She was rather confident but as she learned, set plan A then work on plan B...and keep going until things are done needing solved. Plan A: The Otherworlders, so far at least one was working as intended, so as the rest played out and yielded their insights Plan B.
She had ideas for a Plan C given the intrusions she's been dealing with and the countermeasures deployed but the immediate concern was weapons. Dissecting and discovering the developments of another world lead to a realization that the arms available to the current residents may be woefully inadequate.
Thus Plan B, put down a dungeon with the explicit purpose of developing, integrating and surpassing the weapon tech of the world they had fished the five from. This task needed a sense of urgency and curiosity that was difficult among most dungeons, so using a human soul as a dungeon core seemed to be the play again. Once Delta was out and the various issues inherent in a first iteration known and fixed she would have another fished up by her brother, in the meantime their meeting was drawing near.
As her light stretched down and impacted the moon, the light of her brother stretched up to meet the other side.
"You and your plans, do you ever take a breath and relax?" She looked around, the cratered face of the moon stretching out around her as she sat as a little girl in a slightly flatter section.

Her brother stood over her, facing away as she huffed and leaned back into his legs, "Do you ever tire of fishing and laying about?"
He barked out a laugh that made the earth below shiver, reaching back to pat on her and being equally as young, though more scarred. The brother of beasts took a breath, thinking for a moment.
"What is it gonna be this time Sis, what weird monster do you want me to bring into existence?" He was just giving it to her this time, the sun churned for a moment, her thoughts coming to her plans, getting up to F by now and the things from the memories she'd sifted threw.
"I wonder..." She thought more, figuring how to put it so it didn't sound silly, she didn't wanna seem silly in front of her brother. Not so directly at least.
"Wonder what Sis?" A pat on her head calmed her, reminded her who she was sitting by and why.
"Do we have squirrels?" She could see his grin in the land above her.
...
When the meeting was over there was in the works Plan G, nothing about it was supposed to do anything really, bug just having squirrels the size of boots casting spells like magic hand was enough. Surely it would be distracting and disrupting to have a prevalent pest capable of getting everywhere and staying there just randomly conjuring and casting all around, laws would be disregarded, strandards shifted, practices abandoned.
Yes, this would be good, surely.
On the other hand she wouldn't be getting another Otherworlder to slap into a core, she'd be hijacking someone here if anything so she started looking for candidates.
