It's been 2 weeks since Vessalius started his personal training under the instructor Lance. He was trained hard to the bone with little water and food as much as possible in his arsenal. When it was time for food, Lance would give him lots of food. As they say, food is the source of the body's energy other than sleep. His life has been going well in the game world and real world so far with no bad things happening yet. His schedule for the month were as follows...
1st Week: Basics
2nd Week: Agility and Sensing
3rd Week: Techniques
4th Week: Accumulation
The first week for him was very easy since he trained under his father while he was young. Learning the basics was just like a recap of what he learned in books when he was in school. At the end of the first week, he fought 5 knights-in-training that are in their 50's(level). This was his gotten knowledge to himself. The NPC soldiers in every castle are also like users. They can also level up in training and be bolstered with formation, leadership, etc. Depending on the one who are leading them, then can raise their abilities to new heights and be promoted depending on their deed. Since his stats were monstrous for a level 1, he can fight on par with an average user under the level 50's. He smoothly passed them, defeating them 1 vs 1 respectively. After finishing his first week of training, he earned lots of increase in his stats.
The day today is Friday on the second week. His schedule for the week was agility and sensing training. Lance combined the agility and sensing training in one course by means of fighting. He made Vessalius fight in a group of 3 people with 2 archers as representation for the sense training. He divided the training to hours. The first 8 hours will be agility training while the other 8 will be towards sensing. The agility training was easy according to Lance so he thought it would be indeed easy. He was dead wrong. When he started his first day for the second week, Lance instructed him to always move and never stop.

"BOY, DO NOT STOP YOUR MOVEMENTS AT ALL TIMES. MOVE YOURSELF LIKE YOUR LIFE WAS ON THE LINE." yelled the instructor
"YES SIR!" Vessalius yelled back.
"WELL? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? GET A MOVE ON THEN, OR ELSE, THAT BIG FIRE BALL WILL TURN YOU TO ASHES!" again the instructor yelled.
"Eh?" was a simple and dumb reply from Vessalius.
As soon as he heard that, he saw a big fire ball in the size of a cannon. He started to run normally but when it made contact, a huge explosion occurred behind him and he was blown away because of the explosion. He looked back and there he saw the devastation.
"The power is like a grenade explosion." murmured Vessalius
"BOY, GET YOUR SORRY BUTT MOVING. INCOMING FIRE BALLS OF DOOM IN YOUR POSITION!!!" yelled the instructor
Another 'Eh?' came from him again. He saw not one but three big fireballs going towards his position. He started running for his dear life. As what the instructor said, he took the words into heart because if he stopped moving, he will be turned to ashes. He was worked hard by the instructor like a madman. Running with his life around. He thought he was being played around by the instructor but the training itself gave him lots of benefits. There were times that he thought the fire ball was way of course. The truth was, it was advanced a little to where he was going. Wherever he went, fireballs are always spot on. But due to his foresight skill, he can dodge it by changing his course of movement, almost that is.

