"Alright Yue'er, Listen to your father. You should actually eat as much of the Beast meat as you can, as after absorbing the power, it will make you stronger and more beautiful like your mo- Grandmother" Celia said as much well caressing Yue'ers soft black hair with red and gold tips, the colours in her hair showing the strength of her blood lineage...until stopping the moment she said grandmother with a bit of reluctance.
"Yes Mother! Yue'er will become more beautiful, just like grandmother!" with an extremely earnest face, expressing her determination to do everything in her will to do so. Everyone at the table couldn't help but be taken back a little. They were unsure what to do with this girl, which has changed with the flow instantly. Crying one moment, then instantly being chipper as a bird during a sunny day the next.
Not allowing them to forget that for all these 5 years, Yue'er hasn't actually shown such determination or emotion except during the one time she almost defeated her grandfather in the game of Go. She was determined to win at all costs, but couldn't help it, as she was forced into making it a stalemate without a winner. She actually grew angry, but it was apparent she was bottling it up. so her mother said for her to just hit her grandfather because it wouldn't hurt him but for whatever reason Yue'er, who as we all know has all but held them in, with watery eyes almost cried at the thought, but was soon calmed down by Chris ironically.
This game Go is an ancient board game for military purposes, originating from Lin Jian's home continent, not that other variations of the game haven't been found in other places, but this particular version with specific set's of rules came from his home that even Chris knows very little of, in fact, all he has learnt from Lin Jian about it is the name;
Tian Long Continent.
Yue'er had practiced the game for only a few months before the fateful day against Chris; yet Chris had almost 600 years to practice, without holding back in the least, the outcome was as described; A draw. Chris had to admit his granddaughter would have been the most dangerous person for enemies had she been in rule of a Country or Kingdom: let alone a Dynasty with such talent. He learnt of her talents development after having her read military exploits and documents he picked up, or were from the time of his ancestors, where such knowledge was kept in Memory Jade which are quite hard to break in normal circumstances and have survived the millennia upon millennia.

With everything, sorted for the moment, the family finally calmed down from the minor incident, and called for Mary, their housekeeper to bring the cooked Beast meat they had actually prepared for Yue’er in advance. They were just waiting for her to come and eat it herself while discussing what Lin Jian will be teaching her first.
As he said earlier or was soon to say from this point, he would basically just be planning for her initial preparation in managing her practice and explaining to her what will be happening from here on out. And that he will have her start out with the Beast Meat Toxin Removal curriculum, just for this week so she can learn to do it efficiently enough in the mornings and nights, hopefully leading to lunch time consumption before practice truly begins in the following week.
In the following week, things begin earlier in the day and become more taxing as the days become longer, slowly developing her Body and beginning the first of her Refinement. As she begins to feel comfortable, the practice will become harder and more taxing.
Hopefully, by the time she is 6, her body will have entered the second refinement realm. At this point, she will likely develop her mutation or spirit. In terms of speed to develop, a spirit would be most welcomed, however due to their issue It is hoped upon, for it to be a mutation, as they usually increase life force, general bodily health and are slower to develop in the early stages, which suit the circumstances related to their issue.
As they were discussing this, they all had heavy hearts about the situation, how it would have been great if their was a little more time, even a hundred years, heck 50 years would have been plenty to prepare Yue’er for it the turbulent times ahead, but, because it’s so close. It’s better to keep her out of it all, to keep her safe as possible.
And reaching this point, Yue’er walked in, and they all kept the surging emotions of regret and sadness hidden. They only wished for her to be happier in life, than anything else. But they’re still unsure how everything will pan out in the coming years.
Lin Eyore Yue, honestly, parts of her actually scare her family slightly, and had she been allowed to develop her martial power towards magic, then they all believe she would be unparalleled in years to come. However, as the news Chris gave was sadly late, due to the literally abrupt birth to all their dismay, which on it's own is a story for another day.
They all had a heavy heart and untold falling of guilt, when it came to this girl, the only exception to this was in fact Yue'ers grandmother who neither knew of the news Chris held before hand, nor of the conception, until it Yue'ers day of birth, in which she abruptly became the midwife. She kept hidden, the feelings of bitterness and pity very well in front of Yue, but felt almost worse than the others, for no reason anyone but herself knew.
