Chapter 3: Arrival
I go back to my room and begin to change. I searched my closet and chose a black and blue blouse, an oversized fluffy hoody, a frilly skirt, and a Cartonio hairclip. I finish dressing and rush to the kitchen. I scrounge through the cabinets looking for something I only find two stale granola bars. I grab them and run out the door. My sister is waiting outside in the car. “Took you long enough, I was waiting here for 17 minutes”. I said, “It felt like 5 to me”. As she pulls off, I realize I forgot to lock the front door. “WAIT”! She says, “WHAT”! I said, “I forgot to lock the door”!

She drives back to the house. I lock the door. “WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU”?!! “WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS”?!! “WHY CAN’T YOU DO ANYTHING RIGHT”?! *Sob* “Why can’t you do anything right”? She says through tears, “Get back in the car”.
At the school
When we got to the school, I saw a huge mural of a sea pig standing on concrete laters painted periwinkle that read, HugginsU. My sister said, “You can get out here”. I said, “I’m sorry about earlier, I’m sorry for everything”. She said, “It was fine”, and that she was sorry for yelling at me and speaking to me in such a harsh tone. I walked out into the courtyard.
