I finally woke up, after what it seemed, like an eternity. `Did I pass out while studying?  It wouldn't be my first time anyway…`, I thought to myself, but the moment I opened my eyes, I was greeted with an unfamiliar view. An open, ever going field full of tall grass with a single tree in the distance, but I had a weird feeling. Something about this landscape seemed a bit off… 

`I mean, this surely isn't my bedroom, is It? Just yesterday I was revising for the upcoming exam, while lying in my comfy bed, and now what? I wake up in the middle of nowhere !? It has to be a dream right?` Assured, that It had to be, just a dream, I've bitten my tongue,... `Ouch! …, then, if it's not a dream, then where the hell am I!? Did I get abducted, or what?`

After realizing what was going on, I tried to think of who could do this to me. `Surely, there were many "jesters" in my school, but none of them would risk abducting a student, and then leaving him in the middle of... somewhere. They would surely get expelled,... and sued. Then this surely has to be some kind of TV show…`

After making this assumption, confused, I slowly stood up. "Hey! It's very funny, but you can stop now! - I shouted - H-hey! Is anyone there!?"

`Weird, in this kind of prank, usually there is a person, waiting for the perfect moment to tell the confused participant that It was just a prank and, right now he's in a TV show.`

I decided to just sit down, until somebody would kindly show up. And so, I waited,... and waited, and waited… and then, after 10 minutes of pointless sitting around, I got struck with realization. There is no place for the person observing me to be, without being seen.

`W-wait! There is no way that I got abducted and thrown out in the middle of nowhere, r-right?. Of course! They have to be hiding behind that tree in the distance!`

A bit anxious, I quickly stood up and started to run towards the tree through the walls of grass. "Please, someone must be there.- I started mumbling to myself, as I was running - There must be,... must be."

While running hastily towards my only hope, whilst taking in the view of this whole place and its landscape, for that whole time I had a feeling in the back of my head, that this place is weird and unusually… wrong, just completely wrong in fact, but at that time I couldn't put my finger on it and was trying to not trip over like I usually would with the amount of bad luck I usually have so I decided to ignore it.

As I was quickly approaching the tree, It turned out to be way taller than I had anticipated `An oak, maybe?` I thought, `Still, something seems a bit off…, this whole place seems… weird... if I can say so, but right now, the only thing that matters is, if this is just a sick joke,... or am I really all alone in there…`

When I finally got to the tree's trunk, I looked behind It, and saw… nothing, just more grass. And so I stood there, in disbelief, seeing my last hope, of this event being just a silly joke, turn into a fever dream. Just from the shock and exhaustion I fell over, and lied against the tree.

I immediately started taking deep breaths and slowly counted to ten in my mind, in a desperate attempt to calm myself down before I start panicking. After calming down my nerves and picking myself up, I did the most logical thing that could be done in this kind of situation - sit down  and wait where you are for someone to rescue you. It isn't like I would be able to get to civilization based on the fact that there are only straight plains going many, many kilometers outwards no matter where I looked.

While waiting, I desperately tried to think of who could have done this to me. `I'm sure that I have never angered anyone. I was just a normal student, focused on graduating from high school. I wasn't famous either, so why? Why of all people out there it has to be me?`

`Maybe, It has something to do with that email that I received last night. While I was studying, I got a weird email from the game that my brother was so crazy about,... wait, what was it called again,… minecraft, perhaps? Something like that. Anyway, he made an account on it using my email and because of it, I'm the one to deal with all spam, and notifications. Going back to that email, I opened It, and It sounded like a scam, so I deleted It. I went back to studying, and then, after a few minutes, my vision went blank. Did all of this happen, because of an email? No, surely not. There has to be a different answer to this, maybe…`

While I was indulging myself in all sorts of probable assumptions of why I was kidnaped, time quickly flew by. After a few hours of thinking, as the sun slowly approached the horizon, I finally took a glance at It, and oh my god, what I saw left me in shock, even greater than this whole situation. `The sun… is… a square!?` Completely dumbfounded, I took a better look at the tree and its trunk was also rectangular…, actually, after looking again at my surroundings, everything was cubical! Eventually, trembling in fear, I  lift up my arm up to my face, just to see another rectangle…
