The machine's head quickly rises out of its hull as the machine finishes its booting sequences after spending 6 hours of recharging itself and waiting for the fabricator to finish all the queued up works. As usual, the machine starts its day by checking the fabricator and the containers to see how much resources has been processed so far so that it can plan out what it will build today.
The 3 Evolved Earth Golem it defeated yesterday provided the machine a wide variety of resources as they seem to have a bit of everything inside their hard, durable body. The machine takes note of this trait and saves it in its internal data drives, if the machine needs to go out to find more resources today, those Evolved Earth Golem will be one of the first things the machine keeps an eye out for.

[/New_construction_options: Bio-organic Processing Vat, Fission Fuel Processing Plant, Fission Fuel Container, Fusion Fuel Processing Plant, Fusion Fuel Container, Generation VII Reactor, Nanite Hive Factory, Organic Material Processing Plant, Sensor Phalanx, Standard Matrix Facility, Standard Terraformer.]
The machine looks at the list of things that can be built for a while to choose what should be built now to improve the colony 'rating' and the machine's survival chance in this mysterious world, right now since the machine is in a massive cave system and the chamber is not big enough for everything, the machine decides to put the Sensor Phalanx, a large and complex communication facility, and the Terraformer, an advanced facility that capable of changing the environment around it, out of the list. The shortage of materials and hazardous condition of the area is not ideal for a big nuclear reactor and its related fuel producing and storing constructions. Standard Matrix Facility can help the machine do more research to get more information about this world as the thing is just an oversized and overly complex CPU, but it will consume way more power than the machine and its current colony can produce, so the machine won't gonna build it for now too.
What left on the list is Bio-organic Material Processing Vat, Organic Material Processing Plant, Nanite Hive Factory and Atomic Furnace.
Bio-organic Material Processing Vat, or BMPV is a self-contained mini greenhouse that is used to cultivate special type of bio-engineered algae capable of growing and multiplying at great speed on nearly all kinds of organic food source, the algae can be harvested every once in a while and used as food for its human makers or dumped into the Organic Material Processing Plant to turn them into crude oil for fuel and synthesized products, it can also be used to synthesize other organic chemicals that can be further processed by the Organic Material Processing Plant to enable the production of high explosive compounds and medicines, the machine has no need for food and medicines, but it sure can use some lubricating oils to reduce the frictions worning out its joints constantly and explosive materials to soften the golems and the bugs for easier kill.
Nanite Hive Factory and Atomic Furnace are the two specialized manufacturing plants that also very important for the machine and its colony, the Atomic Furnace like its name suggested is an advanced material processing plant capable of refining materials must faster and producing alloys far better than the Fabricator that the machine is using, the Nanite Hive Factory on the other hand, while lacking in term of processing materials, its ability to produce complex machinery and electronics is top notch, capable of reproducing the Pioneer itself in less than three days given it had enough material and power to do so.

The machine slowly looks over at the container to check the available resources before it makes a choice based on its current situation and the colony's needs.
[/Construction_queue: Bio-organic Material Processing Vat x 2, Atomic Furnace]
The machine made an odd decision, it ordered an organic material producing facility without the only processing facility that usually comes with it. But that odd decision was not completely random as the machine had spent quite some time running simulations before it made its choice.
The machine is certain that the current colony won't be able to provide enough power for the vats and the organic processing plant at all, and the algae although they do grow fast, it's not like they will grow and multiply instantly and give good yield on the first run as the machine isn't sure if the original algae can live on this world's organic materials, the machine needed some test first, and the Atomic Furnace will help the machine do that test by producing higher quality advanced Stirling radioisotope generators and pure, yet stable Uranium and Strontium fuel rods. This would give a huge boost in power production for the colony to support the new vats and more electrical-based defensive installations. The Furnace will also supply the machine with higher quality materials to produce better equipment for itself too.
The machine disconnects itself from the colony's data nexus after it finished ordering the constructions, now all it can do is wait for them to be made, and by waiting it mean the machine will get out and go exploring again to find more resources and start stocking up dead bugs as material for the soon-to-be-built algae vats.
[/Locking_gate2]
Today the machine decided to explore the upper part of the cave once again to see if it had missed anything on its previous runs, the machine also intended to find and recover its lost rear left leg that got cut off during its first battle against the bug, that leg could be recycled and turned into useful resources for the colony.
The machine checks its repaired Force blade and refilled ammo magazines for the last time before it starts its expedition without holding back.

Un-named, the Arachnid queen of Arcanis's Dungeon.
It has been 3 days since the Arachnid queen declared war on its still missing friend, and yet there has no evidence of their returns, even the queen's best scout could not find any hints of a new hive being built in the past 2 days. Instead, the queen received news of an unknown powerful being wiping out its children left and right who got in its path on the upper area of the cave, even the queen's Evolved Hiveravagers who went out to hunt the thing could not return unscathed, most did not return at all.
And as if that piece of new has not angered the queen enough, news of that unknown being is possibly an Arachnid subspecies that capable of absorbing its slain prey makes the queen screeched in rage. The queen thought the thing was responsible for its missing friend and the queen's suffering, the thing could be another servant of the Demon god who came here to punish the queen for killing Arcanis, and now the thing has taken the form of an Arachnid to mock the queen and it is going to kill the queen and reclaim the dungeon.
"Naaay..."
The queen slowly calms itself down as it tries to breathe, all the sudden emotions and delusional thoughts running through the queen's dull mind has made the queen forgot its childrens are watching her closely, the queen must not simply let its rage take over its mind and body, it has to stay focused and relevant to continue its role as the proud and fearful Arachnid queen to lead its childrens toward the path of ultimate evolution to take vengeance on the one who killed its friend.
"Soon...My child...Soon."
The queen whispers as it pets a transparent egg nearby and watches the larvae squirming around inside the egg, then it looks back at one of the newborn Hivewarrior take care of it until the Hiveworkers returns to collect the eggs and the newborn bugs away, leaving the queen behind in its chamber as it prepares itself for another batch of Arachnid to be born.
