37. Rivals

37. Rivals

With Mendek’s conquests of so much land and effectively destroying the central government of Uruq, the pro Yerek residents of Smyr assumed control of the city rather effortlessly. Symachus did not like the speed of the take over, hoping to win more people over to the side of the Republic, but he nonetheless continued the large gifts to the population centre of 20,000. The local environs were bribed too, the tricolour being waved around by enthusiastic supporters.

“Slavery will be abolished throughout the Republic’s lands!” Symachus said to much adulation from below, “we will combat these brutes of Mendek!”

“Will you declare war on them?” An ex slave asked.

“We will do whatever is necessary for the world’s freedom.”

“Even war?” A woman asked.

“Even war,” Symachus promised.

The faces looked resolutely at him, many wondered what the future would bring. The south was now beginning to be a bastion for Yerek.

The nation of Mendek under their brutish warlord of a ruler soon discovered the news of the rebellion of Smyr. Spendius was not pleased, looking at his two lieutenants. Maurice and another named Clearchus, a blonde and blue eyed not so gentle man who had been gifted God Power by the God of Battle.

“Smyr has revolted and joined the God of Trade peaceniks,” Spendius said, “we should conquer the city of Smyr and end their madness, I know how annoying they can be.”

“What about Balna?” Maurice asked.

“We will take Balna soon enough, and Asur, and Peria and Hitara,” Spendius promised, “all lands belong to Mendek.”

“You wish to make war on the Church of Order,”

“They must learn their place,” Spendius said, “under my foot.”

Spendius tutted.

“The former ruler killed himself, rather than live as your slave,” Maurice said, “very sad.”

“Adela!” Spendius said, placing his hands on her hips.

“Yes my lord,” she said with a relatively put on smile.

If you stumble upon this tale on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.

“Remember what I promised you,”

“What’s that?”

He put his mouth near her ear.

“A baby in here,” he said pointing at her belly, “and you get land, perhaps the city of Kert. That other bitch refused me, she will get nothing.”

“Of course lord,” she said, “you do me a great honour.”

“My generals,” he said to his staff at the palace of Uruqa, “get them some fine women!”

“Of course lord,” some maids said.

They eyed some maids and were promptly taken to some rooms to fornicate. Spendius took the buxom ex queen to the royal chambers, taking her clothes off, her bra revealing big tits which she promptly wrapped around his dick.

“You aren’t lying?” She asked too sweetly for what he was.

“About this, absolutely not,” he said, “my children will have lands, and my generals I suppose.”

A hairy vulva sat on top of him bouncing on top of him, she was not sure she was the most fertile, but she would nonetheless try. His cum splurged inside of her, and she tried again, bouncing on top of him, trying her best to cum.

Ethra and Mercurius had a much more amorous time with their love making. Making love in each other’s arms, hugging each other and promising their lives to be together.

“The Republic must survive, our children I want them to be free and happy,” Mercurius said.

“For sure,” Ethra said, “the fact that a power is threatening the world scares me Mercurius,” she said, “I don’t want my kids to be ruled by some tyrant.”

His cum was leaking out of her, and he embraced her and said:

“Our kids.”

“Ours,” she repeated.

It would be the afternoon but Spendius had already begun campaigning. His 20,000 cavalry supplemented with Uruqian cavalry rode in a south westerly direction, while Maurice headed straight for Smyr. Clearchus was in charge of 5000 mercenary cavalry that headed for Hatun. Mendek had only just conquered Uruq and was now marching on all fronts against all enemies. Byz was preemptively surrendering, waiting to hand over their city to whoever marched on the walls. But while Mendek moved so did Yerek. Mercurius, Zelra and Symachus had already begun infiltrating the city of Hisar and Caer, buying slaves and purchasing the loyalty of the lower classes. The change in loyalties were noticed by the mercenary garrison and the new security services. When an agent of the law was killed in Hisar, messenger birds were already being flown to Spendius to alert of the danger.

Meanwhile many weeks away in Amoreb, Salutius and Mardonius began purchasing the loyalty of the border cities. The war had only just finished not that long ago, but Yerek was preparing for a war with Mendek. Day turned to night, and with it, Hitara’s alertness immediately increased tenfold. Their armies mobilised and ready to fight the war against Spendius’s upstart nation. A new coalition would soon be born. While Yerek meticulously planned and bought the loyalty of new cities, Mendek marched through the countryside pillaging, and promising violence on anyone who didn’t obey. Harsh punishment on dissent was established with Spendius’s henchmen promising slavery for those caught fighting them.

Another day passed and Spendius entered the domains of Byz capturing it without much of a fight. The city’s king forced to kneel while Spendius put his foot on his head. The ignominy was palpable, again Spendius did not waste any time finding the King’s wife and promising her land in exchange for her loins. The King of Byz was washing the palace floors with the other servants while Spendius was in the royal chambers with Priscilla the king’s wife. She had light brown hair and a small round bottom and he spent the afternoon emptying his balls inside of her, before doing up his trousers and leaving the royal chambers.

“She is the governor here,” he said, “everyone listen to her.”

His soldiers snickered in derision, and many whispers would follow at the lecher and his policies. For there was no justice in his realm, merely his words, and his sword.
