"What do you mean?" I asked. "Don't worry, you'll soon understand," she said.
"What are you upto?" Akari asked.
"Let us out of here, Akio yelled. "Yes, let us out," Saburo said.
"Shut up!" Akuno grunted.
"Listen carefully,"she said. "You will be locked inside this cage for a certain while. There is some work left for me to do. And remember this cage is made out of pure tungsten, you try to break it, your hands will bleed.
Now, since the cage will be locked, you can't escape from the entrance of the cage, so the only option left for you to escape would be the top portion of the cage. But, there are knives placed above the cage, so even if you are able to break through due to some miracle, you will be cut, so I don't think that way will help you. So the only way to be unharmed is to stay in this cage motionless. Got it? She said, locking the cage. Have fun!!"
Akuno and Zaki left the premises, leaving us six locked up in a cage.
"What the hell is happening?" Saburo yelled. "We need to do something!" Akio said. "This is ridiculous! We need to find a way out of this dungeon," Niko rasped.
"Guys!" I said. "Just stop yelling and let's think of some plan, alright?"
"Plan, huh?" Niko grumbled. "You were the one who brought us here in the first place, Oriyo. You are the one responsible for all of this, okay?"
"Me? I just wanted us to do something different rather than the same usual stuff."
"Your "different" has got us locked up in a cage Oriyo, do you even get that?"
"You are talking as if I forced you to tag along, Niko. You also were on the same page as I was the other day and so were the others.
Don't blame me!"
"Guys!" Akari interrupted. "Stop it. What are you two doing? Do you even understand that we are in a crisis right now? Just zip it alright! There is no point in thinking about what has already happened. We need to come up with something real fast to get out of this or else we are done for. We don't even know what is that hag upto. One silly mistake and we are lost. Drill this into your brains, kids!"
"Now, we need to come up with a plan as Oriyo mentioned earlier. So without wasting our time in fighting let's focus."
"Man, this thing is really hard," Akio cried while hitting the cage.
"What else do you expect? It is tungsten- the strongest metal in the world, of course it is hard," Saburo said.
"She said that coming out through the entrance will be impossible because it would be locked and if we managed to break the top portion
of the cage, we would be cut. What to do?" I thought.
"What if we heat it? Tungsten has the highest melting point, Akio said. That point would be valid only if we had something that was able to heat it Saburo," Niko sighed. "Hm...What if....."
When all of us were thinking of different ways to get out of this situation, Yui interrupted us.
"Everybody, relax! I have something very interesting."
"Huh?" I asked. "What do you mean?" Saburo questioned.
"Look at the entrance of the cage," she said.
"What- the- hell!!" I said. "How did you...?"
"Yeah, this is some stuff, man!" Saburo said. "That is actually brilliant," Akio said. "You bet it is!" Akari smiled.
"My hearing skills are so good that it makes it difficult for me to sleep at night, she said. "That is stupid, alright?" Niko grumbled.
"It might be a trap."
"Do you know what to do then?" I asked her. "N...no, she said." "Then just stick with us."
"But still that is completley stupid. What if something goes wrong with that plan? There is no place for stupidity."
"Well then, make place for it. Because that's what we are, Yui said. We were stupid enough to turn up to some random place that we had never seen before. We were stupid enough to play some stupid game. And we were stupid enough to get caught."
"I have heard that "stupid enough" thing somewhere else too, haven't I, Oriyo?" Saburo teased me.
"Shut up!"
"We have only been stupid throughout," Yui continued.
"Even so. We might end up in some big trouble. And who knows...whether we will even get out alive?"
"Huh? So what? Let's give it a try!"
I didn't know what happened to her, but the only thing that came to mind was, "That's the Yui I know!"
But, even though she was back to normal, I was still concerened about what bothered her. I remembered what Niko told me earlier. All I had to do was to check her phone. So, I went quietly towards her pocket and removed it out.
"Oh boy! This is definitely something more than a surprise!!" I said.
"Let's do it everyone," she said.
"Fine, whatever," Niko said.
"Yess!" All of us yelled.
( At the place of Akuno and Zaki....)
"Something is itching me inside my shoes. Pfft! Whatever.
Hey! Give me some water."
"Sure ma'am."
Boom! We broke through the door.
"What-what are you doing here? How did you....?"
"You left the keys on the lock itself, "idiot!" Saburo said. "The idiot thing actually made an impact on you, didn't it?" I asked."Well, you can say so. But remember that you owe me something more than a winning speech, okay?"
