For the normal adventurer, they have the limit of how much they could kill in the labyrinth, although the labyrinth could respawn monsters infinitely, it still needs time. So for Rank 1 Adventurer, they'll be limit to a thousand kill limit per day, and the limit will increase ten-fold every rank. So rank 2 will have ten thousand kill limit, rank 3 is a hundred thousand.

But for someone normal, they couldn't even kill thousand of monsters in a day so this limit is almost nonexistent. But sometimes, there's someone special, someone, who could and can break this limit.

They're called in many names, Hero, Sage, Demon King, Slaughterer, Prodigy, Son of Heaven, etc.

And in those many names is The Slayer. The Slayer who could slay all monsters.

Another is tax, all adventurer that diving the labyrinth will be tax depending on their income. Adventurer's Guild could calculate their income from how much loot drop they sell to the guild, so sometimes they're some who would sell their loot drop in the black market.

Well, Adventurer's Guild has a way to find the adventurer who sells their loot drop in the black market, of course. As for someone like blacksmith or alchemist who wants to buy the labyrinth's loot, they need to go through Adventurer's Guild. The adventurer could give his loot drop to someone for free but they need to make the document that that loot drop is for donation.

Anyway, all of that is a pain for most adventurers.

But Johannes is special, except the income he earned from the loot drop, he could earn more by the Modifier 'Greed' so this tax thing is not something serious. Well, It's nothing serious if Johannes is having the habit of paying tax yearly.

If he wants to grow even stronger then he needs to dive even deeper to kill a stronger monster but this labyrinth's 20th floor is the end. So he needs to go to a new dungeon's town/city sooner or later.

'Also I need the money for upgrading Modifier 'Level Up' and not having to pay tax is a good way but not so much'

He could earn more even with paying tax so it doesn't matter.

'What I'm more interested in is the newborn dungeon, this Riverfall's dungeon could only offer an experience for beginner or mid-level adventurer, the loot drop has no value that much compared to other dungeons'

But what if the newborn labyrinth is a jackpot?

'Few villagers went in and never came back, normally, even if the entire party is wiped out there should be someone alive but if none of the villagers could come out, that means the monsters inside should be strong, stronger than this labyrinth's 1st floor'

His Modifier 'Greed' give more money the stronger the monster he defeated, and Riverfall's labyrinth's 1st floor can be defeated even with a group of normal villagers with no armor and weapons since Arundel is weak, but Asgard's labyrinth is the opposite. From the looks of Liliana, she's not someone stupid enough to sent unarmed villagers inside the newborn labyrinth.

'I should take a look at this dungeon if it's worth my time and money' thought Johannes.

"I can't say that I'll take your offer, but I can take a look at your labyrinth before deciding," said Johannes

"We can go to your town right aw-, no, you must be tired from traveling. You should take a rest today"

Although Liliana said that she and Johannes could go to her town right away but Johannes still has her take a rest today.
