After waking up, she realized that thinking was faster and easier than ever before, but even with her enhanced Intelligence, it took her a while to understand that the world around her was muffled in a way, similar to the time she was in her original box.
With a bit of prodding, she found out that the box around her was, in fact, not her old one, but an entirely new one, with soundproof stuffing along the walls to prevent any song-based mind shenanigans the sentient, heavily mutated and psychically gifted Teratome could come up with.
And as they opened her cage, they stood ready to dissect her, obviously wanting to hurt the newly sapient creature, after forcing it to sit in a dark chamber with little food for most of her life.
The very next second, a person threw a ball at her, sending the urge to comply and stop resisting into her newly created mind, something Pione took personally, as the mind was a rather complex structure to create, and annoying if it was messed with.
She decided to make them pay for that. Holding her locked up was evil, and trying to dissect her was gross, but they were acceptable and somewhat understandable, given the fact that humans are obviously stupid creatures that like to hurt others.
Doing things to her mind was absolutely vile.
She knew that freedom was better than containment, but at that moment she decided that she would slaughter all those in her way, using their brains to grow smarter, and their organs and meat to grow stronger, making sure the humans would regret the day they decided to hurt those who couldn't defend themselves.
----------------------------------------
Pione didn’t know that pushing away mental influence was supposed to be hard, and that resisting unlocked a new part of her Psionic abilities, a part that was not as instinctual as infusing songs. Something that will change her future, once she learned how to control it.

Unbeknownst to her, she resonated her disgust and hate for humans inside her mind and core, sharpening her senses and delivering her a bloodlust that no sapient tumor has ever felt, the need to slaughter, subjugate, and mock them for their weakness and inferiority against her. She would escape, and all those who survived would feel shame and disgust, never to leave. She would be the doom of this facility, and she would do her best to make it as bad as possible.
The next moment, they came close and talked in their weird language, something about hurting and good, before inserting a weird substance into her, which she immediately send to the tips of her tentacles, coating them in the suspicious substance, before stabbing one into the scientist that injected her in the first place, resulting in her immediately keeling over, allowing for Pione to dash towards one of the scientists holding a tranquilizer, the others firing their ammunition, syringes that hit Pione and… resulted in her mixing them to the tips of her tentacles.
The creatures called themselves Humans, but as she knocked them out with a slice of the now venom-covered tentacles, she realized that it sounded too long and identifying for mere hairless monkeys, resulting in her labeling them as Hoos, a simple and fun sound, to distinguish between the stronger, male specimen and the more enduring and smarter Female specimen, she decided to name them Mahoo and Wohoo, Entertaining Sounds that fit their awkward movements and over-reliance on things like legs and arms.
The third was on her, trying to stab her with some kind of hot blade, never reaching her as she grappled his face, pierced the brain and launched herself at the last of the group, the guy busy reloading the Tranquilizer with the weird mixture inside.
After the last of them was dead, she made sure to fill the weird mixture that covered her claw-like tentacle tips into the fourth person before consuming the remaining two males, adopting their brains, and latching onto the only female among them, hollowing her out and connecting her tentacles to different parts of her carcass, using the things she learned from the Biology doctor-wannabe and the basic knowledge about psionic abilities that the other provided to regularly send instructions through the body and puppeteer it using her tentacles, trying to resemble muscles.
As Pione left the room, Piloting a shambling corpse, she didn’t notice that something was happening in the room she just left, the smell of rot and something acidic being unrecognizable to the smelling organ she decided to incorporate into her maw.
