Chapter 3 - Hurricane
Day 2.
Nathan awoke early in the morning, the sun just starting to make it's journey across the sky. He begun his day by staring at the ocean having his breakfast, he decided what he was going to do today.
First he had a quick stroll around the island, although it was bigger it still didnt take long to walk around all of it. There was a feeling inside him that told him he needed to make it bigger, and so he did.
He then spent the whole day making the island bigger, adding soil, plants and trees, it was no approximately the size of a football field. Even though it now looked like a lush and beautiful island it was still uninhabitable, none of the plants were edible, there were no animals, and not even fish seemed to have shown up off shore.
But he even though he was just increasing the size and not much else he started to feel something he didnt realise before, he felt that the Island Seed was growing in energy. Although it was only by a small margin, since the island was bigger definitely could feel a difference.
Walking over to the small rock at the center of the island he wanted to see the Seed to see if it had changed at all, but as he got closer and saw it it seemed the same.
After having looking at it intently for a while he just barely noticed something different, the light it produced was brighter, it was suttle as he could just barely tell but from looking at it.
Some time passed from looking at it and he felt something new appear in his mind, he felt like what he could do with the island just expanded slightly, he wanted to try it out immediately.
As his hands started glowing he looked at a place on the ground and motioned with his hands as if he was pulling on something. The next moment a rock formed, he kept pulling as he continued to grow larger until it was the size of large car. He started to the same around him but only making smaller rocks.
Not before longer there were a variety of rocks on the island, some were placed on the beach and going into the water making it a nice place to stand and look down into the water.
Where he placed the largest rock was also some all tall rocks and he felt like he could so something new, he extended both his hands grasping the air and lifting, the ground inbertween the rocks started to rise and created some elvation.
"Now with all this it should give the island a bit more character."

Day 3.
Today felt some new power within him, he could now mould the island more to his liking, before when he did something it just spread out around him, the island was more or less a circle. Now however he could add details to rocks, trees and even the island itself.
With this he stretched out this islands edges, now he made a moon shaped cove within the island, sheltered from the oceanic wind the waves were calmer inside.
He also elevated the land on one side of the island turning a beach into a small cliff. He made overhangs on some of the larger rocks in the center of the island creating natural shelters.
"Ah!"
An idea popped into his head, with all the rocks, elevated land and expanded island it was getting a little harder to find the rock with the Island Seed. This gave him the idea to mould to rock into more of a podium, with the Seed shining sitting atop gloriously.
After making a rough podium, without him doing anything the seed shone brightly, then the stone shone as it smoothed over the patters from the Island Seed now wrapped around the stone making it stand out. The light from the rock stop but carvings of the patters made, it was truly a magnificent thing.
After admiring it for a moment, he continued on with his work.
Using some elevated land and some cleared out space he made a small stream and a pond, the first resource he had made that would allow him to survive. It was a stroke of luck as he had started to run out of the water he had within his backpack, but now with this flowing stream he could relax again.
As well as fresh water, edible plants could now be found as well as coconuts on some of the trees.
"I can't wait to try some of them when they're ready."
He was excited, death was slowly getting further away and he was confident that he didnt have to worry.
"There's nothing that could go wrong as long as I have this power."
Once Nathan was done basking in his power he then decided to start work on a shelter, a Hamock is great and all but he needed something else.
Slowly but surely he started to get some wood and fibres to make a shelter, this put things back into perspective for him, as although he could make an entire island and had everything he needed, he still had to go out and gather everything and put in the effort to make it. He could survive but he still had to work, it wasn't going to be a free ride.

Day 4.
Nathan awoke today with a shiver, unlike other days it felt cold as a strong wind was passing through. Looking to the sky it wasnt clear blue skies like usual, dark grey clouds filled the sky.
Small water droplets started to splatter on his face, gradually increasing inside and speed.
Before he even knew it, it was already thrasing down with rain, he was getting assult from all sides, winds trying to throw him around.
*BOOM*
*CRASH*
*CRACKLE*
Lightning struck nearby as thunder roard throughout the sky, a hurricane decnded upon his little island that was not even a week old.
He ran for cover like he was in a war zone, charging to the rock which had an overhang trying to take shelter within.
Even beneath the overhang didn't feel safe, but with the power of the Island Seed, he could actually do something about it. His hands glowed and the rocks stretched out wide around him encasing him, only leaving a small entrance where the the wind still came into.
Next was to dig inwards, he expanded out the interior as well as downwards creating a fairly spacious cave.
It was dark, he could barely make anything out apart from the gloomy light from the entrance, but at least it was safe, this is the only thing he could rely on.
Nathan remained there in a huddled position quitely waiting for the storm to pass. He was waiting for a long time.