*Back to the present*
"Remember to use your senses boy. Eyes are not always used by master swordsman and martial artist." said the instructor
At the current moment, Vessalius is blind folded. He was being accompanied by 3 soldiers who are currently attacking him and and 2 archers firing their arrows on the orders of the instructor. The soldier attacked him in a slashing motion and Vessalius decided to step back. The other soldier circled on his back and decided to do a thrust. He did a dodge by spinning himself and the last soldier attacked by performing a jump attack. He almost parried but he was in the end hit on his right shoulder. His foresight skill warned him of a jump attack coming his way but he got out of balance due to the spin he made.
"Alright laddies, that's enough for now. Let's have a break." Lance said.
"Yes sir." Vessalius said tiredly.
Lance also thanked the soldiers for their time. They went back to their barracks after giving their share of lunch. It seems the instructors lunch was a famous food around the barracks in the past but that is the story for another time.
"Feeling ok kid?" asked Lance as he gave his right hand.
"I'm...ok...instructor." Vessalius replied as he took his hand.
They sat on the floor and ate their lunch. Of course, the lunch was made by the instructors wife. Whenever Vessalius eats his wife's lunch, he was always brimming with energy.
"Instructor, your wife makes the best food ever. I wish I could cook food this great like your wife sir." said Vessalius as he gobbled his bento box.
"Lad, you don't know the half of it. I got in-love with her not because of her strength or it's because she's a barbarian. It's because her cooking is the most amazing thing in the world." Lance said as he told him more about his wife then he added a bit of praise for her strength even though he said he didn't fell in love because of her strength.
Both student and instructor talked about the training after lunch with Vessalius trying to coaxed him from telling what will be the next training be like but Lance didn't budge but only said one line. "It will be a surprise my boy." he said.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3 days passed and Vessalius is now on his 3rd week of training. If he survived this week and the coming week, he will come out stronger than ever and move on to his next training. According to his mind map, it will be a training in the library. How is this training in the library you say? Why increasing your intelligence and wisdom of course. Despite training his physical stats, mental stats are also important. When he has time in the real world, he goes to the royal road forums to learn more about the stats. He gained new knowledge and tips, news on what is happening around the world. His biggest learning was that the intelligent and wisdom stat can also increase not just in books. Apparently, doing swift judgment, decisions or making plans sometimes increase your stat. This has not yet been confirmed but the comments regarding say it's a fact. And also, learning new skills will become much easier. This was the advantage the mental stats could bring to the character.
Vessalius left the instructors house early to go to the training center to train. His character skills are getting better and better. Despite having monstrous stats for a level 1 user, he only has 2 skills and to boot, both of those skills are passive. His Sword Mastery Skill is at beginner level 8 at 75% while his Foresight skill is at beginner level 6 at 33%. He has 8 skill slots left. He read the forums that learning an active skill is very important because it will be your bread and butter for PVP (player vs player) or grinding monsters. At the moment, he doesn't know any active skills.
This story originates from a different website. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there.
"What must I do to learn these so called active skills..." murmured Vessalius while swinging his sword on the straw doll.
He also learned on the forums that learning an active skill can be categorize into 5 parts...
1. Learn by doing
2. Rewards from quest
3. Being taught by NPC's
4. Skill Books
5. Reward from training
These 5 are the most common things that gives you the information to learn skills. He knows the first one because that's how he learned the skill sword mastery but does active skills also go on this? The rest, he doesn't know yet since he hasn't gone out of the walls. Despite being a young genius, he doesn't get it despite the information being abundant to him. With a fit of rage and anger, he put more strength on his swings, destroying the straw dolls 1 by 1.
"This stupid game. I should have just become a librarian instead of being an adventurer." Vessalius said in anger
With his final swing, he (unknowingly) made a huge amount of energized pressure on his sword and did a vertical slash. What came out on his sword was a huge slash of energy instead of a normal slash destroying all the straw dolls in the vicinity. It made a loud booming sound in the training hall and a huge crevice as far as his eyes can see. Dangerous. That was the only word playing in his mind at the moment. Onlookers started to gather to look at what happened. Destruction. The training dolls, destroyed everywhere. The wall on the training hall was destroyed as if a wrecking ball has been used. They then look at the one who did. Vessalius started to feel their gazes at him. Until he heard that familiar sound
*Ding*
"Please give a name to your new skill." said the system
Apparently, he made a skill. This devastation and destruction was made due to a skill. He felt a tingling sensation and excitement. He finally got his first active skill. Due to his excitement, he clearly forgot the destruction he wrought on the training hall.
"Hmm, what should I name for this skill..." Vessalius murmured then he heard the system talk again.
"Do you want to name your new found skill 'Hmm, what should I name for this skill'?" asked the system
Vessalius was dumbfounded. He didn't know that the new skills will be named on the first sentence the user said.
"Hell no!" he quickly said then he heard the system again.
"Please give a name to your new skill." said the system again.
Vessalius quickly thought up names. It was a good thing that he started to read manga a few days ago. He read a manga about a teenager in orange hair wearing black clothes equipped with a huge sword on his back accompanied by a pair of boy with red hair wearing bandana and a girl with black hair who are also wearing the same clothes as him. He saw this one attack the orange teen boy made towards his enemies and that name was...
"Getsuga Tenshou." Vessalius said to the system.
"Do you want to name your skill 'Getsuga Tenshou'?" asked the system
"Yes." he replied
Then he heard another ding like sound coming from the system.

"Wow,I don't understand what the skill description is saying but it must be amazing." Vessalius excitedly said.
Then somewhere on the crowd, an angry voice is moving towards him, getting closer.
"What the hell is goi-..." Lance froze on his words.
Lance arriving at the scene after hearing the loud explosion, saw the devastation on his training hall. His things broken, his hard worked training course made in one day, destroyed. The pieces, scattered everywhere. To boot, there is also a large hole on the wall. He looked at Vessalius and immediately questioned him.
"Kid, what the hell did you do?"
"No, I uhh, that is..."
Vessalius due to finally having his first skill has clearly forgotten the destruction he has caused. With the question given to him by Lance, it brought him back to reality (gaming world). Before he could answer the instructor's question, a couple of knights arrived at the scene with a handsome looking one leading them from the crowd. The knights came to a halt and the handsome one came forward facing the instructor.
"Instructor Lance, I want to know what happened here. The kingdom is in an uproar." the handsome knight said
"Knight Burgeroo, honestly I don't know what happened as of yet. I was just asking my trainee what happened so far." Lance replied.
Vessalius almost made a laugh when he heard the name of the knight but held it back. For a handsome knight, he's got a name for a burger joint. Lance eyed him on the side and went frozen as he eyed back on the knight again.
"Nonetheless, I will have him take him to face the king. He must explain what happened here."
"What!? The king? Why would you take him to face the king?" Lance asked.
"The king wants himself to hear the situation. As for the suspect at question...*looks at Vessalius*, the king will judge himself whether there will be repercussions or not." Burgeroo said.
Lance gave a big sigh on what the knight said. "Very well, we will go to face the king. Give us a few minutes to prepare."
As Burgeroo gave a nod, he quickly left to rejoin the knights. Lance on the other hand gave a glare towards Vessalius. He shrinked at the thought of what could happen to him. Be executed in the gaming world by the king. He could be made a slave so that he could pay off the damage. There were many scenarios that was played in his mind but he shook it all away.
"Kid, we only got a few minutes left so I would like to know what happened here." Lance asked with haste.
Vessalius gave him the summarized version of what happened.
"I see, due to your anger of not being able to do your own skill, you unconsciously wrought out an attack like that. Then I will give you the reason why later on. For now we must go and meet the king. If we go now, we might be able to give a compromising suggestion to him." Lance hastily said
Vessalius only gave a quick nod since he was despaired. Because of him, Lance might be fired for his job. Vessalius gave a tiring sigh. He should have just did a job as a librarian. Just learning an active skill gave him heaps of trouble. A national trouble that is.
