There’s a large variety of work available catering to all the various skills an idol may possess.
Although there’s merit in making all idols excel in a specific area, your current idols with their differing strengths are suited for a wider range of work.
Chigusa and Enatsu have quite similar skillsets, but Kaiba is almost the exact opposite.
You decide to send both Chigusa and Enatsu to modelling jobs while sending Kaiba to another voice acting audition.
Although a bit at odds with the idol persona you picked for her (that of a cold and strict childhood friend that’s supposed to slowly warm up to their fans), you decide to send Chigusa Iki to Isekai Cosplay so she can have her official work debut in catgirl attire.
Perhaps she’ll awaken a more playful and less strict side of herself. Who knows?
Enatsu Mari’s job was easy to pick. There’s one that almost seems tailor-made for her.
Looking at the estimated stress, you feel a little bit bad handing Enatsu such a massive workload for what is to be her first job.
However, it pays well, matches perfectly with her idol persona, and should solidify Enatsu’s image in the minds of any potential fans.
While Kaiba mostly focused on her live vlog for the past few months, she has done well in the voice-acting audition that she attended so another one of those seems like a good fit.
Besides, there’s still that secretive job offer that might appear in the future and Kaiba seems to be the only idol in your roster with the acting skills to pull it off.
Experience and fame will help her with that.
You’ve spotted Kaiba in and around the building a bit and although she doesn’t appear as stressed as she did before, she has kind of let herself go.
It’s good to see that Kaiba no longer adheres to the frilly, dolled-up version of herself that EmikoDesu55 favoured and pushed on her, but now she’s done a complete turn-around and then some.
She doesn’t seem to bother with make-up anymore and her clothing is back to hoodies and sweaters that she wears for days at a time.
Her live vlog hasn't started back up yet as marketing said it's best to wait since the scandal is quite fresh in people's minds so she's been able to get away with looking like she has.
It’s important that Kaiba Aoi gets back out there if she wants to survive as an idol.
You decide to start her off easy with the kind of job she’s familiar with: a voice-acting job at MAPPA Studio for Ushio to Tora.
