“Is that seriously what we are going to do?”
“Yes, Tesilim,” Lili replied matter of factly as if she couldn’t believe he was actually complaining.
“That's lame. It's like getting half of the fighting done before we even get to fight.”
“Don’t worry, you will get plenty of fighting against the wererabbits.”
“I still don’t believe you on that. Seems like you are just messing with me. Back on Earth, we had stories of werewolves, but wererabbits? That’s a bit of a stretch.”
“I am sorry. Are you the one that has been to a different continent and fought them?” Lili answered sarcastically, still unsure as to why Tesilim was complaining about an easy fight.
“Tesilim, stop being an idiot. You will have plenty of fights in the future. Lili has like 270 somethings years of experience on you. Why are you still going on about this?” Alyx interjected.
“It just seems lame. I feel we should duke it out and clear each thing one by one like proper adventurers.”
“Tesilim. Is this your otherworldly knowledge getting in the way of things?” Jasmine asked, feeling she was starting to understand Tesilim’s issue.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, we are proper adventurers. I don’t know how you dealt with monsters in your world, but here we do it as fast and safely as possible here.” Jasmine’s face was serious as she replied, possibly the first time Tesilim had seen it without a smile.
“Wait, didn’t you say that Earth didn’t have monsters before the invasion?” Lili asked, remembering one of the conversations they had before.
“Well, yeah… but.”
“So, where exactly did you fight these monsters? You just got to D-rank not long ago.”
Tesilim’s silence told the story, and Lili just nodded as she finally got it as well.
“Let me guess, it was in one of these games you talk about.”
Tesilim adverted his eyes from Lili’s stare, and his continued silence just proved she was right.
“Now, I just got to make sure you understand that this isn’t a game. If we run out of mana in there, we can actually die.”
“Alright, yeah, I am sorry. Maybe I let things get away from me. Let's do the plan.”
“I can't believe this is actually something we had to discuss, " Rose said before walking towards the cave entrance.
The plan was simple and began with Tesilim’s spell die, which had the following spells…
1 - Flame Magic Missile.
2 - Lightning Magic Missile.
3 - Force Magic Missile.
4 - Chain Lightning.
5 - Water Slash.
6 - Summon Drake.
First, the team would split into two groups.
One was Tesilim, Lili, and Drex.
Tesilim would head inside and throw the dice in the first expanse. They would wait for the thing to discharge and use the ensuing chaos to go in and take out the bunnies.
The other team would consist of Rose, Alyx, and Jasmine, who would rush further into the cave as team one fought in the first cave. From there, Alyx would make a convincing illusion in front of the tunnel that headed right, which was the one that went towards the silver eye bunnies and wererabbits. The wall would hopefully delay a response from them.
Meanwhile, Rose and Jasmine would head ahead to delay the wolves, with Alyx joining afterward. Then, once team one killed the bunnies in cave one they would head towards the wolf cave. Once there, Tesilim would unleash a Chaos Boosted Chain Lightning spell, killing the wolves in one go. Finally, the entire team would turn around and engage the rest of the cave, which would definitely be fully alerted by then.
That's where the plan ended since from there, it was anyone's guess how the fight would continue.

----------------------------------------
Tesilim threw in the die, and a few seconds later, all hell broke loose as he heard the telltale sound of his water slashes.
Hearing the spell had gone off, Lili, him, and Drex went in and found blood and water splashed in random directions. Looking around, they saw that four bunnies were dead; one was incredibly injured, but three, in addition to the silver-eyed one, were still alive.
Lili immediately rushed at the silver-eyed one, her enhancement already active. At the same time, Tesilim threw one dagger at the injured bunny, stabbing it right on its forehead whilst he rushed to the nearest uninjured one, his body enhancement also going. For his part, Drex opened his maw, targeting the bunny rushing at Tesilim—a lightning bolt shooting from his mouth, striking the bunny and causing it to tumble.
Dodging some crescent waves of cold energy, Lili arrived at the silver eye bunny and moved forward to stab its rather still body. That tipped her off, and she stomped the ground, changing her trajectory while still stabbing the bunny causing it to dissipate. A second after jumping more waves of energy passed right where her body had just been, and she smiled at the new silver bunny before her feet landed on the wall behind her, and she shot off it, heading straight to where it had been hidden.
