-Vanguards Stronghold-
Wow! Sieg's special skill swallowed a lot of them but we are still outnumbered. There are still more than 700 of them including the archers. After defeating lots of Orcs, Sieg started to slow down and his armor is disappearing. He's running out of mana.
"Warden, I'm all out of mana, we need to retreat and go back," Warden didn't join the fight. Instead, he was just trying to support Sieg in case he runs out of fuel and now is the time.
Warden carried Sieg and retreated. The remaining defenders and warriors helped them retreat. Supports and Spellcasters also continuously used their spells to damage foes and heal allies. But it wasn't enough. The end of the war is getting near and we don't have the power to turn the table around. We're losing a lot of defenders and warriors too.
But they still haven't given up. Their leader did his best which motivated them to fight. Every health and mana was not wasted. Their hearts were loyal to their leader who led them from various trials and problems to victory. Tears can be seen from their eyes knowing that the homeland they created will be captured or destroyed by the barbaric Orcs.
It started to rain. It's like the heaven's crying for us.
Orcs tried to push their way inside but the Vanguards firm determination helped them defend the gate. Even with the Orc's total power, they are still having a hard time breaking the defender's defense. But there's something strange happening from the East of the Stronghold near the forest.
A mist of darkness moves towards the Orcs. At that moment I realized, I know someone with the same spell!
In that smoke, massive explosions can be heard.
"What's going on?!" Sieg asked everyone.
"Don't worry, he's an ally," I answered.
The Orcs that focuses on defenders went back and checked what's going on inside the dark mist. But instead, they died mercilessly from an unknown source.
"WAAAAAAAH! RETREAT! WAAAAH!" The Vanguards only heard screams from the Orcs.
The panic and the confusion killed the Orcs' will to fight. But it stopped.
"FIIIWIIIIIIIT!" A sound of a whistle was heard inside the dark mist.
*SWOOOOSH! SWOOOSH! SWOOOSH!* After that, a lot of long spears flew from the forest and rained towards the dark mist.
The people inside the forest shows up and then charged towards the remaining Orcs.
"DEATH SHADOW'S WRATH!" The dark mist was sucked by a person and that person was wearing a full dark armor.

(DEATH SHADOW BOSS RANK: B)
He charged at the foes passing through every one of them and ripping their flesh like they were leaves. Every slash he made was filled with ominous aura dismembering every limb his sword touches.
The people that came out from the forest were Elves! They stabbed every Orc they see leaving no trace of life in them.
And lastly, the leader of the Orcs died at the hands of the Reaper.
Just like that, a saviour has come and ended the invasion.
-Vanguards Stronghold-
(Scy's POV)
WOOOH! I'm exhausted. I never thought that Orcs would be that many. Sieg said they were prepared and anticipating an easy win but from the looks of it, they would have lost if I didn't come. Just right on time, I guess. The elves that helped us also moved out after the fight and returned to their forest. I said my thanks and bid my farewell.
We killed every single one of the Orcs. I feel sorry for the players who died from the fight but casualties can't be avoided on a large-scale battle like this.
"WOOOOOOOH! WE WON! WE WON!" Cheers from the soldiers can be heard from the castle.
Three familiar faces are running from the gate and coming towards me.
"SCY! You're late! I thought it's the end but you came!" It was Elou. I don't know why, but they're crying. Maybe they really missed me or just filled with excitement.
"Aww, guys. It's just a while since I was gone but you already missed me," They hugged me. I can feel their happiness.
This might be a game but the feelings we poured on it are like in real life. Losing the place you built with your friends, the efforts and pain of creating a guild are hard to let go.
"So how about we go to the Stronghold and celebrate our victory?" I suggested.
-Vanguards Stronghold's Hall-
Sounds of instrument playing, people drinking their booze and dancing on top of the stage are the things they're doing right now, a cliché way to celebrate.
"Scy, thanks for your help. It's hard for me to admit but if you didn't come that time, we might be all dead and this place was raided by now. We can't express how much grateful we are right now to you guys," Sieg said his thanks.
"No problem, we are glad to help you guys. You saved us from Zeth and you deserve to win. Let's call it a quits," I also thanked them again for saving us.
"Haha. We'll talk about it later. This time, let's celebrate to our heart's content," He said while he drinks his booze.
It was fun. The guys also participated in the celebration. Lili and Akko were dancing while Elou and I were drinking and singing.
The celebration ended with smiles on our faces.
-After a Couple of Hours-
Ughhh! My head hurts. It's a game but the hangover kicks in really bad.
(WARNING: Afflicted by "Low-level poison" and only causes negative effects.)
"You're awake! You, boys, can't handle your liquor," I opened my eyes and Akko and Lili are sitting on chairs beside our bed.
"Ohh hello there, what time is it?" I asked holding my head.
"It's already six AM in the morning. Well, Lili and I just woke up too," She said while drinking a hot beverage.
"I need to log out now. I need to prepare our breakfast. Ugh. And I want to escape my hangover here in the game. Haha," I said.
"Oh ok. We will also log out now. See you later Scy!" After that, I logged out of the game.
-Aries' Home-
I woke up scratching my head. I'm really thirsty and really need to go to the bathroom. Playing all day and night without waking up is really bad for our health. Not enough water, food and irregular bowel schedule. Even the girls aren't awake yet. Jeez.
On a daily basis, I prepared breakfast for them. Just how long Azzie plans to stay here? Her parents must be worried by now.
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!* I knock on Mari's room.
"Wake up little birds. It's time to eat," I said.
"We'll be right there in a minute," These girls need a life...
