"Hi, sir. Today's weather sure is nice right?" said Johannes while searching for something "Wow! 10 silver coins!"
"..."
"Hey, why are there 2 silver coins lying under your bed?"
"..."
"Holy sh*t! 1 gold coin!!"
"..."
"How the hell did you make 1 gold coin while living in this countryside?" asked Johannes while pocketing everything in his bag.
But although Johannes ransacks everything in his plain of sight, he doesn't even have any reaction or even has knowledge of Johannes being here in his house.
Why? Because of the power of the Attribute Board and his new Modifier.
[ Name: Johannes Vermillion, Sex: Male, Age:20,
Modifier: 1. Invisible—Normal creatures can't perceive you. ]
That's right. Johannes is invisible in other person eyes, even his voice wouldn't be heard by anyone. All of this costs him 20 silver coins.
Why would Johannes want this Modifier? Of course, it's for stealing!
There's no easier way to be rich other than stealing! In the previous world, he can't steal because the security is too heavy, and any traces can ruin his lives. But in this world, in this village, that doesn't even have a single soldier or guard. This is a perfect way for being rich!
Why doing jobs when you could steal? Why hunting when you could steal? Why earning little money when you could steal all of their money?
"Hahaha, this is so easy! Super easy!" said Johannes with laughter.
After Johannes ransacks every house, he packed all his things and ready to go out of this village. He stayed in this village for 2 weeks already, and he already bored to death by how backward this village is. So now that he has all the money he could possibly get from this village, he planned to leave for the new place.
His first destination would be Riverfall, the city of the dungeon.

2 days later.
"Thanks for the free ride and money man!" said Johannes while jumping from the carriage.
"..."
For normal men, walking between the first village to Riverfall city would take 10 days. But luckily, while Johannes walking, he found a passing merchant carriage that going to Riverfall, so he takes a free ride, free food, and free money while taking a comfortable ride to Riverfall.

After Johannes walk away from a crowd of people, he turned off his 'Invisible' and heading toward Adventurer's Guild.
Adventurer's Guild is a guild responsible for people who diving the dungeon, it's a place for the gathering of comrades, receiving quests, giving rewards, selling products, buying goods, and monsters parts, etc.
Johannes needed to sign up for Adventurer's Guild before he could sell monsters parts. Although unneeded, it's better to sign up for it than not.
"Hmm. It should be here right?" Johannes looked up the map that he stole from the previous merchant carriage.
Of course, Johannes couldn't possibly read map of the new world, but it's also doesn't take a genius to figure it out where the Adventurer's Guild is.
In front of him is a pub-like building. There's a symbol of sword crossing shield, and people who wear armor and holding weapons go in and out of this building, so he could be sure that this building is really the Adventurer's Guild.
Johannes pushed the Mediterranean half-waist door and went inside the Adventurer's Guild. Surprisingly, although the interior isn't built with high-quality materials, the design is really neat and comfortable.
And to accommodate a lot of people, there is a lot of space and services. Most people would queue in line with the counter, where the guild's receptionist is. Some would drink in broad daylight in the eating zone. Some would be sharpening their weapons or maintain their armor. Some would just look at the board where papers are pasted.
The first thing that Johannes does is went to the board where there are papers about quests.
'As expected, I can't read it'
When Johannes came to this world, he is blessed to understand other languages that he didn't learn before. But is that apply to letters or characters? Of course not.
So although he could communicate with others verbally, he couldn't write any form of letters or understand how to read although this could be improved by learning.
'Well, there's an easier way than learning the normal way'
Johannes opened Attribute Board and writing another Modifier.
[ This Modifier would use 1 gold coin, are you sure you want to apply this modifier? Y/N ]
'1 gold coin? although it's not a small amount, it's not too much for the current me'
Johannes pressed yes and he could feel the changes.
The letters that are incomprehensible at first are now readable and understandable.
[ Name: Johannes Vermillion, Sex: Male, Age:20,
Modifier: 1. Invisible—Normal creatures can't perceive you. 2. Translator—All languages are being translated. ]
'All languages? then this is a profit'
Johannes laughs a little and heading toward the counter that has the least people. After waiting for about 30 minutes, it's his turn.
"Are you going to report the quest or register as an adventurer?" a male receptionist asked.
"The latter"
"Then, please fill up this form. You can write and read right?"
"Yes"
Johannes receives a paper from him before writing his name, age, gender, profession before being adventurer, experience about killing or diving dungeon, etc.
It's not much, and he took a few minutes to fill up all of it before passing it to the receptionist.
"I've received your application. Please wait for a few days before we issue your adventurer card" said the receptionist with a smile.
"Then I'll come again in a few days"
After registering as the adventurer, he looking for the inn. There are many inns in this city, and the most popular would be the inn that closet to the dungeon. So because of that, the inn that is the furthest from the dungeon is inexpensive.
He used 20 copper coins for a night and meals, this is the lowest price for the inn in this city, not to say that the meal and room are much better than the first village.
"Hah~"
Johannes lying on the bed while feeling drowsy. His eyes are half-open at this time.
'Now I have 20 gold coins, 2 silver coins, 182 copper coins with me'
'In the morrow, I need to buy a weapon and armor, doing some quests or jobs that could secure a stable income since the weapon and armor would cost me a lot...'
'The living expenses are 20 copper coins, if the guild card took 5 days then I needed to pay 100 copper coins before I can go into the dungeon'
'I can stealing or dine and dash again, but I should minimize it since I don't know if there'll be 'extraordinary' creatures as a adventurers' or soldiers''
'After that...'