Recalling his dagger from the head of the bunny, Tesilim heard the lightning bolt strike another bunny, and he smiled as he threw his dagger at the one he was heading to. He hadn’t really aimed to hit, and the bunny easily dodged it, allowing the dagger to strike the ground behind it. A smile still on his face, Tesilim cast the reduced weight spell on the bunny, catching it off guard, making it stumble, and causing it to miss the wave of power it had been preparing. Then, using the distraction, Tesilim teleported to the dagger he had thrown appearing behind the bunny and quickly stabbed it through the head.
Turning around, he saw that Drex was tearing another bunny apart while Lili’s bunny was pasted on the ground. He did notice that Drex had a slash on his shoulder, and the drake was bleeding a bit but was fine otherwise.
So, seeing all the bunnies were dead, team one headed out of the first cave.
----------------------------------------
Leaving team one behind to do their thing, team two split once again. Alyx stopped at the start of the tunnel that headed to the right. Illusions weren’t his forte, and he had to think in order to come up with a spell on the spot. Thankfully, he had two gods in his head, and they didn’t mind helping now and then, so the right words quickly came to him.
"By mind's trick and phantom call;
I weave the veil, an unseen wall;
Illusion rise, firm and tall;
Let none pass through nor see at all."
The wall shimmered into existence, and if it hadn’t been for the fact that he had created it, Alyx would have had trouble spotting it. Happy with his work, Alyx ran down the other tunnel, needing to catch up with Rose and Jasmine.
Rose and Jasmine arrived at the entrance to the other cave and realized they had messed up. The wolves hadn’t been the wiser to the fighting going on further back. However, it was hard to ignore a warrior running up to the entrance of your cave, and all of the beasts were staring their way. Then the wolves stared at each other for a few seconds, and Rose and Jasmine used that as their cue to run back, meeting Alyx on the way and explaining the situation.
Alyx made the call to hold them off until team one arrived and manipulated his shield to block half of the tunnel queuing Rose to summon her shield wall.
----------------------------------------
Rushing out, Lili spotted the fake wall that Alyx had put up and rushed down the other tunnel with Tesilim and Drex close behind. They quickly found team two hiding behind shields with nine wolves shooting blue beams of ice. The fighting hadn’t been going on for long since the barriers still looked okayish, but with every beam, Rose's golden shield wall looked worse and worse while Alyx spent more mana.
“Alright, Tesilim do your thing,” Lili told him.
As he chanted, multicolor lightning sparkled around his hands, and the sweet taste of fruit returned to his mouth. The wolves were definitely Low to Mid D Rank, and as long as he gave them a good blasting, the team could move in and finish the job.
“By storm's fury and lightning's might;
Chain lightning, strike with blinding light;
Leap and bind with electric force;
And smite my foes with no remorse.”
The shield broke as his chant ended, and he shot his hands forward, unleashing a bolt of rainbow lightning that struck one wolf, then bounced to another and another before it bounced all around, lighting the tunnel in beautiful colors.

The spell ended, and the wolves were a bit shocked and stunned, so the team rushed forward. It was only a matter of seconds to put the wolves down, and once the fighting ended everyone was taken by surprise as a loud “Brapp” rang through the tunnel. It took a second for everyone to realize what it was before they all looked at Tesilim.
“Tesilim, did you just far?” asked Lili.
“Uh, no.” He answered and was quickly betrayed as another fart came from him.
“You okay? What did you eat? I never heard such loud farts before,” Rose said with a smile.
“I told you not to eat too much of that summoned food.” Stated Alyx with an “I told you so” face.
Blurtp.
“Tesilim. What did the Chaos Event do?” Jasmine asked, a smile on her face. Her question bringing everyone else enlightenment, Tesilim included.
“Not sure, I didn’t get a notice. You don’t think that…”
“Oh, that's exactly what I think,” Jasmine replied.
“Ha! That is the funniest shit that has happened so far! And as much as I would love to stay here and discuss this, we have bunnies to kill.” Lili said, moving back down the tunnel.
“Yeah, guys, Lili is right. We have fighting to do.” Added Rose as she followed after the white hair elf.
“Tesilim, back of the line, buddy. We don’t need your farts clouding our sense of smell.” Alyx stated making his way past him.
Following Alyx was Jasmine, who just gave him an apologetic smile.
Tesilim just sighed as another fart was released.
