv’s face for a moment but soon dissipated upon hearing Tara talk.
“Wow, don’t you think the neighbourhood love story begins like this?”
“You really have very keen a sight for an amnesiac.” Dhruv replied, while Alia let her imagination run wild.
Observing both, Tara asked, “Why do both of you get defensive whenever I utter the word love?”
Alia snapped out, “Don’t talk nonsense, and you, are you coming to help me or not?” Saying that she went towards her room.
“I’m coming.”
Tara felt something amiss while looking at Dhruv obeying her like that; ‘there is definitely a spicy story between them.’

Delhi Airport,
Henrik walked out of the airport, grabbing his fat stomach he vented. “Snacks go like candy for this person’s body; out of choice, I had to pick this body, and now I have no choice but to be in his body as this might leave a trail for them to track us. Man, I’m so hungry.”
He went to the nearby taxi and was instructed to find a good dinner. It took a long time to fly from Chennai. After few minutes of ride they arrived, “It’s not a bad place, as it’s near Shambu, which saves me the time to find him. Ahh! I’m starving.”
3 blocks away on the top floor of a skyscraper, Shambu was using his ‘Soul Corrosion’ skill and spreading it in the air, almost covering one-third of Delhi.
He opened his eyes and muttered, “He finally arrived as big brother predicted. He stopped his skill, grabbed his coat, and took the fancy key of a sports car from the desk. I should talk to him about collaboration.”
He arrived at the dinner hub with four black SUVs full of bodyguards. He parked his sports car at the back of the dinner hub while four SUVs distanced themselves to cover the whole front.
He entered the hub and was greeted by a short, chubby man with a greasy hand. Watching Henrik approach Shambu said, “Brother, you should finish your meal first”
“Yo, bro, this is delicious. Wanna bite?” Henrick asked, while Shambu, who was looking like a rich entrepreneur, looked at him with a peculiar gaze and did not respond.
Surrounding people watch them with a dumbfounded look on their faces and countless thoughts running through their minds, but nobody uttered a single word as they can feel the danger aura coming from this gentle looking entrepreneur.
One man who was drunk didn’t grasp the environment and went towards Shambu. “God damn, you look rich; if you don’t want, then can I eat?” Shambu gave a death glare, but the drunken man was happy as he heard the fat man.
“Come beside me, dude; at least someone appreciates food here.” He took out his phone and opened the social media app. “Hello everybody, it’s your chubby master here. As you can see, I’m eating a lot of food today in this dinner hub, and beside me is my new drunken friend, who came to eat food with me but was chugging down the beer like a damned black hole. And here we have my rich brother, and why the hell are we surrounded by police?”
“Now, I understand why your speech has changed so much.” Shambu commented.
Henrik pointed outside and asked in panic. “Forget that; explain this.”
“Don’t worry, I have plans. You just have to figure out who the White Soul is among them.”
“Oh, is there a White Soul here? Leave this to me.” Henrik whispered while Rajiv and Shambu watched him do his thing.
“As you can see, everyone. These cops are raiding this pub. Oh, manager, what have you hidden here? Am I really eating good food or something else?”
“No, sir, we sell genuine food here.” Manager replied honestly in panic.
“Ah, really, then what the hell do you want, cops? Here, I’m eating in peace, but you just have to poke a fat man while he is eating.” He shouted.
“What in the world are you babbling on about? Just silently stay there for a bit.” A police officer shouted back from a megaphone.
“Look at that guy, everyone. This is clearly the suppression of cops for us common pedestrians.” He riled up the citizens nearby: “They don’t even answer why we are being detained here and expect us to follow.”
“They are really unreasonable; they closed down many of the liquor shops nearby. Now, how can I drink with the price so high?” The drunken man joined in.
“That’s right, everyone, look at this pitiful drinker, and what are you guys doing? Don’t you have social media? Use it and share their forced action on it.” Henrik shouted.
“There is no need for that; we are here to apprehend that businessman who is hiding behind.” A young woman with glasses on her a small delicate face and hair tied to her back in an Indian police uniform walked out of the crowd.
“Hahaha, look at that, bro. I got Ms. White out.”
Shambu and Ms. White are both dumbfounded but for different reasons.
“I didn’t expect to catch two of you together. You are trapped; now surrender peacefully.”
“Oh, do we now? Bro, hit them hard.”
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