"Sure. Why not?"
"Looks like I made a mistake," Akuno smiled.
"Huh?" I said.
"Fine. Whatever is done is done. Zaki, kill them."
"Sure thing!!"
"What...what?"
Zaki came rushing towards us like a bull that goes rushing behind the colour red. We didn't know what to do.
"What should we do now?" Saburo asked. "He looks like a vampire and a monster combined," Akio said. "You mean like a....Vampster?" Saburo asked him.
"Saburo!!" I yelled. "But don't worry," said Akio.
"Huh?"
"Yeah. We never introduced ourselves to you properly, did we, Oriyo?" Akari said.
Zaki came closer to us. In a fraction of a second, Akari appeared in front of us. He kicked Zaki in his gut. Zaki went off behind.
A moment later, Akio appeared behind Zaki and held him by his neck. "Oriyo, take this and cut off the guy's hand," said Akari while showing me a sword.
"What?"
"Just do it."
"Okay."
I ran towards Zaki and tried to cut off his hand, but my hands were shivering. "Oriyo, please, the guy is huge," said Akio.
"O....okay."
I cut off Zaki's arm.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!!!!" He yelled. Akio then took a syringe out of his pocket and pierced it on Zaki's neck.
"That should be it," Akio said. "I don't know what just happened but, yeah!"
"Well done, Akuno said," clapping her hands. "Not bad."
"Not bad, you say? Well wait for a minute and it will be for you," said Saburo.
"Huh?"
"Have you been itching inside your shoes?" "Y..yes. Why?"
"Oh, because I put some worms in your shoes when you were locking us up in that stupid cage."
"Whaaat?" She screamed.
"Guys, let's leave now," said Saburo. "Okay!!!"
"That was definitely gross," said Niko.
We were on our way to the exit. "Akari, take the door," said Akio.
"Yup!"
Akari broke the door, keeping all of us amazed.
"Whooooow! That is some strength!!" I said.
"Just move!"
We ran out of the organisation - towards the main portion of the city and stopped to take a breather.
"Man, that....was....some speed," I said.
"Yeah! Said Akari. But this is still not enough."
"Huh? What do you mean?" Asked Saburo.
"There is no guarantee that they won't come back to us. We need to be careful."
"Yeah! We got to do something," I said.
"Oh, as for me, I don't want do anything." said Saburo.
"Why not? All we did was fight with some gross looking guy and put worms in that hag's shoes. We can definitely do nothing, right?" I asked.
"Yup man. You understand me well," Oriyo.
I sighed.
"Guys, let's just go home now. I want to take a bath. My dress smells as if I just got out of a garbage dump," said Niko.
"Yeah, okay," said Akari.
"But Akari, I have some questions to ask you," I said. "Save it for later," he said. "I am hell tired."
"Fine," I grunted. "Oriyo, you remember the deal right?" Saburo asked me. "Yes," I said.
"Akari, we should leave," said Akio.
"Yeah! Bye guys!"
"Bye."
"I too am leaving," said Niko.
"So am I," said Saburo.
The only ones left were me and Yui.
"Hey!" I called out to her.
"Hm?"
"Take this," I said.
"What is it?" She asked. It was a box covered with wrapping paper.
"Open it," I said.
"Oriyo..... how did you know?" She asked me.
"Well, Niko told me that you were continously looking at your phone and were distracted even during the game so, I grabbed your phone from your pocket when we were locked up in that cage. I never thought that you would be so much interested in milk dumplings, I said.
I took it from a store on the way here, actually. Honestly speaking I never thought that you would be worried about something so--"
Bam!! She punched me on my face.
"What-what did I do?" I asked. "That was for touching my phone without my permission, she said. And don't you dare call me stupid, okay?
These dumplings were a limited edition and I was gonna buy it during the night of the Light festival. But then you brought that whole Korgo thing and everybody else stepped in, so I was left with no choice. I didn't want to be called stupid."
"Then what changed your mind?" I asked. "I realised that it was stupid on my part to be hooked up on something so small. And moreover not co-operating in a crisis for something so stupid......was just not acceptable. So I just--"
"You shoud have just told us, Yui. You should have just let it out. Well, even though that was stupid, that's what we are, aren't we?" I said.
"Hmph," she laughed. "Yes, we are, we seriously are."
"But honestly, that was actually something quite stupid," I said.
"Shut up!"
