"Who's the one? is he talking to me? why didnt he stop me? he saw me walking around with scars on my face, I must've had scars, right?" asks Hakeem to himself.
Hakeem goes where the noise is. Monroe's hollering "let me go".

He keeps backing away. Billy just can't believe Monroe would do this to him.
Billy says, "you know what man, I thought you were stronger than that, let me go and keep him here".
One of the Doctor's responds, "you got it".
Monroe doesn't know what's in store for him and whatever it is he knows it's not positive. He fights the Doctors. They're stronger than him, but they grant him a reprieve.
Billy's countenance freezes.
"He fights back when he has to, that's commendable", says one of the Doctor's as he makes a call to the hierarchy from a hidden wall phone.
