"AHHHHH! "Her voice echoes in the cave. Angelo covers his ears and closes his eyes. The sound stops as she opens her eyes.

No darkness is around her. Just a manly chest is brushing against her nose. Dina pushes him and she observes her surroundings.

She heard him saying that they were going to a cave …but …this doesn't look like a cave at all. The shape of the room is like a cave; however, the inside is far away from being stoney, cold, dark, and full of spider webs, as she imagined.

The floor is clean and a carpet lays on it with its smooth fur. A big couch is behind her while if you look ahead a big window on rails reveals a small balcony if you were to pull it. The view if you are to stay on the couch is magnificent. Through the glass, you can see a valley with a river and forests as well as the mansion on a hill.

Dina is too stunned to speak. Her eyes see the shelves with books behind Angelo. An idyllic room …. she concludes after remembering what happened before coming here.

"YOU! "She points at Angelo and is prepared to punch him as she makes a strong fist.

The boy catches her fist and smiles." Calm down. Go sit on the couch!" His eyes point at the big and welcoming couch.

Dina looks and …can't lie …feels tempted to jump and lay her body while stretching on it.

"Why did you bring me here? Don't tell me you plan to keep me here locked …." Her eyes thin out and she looks at him suspiciously. He lets her fist go and she crosses her arms.

"Well, I had that thought but …no. I had another thought in the process. "Angelo steps towards the couch and tosses himself on it.

She follows him and jumps on the opposite side of the couch …. avoiding him. After positioning herself on the back with her head down and her legs up, she sees the scenery upside down.

"May I know your other thought, sir?" Her face is serious but her position makes Angelo giggle.

The vibe changes …Dina is relaxed and her thoughts are much more positive as she is enjoying the upside-down view. Before coming here, her head hurt from hearing too many disturbing things. Her being kidnapped …staying home alone …the possibility of finding the culprit of her parents' death using the badge. Too much for her …

Slightly happy inside she looks at the boy who is watching her amused.

"I wanted to …. tell you something." His eyes are fixated on the girl and the tone is somber.

Dina has an idea what is about and without stressing her out she sprouts, "About you giving me your blood?" She laughs short and continues, "I am not mad …this view is too awesome, so you better give me a good reason you did it. Don't ruin my mood."

Angelo's eyes widen and in a hurry asks, "How …did you know?"

"I fainted that time, so after a few minutes I was awake. Next time you do it make sure that I am dead, else I will find out. "Her sarcastic tone has a sad feeling to it. As if he betrayed her trust…

'Why am I even this chill? I should crush his face …but his face is too pretty …. sigh ….' Dina turns around and sits on her belly.

Angelo is in a bind. Why was she so calm? Is she fine?

Without waiting too much he crawls towards her and his hand stretches to touch her forehead. Her face is a little red from the pressure of staying with her head down.

"What are you doing?" Dina growls.

"Just making sure you are not sick …. are you ok?" His hand touches his forehead and then touches her forehead again.

"I am fine. Don't drag me around and tell me the reason. I am calm right now …not sure how long I will be." Her glare makes him feel relieved.

'She is fine …that's the Dina I know ….' He leans on the couch.

"A human is very fragile. Given your situation, turning yourself into a vampire would be the best way of protecting you. However, Faris didn't do it. He was dumb." He stares in the distance.

Angelo smirks and looks at her.

'Why did I turned her into a half vampire ?... What the heck was in my mind?... I don't even like her ….' The boy's thoughts are rushing to him as if he is trying to lie to his heart. In his heart, he knows there is a single reason he did that.

"I would have fun putting you in a crystal and keeping you around. You are always so annoying …." The boy mumbles. Her face is showing how disappointed she is. Angelo's heart is stabbed when he sees that. Angelo shifts his gaze …..

'I am an idiot …. why am I running away …always …' His face turns cold and a hint of sadness is felt by Dina.

Of course, she knew he was lying. It was too obvious. Only given the way he said that he would keep the crystal after him, showed how much he cares about her.

Dina is partially disappointed by how much of a coward he was. But looking at her she wasn't too courageous either. Her fear of vampires would never let her be honest with her feelings too soon either. When she bit him, she was pretty much aware of what she was doing.

"Well at least tell me how I transform …or just what is like to be a vampire. I am clueless…." Her voice breaks the silence and the boy looks at her, shocked for the second time this hour.

Angelo stops himself from asking why she wasn't angry knowing that he will dig his own grave.

"You are not a vampire. You are half, meaning that you can't transform into one, till someone bites you. "He gives the information like a robot and frowns. He doesn't even know how to react anymore.

Dina is sluggishly standing up and with a playful voice, she says, "Why don't you bite me? I want all or nothing. "

Angelo slaps his forehead and sighs. The way she is funny in the wrong situations is making him more and more think that she might be a certified crazy girl.

Would a normal girl who is afraid of vampires and just finds out that she is a half vampire ask something like that while she is alone with a vampire who can bring her nightmare to reality?

The answer is simple. NO! Of course not.

"I could but I just hate you too much to even try to taste your blood, although it smells sweet. Poor you … "He smirks bitterly and closes the distance between them. When his head is close to her, his hand gives her forehead a flick.

"Auch …..The heck ?!" She touches her forehead and glares at him.

Angelo stays back and looks with pride at the annoyed girl.

"You too dumb …. Get smarter! "The boy is asking for a fight as he crosses his arms and looks at her with superiority.

Dina's eyebrow twitches. She knows this is all a game and she realizes that he is trying to push the awkwardness away as much as she tried before. It would be childish to respond to it …but, he is being so frustrating!

She stands up in front of him. The boy still looks prideful but he is a little concerned on the inside about what she will do. To be honest, he was scared of her as much as she was scared of vampires. Her hits did hurt a lot and he never wishes to experience that again.

She smiles and bows as she maintains eye contact.

"You might be correct. I am dumb so please teach me a lot, sir! "

Angelo beams but his smile changes into a panicked face as the girl shows a smirk after she bows down lower.

She catches him by the ankles and pulls him around the room on the smooth carpet.

"AHHHHH! DINA! STOP! "His hands are trying to grab on something but the carpet was too fucking smooth. His face is priceless.

"HAHAHAH! YOU DESERVE IT! "Her lips were shaped in a big smile.

The room is filled with screams and laughter …..Are they in hell? A sinner and the devil …
