This barrier went and separated the island from its 'root' so now it's an island in a floating sphere. While this invisible sphere was floating in the ocean, I quickly listed my options on what I could currently afford in my growing stage. Floating on the sea is rejected as there are plenty of monsters that have the great accidental luck of arriving out of the blue. The sky route is too energy consuming as I don't have any data on cloud soil or the like currently. So the only logical and best approach would be the out of sight out of mind approach. With this I had various fins and long appendages of sorts come out from the sides of the sphere which'll help steer it. Next I spent a bunch of energy making the bottom of this bubble heavy so that it remains upright and goes downwards.
While this giant sphere was descending to the depths of the ocean I left a hollow fake island of the same shape and form which took roughly a half a Sea King's worth of energy. This way no one will know it's gone and I'll also get environmental data of the island above. This data will be automatically used to simulate the same environment in my sphere with bright lights and changing pigments and all other resources that're currently available to me for successfully making the inside look like it has the sun and a day night cycle, similar to the one above it.
It didn't take much time to reach the floor of this ocean as it's not as deep as the ones in the grandline or near it, 10,000 of pressure and fishman are just chilling in it.
While I was being an excellent interior decorator, the sphere landed on the seabed softly, courtesy of making it lighter to slow it's descent.
I sent a world stone from the inventory outside the sphere and transferred into it to check the surroundings and it was basically the same as the island. Nothing other then the occasional fish in schools going about. Now to make my defense for this underwater base, I went and spawned multiple world stones which transformed into various small fish in large quantities that scattered around with the base as the center and would basically patrol in the region they're assigned to.
Next I needed to ward of bigger visitors that'll come knocking for some sugar, Sea Kings and the like. I made a few empty Sea Kings that'll just go to a wider area around the base and claim it as territory for themselves. I didn't spend all of my energy on these guys since I'm still skimping on the energy that I currently have which is roughly a dozen Sea Kings worth and still rising, what with my animal replicas going on full hunting in forests, fish hunting fish and a 'small' number of food warehouses on each town being 'borrowed' from.
These few Sea Kings only have weight and are pretty much empty inside. They'll be what the Chinese like to call paper tigers as these are basically a bluff to other Sea Kings that might stumble onto this area. If a Sea King is brave and stupid enough to have a fight for territory with one of them, then taking advantage of the speed at which the world stones can transform, the hollow Sea Kings will extend their bodies in any disporportionate manner and either quickly strangle or decapitate or destroy them from the inside out. They'll then be stored to later be converted to energy after their data is taken from their heads.
The distance from the sea level and my base is roughly 2 kilometres which should be away from the haki range of the abnormal people in this remote area. As long as it's not Fujitora whose range extends to the meteorites in the sky, it'll be fine. I'll probably find ways to restrict or eliminate being probed by observation haki. Speaking of taking a small island off of its roots and into the ocean, I've just come up with a plan to just mega scan Loguetown, but I don't think have the time to implement it as it's literally about to be night soon and tommorow, there'll probably be a lot of high level people in Loguetown already.

I've had the A.I report any strange or disguised people and there seems to be a lot of pirates from many different regions along with people from the marines and ordinary looking revolutionary people as well.
This A.I is terrifyingly accurate as its been fed the data and experience of multiple small towns and various people. It has reached a point where based on the life data from an individual, it can somewhat accurately judge the future actions of said person. With it's help, I've made a start to my world stones that'll be used by others for various means. One such thing that's becoming more and more complete is the initial skills that people could acquire with enough energy like navigation lv1 and onwards with each being more detailed then the last and also requiring the previous to be unlocked to get to a certain level. This means that a person who wants to unlock lv15 would need to unlock all the previous levels first, it's all for the energy.
Anyway the best thing about the current situation is that none of the higher leveled people have been able to detect the tiny same coloured fruit flies and stickers that're attached to the walls and corners, which either means that it can't be detected as an entity, so it's a camera of sorts or they are just not using their observation haki incase someone with higher attainment might detect them.
Even if they did use observation haki, I'm pretty sure no one will use it on walls or the corner of streets and further try to find that one miniscule sticker or fly on it. I got lucky on my scans that the seagulls do after finding an island, they found a marine branch base, although a small one, it still had some great things like seastone, which I can replete to unholy amounts, cannons, cannonballs, bunch of pistols and rifles. The only pity is that they didn't have a devil fruit or a user of one but I still lucked out as I found that the captain of the base actually had some attainments in the marine six styles, although he barely only knew Soru, the art of being like a mosquito that just can't be caught unless someone's as fast or uses the same moves.
I went and renamed the guys data as Bob. Now I used a spare world stone to use my terrifying A.I to try and use Bob's life data and body data to simulate his training and see if he could be more stronger then he already is. This was done in a very simple manner, just thousands of thousands of Bobs in an open White expanse were constantly training in what looks like sped up time, this was of course mostly for my visuals as the A.I had already reached a level where it could make and give someone many years worth of training in something. It's not an exaggeration that with the strong physique of the higher end new world people, they could probably get decades of training into their heads and just shrug it off. Well back to Bob, the world stone's own inherent A.I which is similar to the main one, more like a branched off version but with some connections still left, it was able to make each Bobs experience 10 years of experience doing specific trainings in Rokushiki and haki. The final result of the combined simulations was that Bob's new data had made him a terrifyingly high end expert in Rokushiki but he still didn't make much attainments in haki as the A.I had insufficient data on it. This Bob will be my go-to minion of sorts who'll be used to communicate with the rest of the world from now on, of course with a changed body structure to match his higher attainments as well as getting better looks, gotta look good for the public when distributing world stone cards. I went and made his entire skin be composed of seastone and now he's basically a devil fruit user's worst hug buddy. He's going to replace my BigNews Morgan 2.0. the funny thing is that with the amount of energy from a 100m Sea King, I could make a couple hundred of these Bobs who know all the six styles to the extreme. I'll probably add more stuff to the A.I that runs these as well as upgrade their bodies to be better and stronger as time goes by. It's about to be night time so I'll just chill on my sofa on this island in a sphere in the seabed in the depths of the ocean.
