Interlude
Deep within the infinite and eternal Akashic library, a pair of beings communicated. Their state of being and form of communication were far beyond anything a mere mortal could understand, yet a mortal was present to document the events as best it could.
The mortal named the first being ‘Tenebrous’, for that is what it commonly referred to itself as. It spoke, “The one of duality, the boy whom you harbored and assisted, he has finally perished, correct? He has entered the divide and survived?”
The documenting mortal named the other extra-dimensional being ‘Frank’, although he knew not why. Frank spoke next, “Yes. We have waited for eons for this opportunity, and thus far he seems to be fairing well enough. Now begins the true challenge, though. I do hope he is ready for what lies ahead.”
Tenebrous was next to speak. “He had better be!” As he spoke, the entire universe shivered in ecstasy. “There are not an unlimited supply of chances for us, and someone of his makeup only comes along once every so often. In fact, he may be our only opportunity.”
After speaking, Tenebrous radiated himself through the visible spectrum of light as well as the non-visual. His own physical form became less physical and more light-based at the moment. Although the mortal could only speculate this, since its eyes temporarily lost cohesion and melted within its own eye sockets. They quickly reformed, and it continued to document.
Tenebrous spoke again, “Will he be able to sync with the class and move forward sufficiently?”

Frank summoned the great dragon from within himself. The flames from its gigantic maw melted the air with their intensity. The scales along the body of the dragon glinted with elemental force and the darkness shrank away from all but a small corner of the universe.
The pages being documented upon by the mortal evaporated from the heat. They then reappeared as if never gone, and the mortal recorded the next words spoken by Frank, now in the form of Tianlong.
“He is freshly out of the divide, and I await his re-emergence. The next stage is set, and we only need to wait for him to arrive. The class and his powers are all arranged, and the assistant has been doing an excellent job.”
The time the two beings could stay within the nexus of one another’s domain in this place was growing short. The manifestations of impossible realities grew more intense the longer they communicated in this way.
Tenebrous blossomed into a spiraling supernova, gases and protons spilling out in an exuberant translucence ringed with dark matter and dread. Spears of blackened terra were pulled up from the broken celestial objects caught within his gravity and speared headlong into the void at his center.
However, Frank’s internal gravitational singularity ingested the darkness as well as all other physical material, including the documents and scribe. The darkness escaped the other side as glorious illumination.
The mortal was no more, but it continued to document as Tenebrous spoke, “All fate lies upon this young man and his uniqueness.”
Frank replied, “I understand, but we have exhausted all other options, I still have high hopes that he will be able to complete the task.”
With an implosion, the two beings became one and held within themselves all of what had been and would ever be. The universe and reality fused into an immeasurably dense core of mass, roughly the size of an acorn.
The resulting outward explosion lasted for billions of years and created everything.
The mortal ended his documentation of the communications between these two opposing universal elements with a single word, “BOOM!”
Then exited into the Akashic library once again and made himself some soothing tea.
