I layed in bed with Luna cuddling and having a conversation about the fallout of the battle. Celectia and Pinkie pie are in the room as well. I don't know why pinkie is here but it didn't matter. I was sir as wall hell.The rest of Twilight, Cadence, Shining and the rest were in the throne room fixing for Sombra’s trial. I was surprised that Sombra survived the fall.
“Man, that was a really ruff day. Me, Sombra and that whole battle. Oh god that was ruff.” I said.
“Yes that was ruff but look at the bright side Sam. We had little losses and none of us got killed. And excuse me I got a trial to get to.” Celesita said. As she walked out she asked. “Luna, are you coming?”
“I'm coming sister.” Luna said, hoping for the bed.
“You two go. I got something to talk about with him.” Pinkie pie said in concern.
Pinkie Pie hopped onto bed and asked. “Sam, I'm sorry about what happened.”
“About what? that battle?” I asked.
“No silly. It is just your home land absolutely destroyed and your best friend lying about it. That just sounds ruff. I heard stories from refugees losing their homes and family. But having your whole civilization just committing suicide. That just sounds ruff.”
“Well it aint that bad us humans are like cockroaches and.” I stopped myself.
“And what?”
“I just spoke wrong”
“Also having the balls to forgive her is insane.”
“Well she is a goddess.”
“Doesn't matter! She was in your head. Tarteris if I were in that situation I don't even think that I could do that. And I'm considered the most friendly pony!”
“Ya but I have one question.”

“Why are you here?”

“Well we only ment at the galla and you've probably heard I yield at her a few times.”
“Yes but I understand that. She can get carried away. Cinda like me, some ponies find me annoying. Be she’s what your kind would call. A grower and not a shower.”
I started to laugh.

“Oh. well I just wanted to say that if you ever come to Ponyville there would be a welcoming party. I mean I know that you're ant much of a party pony and usually these kind parties involve the whole town but for you I'll just keep it small.”
“Ponyville. That sounds familiar. Do you know anypony that has the family name Jak?”
“Yes Mr and Mrs Jak. Why did you ask?”
“Oh I have a friend named Vera and she has a family name Jak.”
“Is she a twin?”
“Ya she has a twin named Rose.”
“Yep Ponyville is the right home spot.”
“By the way, who in this world names a town Ponyvill that's just goofy.”
“Well long story short the apples found the place and the oldest brother named Apple Pie junior named the place. Well the capital of the Griffonian Empire’s capital is named Griffonstone.”

A guard came into the room and said. “General secretary. Yourneeded for the trial to a tend.” A massive smile came across my face realizing that I'm still in charge of the Crystal empire. I got up, put my catalyst on and walked down to the throne room. Pinkie Pie followed me. I walked all the way down there with a grin.
Once I got to the throne room I saw Grover, Crack, Shining Armor, the Alicorns, the guards and Sombra. Cadence seemed to be very pissed and Celestia looked very entertained. While everyone else seemed to just want it over with. I walked up the throne and sat on it. As I sat down I Sombra seemed to struggle but couldn't get free.
“Well then may the trial begane?” I asked. Everyone nodded their heads. “Well then. Let's keep it short and simple.”
“What are you going to do to me? Use me as an example? Torcher me for information for knowledge?” Sombra growled.
“How does everypony feel abut a execution in the fighting lines.” I asked.
“What are the fighting lines?” Shining asked.
“It's where you put a fighting squad around the victim and they use guns to shut at the same time to kill the victim.”
“When will it be held?” asked Grover.
“Maybe tomorrow morning.”
“Well, tell us more.”
“It's better to watch instead.”
Sombra was dragged by the guards. I hopped out of the throne and said.“Well, the trial is over. I have one last thing to do.”
“What is it?” Twilight asked.
“As General Secretary I will be stepping down and returning the throne to Princess Cadence.”
“Well thank you. And As my first command on the throne I decree that Sam E Nickel will be Banished from the crystal Empire. Have a nice day.” Cadence said snarkingly.
“You know that Sam saved the empire from Sombra right?” Celestia told Cadence.
“Ya but he dethroned me while I was gone.”
“Because you and your husband were gone waile the city was under attack and they needed some pony to lead them.”
“Doesn't matter he’s banished from the Empire.”
“Well I'm very disappointed in you Cadence”
“Well Sam has a week. Before being thrown in the slammer for the rest of his life.”
As Cilestia and Cadence argue. me, Luna, and pinkie went for a walk. Twilight and Shining stayed back and watched the fight and the rest left right after the trial. As we walked something popped in my head.
“Hey Luna, what happened with blue blood’s manchen?” I asked.
“Well it's been sitting there collecting dust. We really don't really need it.”
“Oo! Oo! How about the manchen could be Sam’s house!” Pinkie suggested.
“Na I already live in the castle.” I told Pinkie.
“Oh how about it could be a museum!”
“Ya that would be interesting. But I have to ask my sister to see if it’s ok.” Luna said.
After a while I got my back bag and we looped back to the throne room, then we saw Cadence facing away from Celestia. Celetia seemed very sad. Her ears were drooping and twilight seemed very shocked. Shining Armor was by cadence. It was probably one of those arguments.
“Sister, are you ok?” Luna asked in concern.
“C- can we just go immediately. We're no longer welcome here.” Celestia said, holding back her cries.
Twilight started to walk out of the room and we followed. I walked by Celestia trying to comfort her. I put one of my hooves on her shoulder and gently rubbed. Once we got out of the palace I decided to ask Pinkie and twilight. “Hey girls. Do you guys want to come with me?”
“Shore.” both said at the same time.
The royal sisters heard me but continued on. We went to the local bakery. When we were in the bakery there was a yellow cristal staelin with blue hair. He asked.
“What can we get you?”
“May I get a small chocolate cake, a small vanilla and a small confetti cake.” I ordered. He nodded his head and went to get the cakes.
“Hey Sam, why are we in a bakery?” twilight asked.
“Twilight he got cakes for Princess Celestia.” Pinkie told her.
“Oh…”
“That will be 135 bits sir.” The staelin said as he gave the cakes to me.
I pulled out my reset book and wrote everything down, then took the cakes. We walked out of the bakery and went to the train station. Once we went to the train station we met up with the princesses.
“What did you get Sam?” Celestia asked.
“Well cakes for you.” I told her.
She gave a smile and said. “Thank you.” then she spread her wings and all three of us. Pinkie Pie, Twilight, and I got a big warm hug. Luna walked in the train and soon all of us followed. Theater where Equestrian guards in the train. We took our seats. Twilight and pinkie took one side of the wagon while me, Celestia and Luna on the other. As the train left the city I took a good look at the city knowing it may be the last time that I'll be seeing it and Celestia ever sees her niece.
