“I see, then from now on, I’m under your care.”

“Likewise.”

After saying those words, I continued to stare at Jun and he returned it with his gaze.

The night became silent as we locked our eyes together.

When the silence became unbearable, I tilted my head and said.

“So, is there a free room I can sleep in?”

“...”

He turned his back to me and started to walk upstairs.

I don’t really know why he wouldn’t answer back to me.

If this was the same house as mine, there should be at least 2 more vacant rooms.

“Hey! I know there are vacant rooms in this house! I’m asking you if I can sleep there!”

He still continued to walk without looking back.

It seemed like he doesn’t want me to sleep in any of the free rooms.

“If you don’t want to give me any rooms to sleep in, then~ can I sleep together with you? Hehe.…”

I searched around to look if there was another person in the house.

I didn’t find anyone behind or beside me, so I faced him again and tilted my head.

“I don’t see anyone here.”

Jun covered his face with his hand and let out a grand sigh.

“Nevermind… I won’t allow you to sleep  with me. Go sleep in my mom’s room.”

“Please let me sleep in your mom’s room.”

He nodded a few times before he told me to follow him.

When we arrived at our mother’s room, he handed me a key and with a serious face, he said.

“This is my mom’s room. She’s currently working abroad, so you can use this room temporarily.”

“Thanks.”

He walked away and entered inside the room besides mine.

Shortly after the lights in his room were turned off, I entered my chosen room.

I looked around the bedroom and found that it was exactly the same as in my memories.

A simple room without any decorations.

The bed had a plastic covering over it.

There’s also a large wooden closet that didn’t have anything inside it.

I walked towards the bed, removed the cover, and folded it before placing it on the floor.

I plopped on the bed and stared at the ceiling.

“As I expected… I’m really such a beautiful person.… Haa~”

“Although he looked a bit unkempt, messy, and tired, the beautiful features of his face really were the same as mine.”

I slowly closed my eyes and just as I was about to go to sleep, I suddenly remembered something.

I started to form a new goal in this body.

I tightly clenched my fist as decided a goal in my mind.

Suddenly a very angry voice reached my ears.

“I said shut up! DO YOU WANT ME TO GO THERE AND TIE YOU UP!?”

“I’m so sorry! I’ll be quiet, actually no… I’ll sleep now!”

I closed my eyes and let my consciousness drift away.

I suddenly woke up.

I walked towards the window and looked at the sky.

It was still dark outside but because I wasn’t sleepy anymore, I started thinking of what to do.

Since I felt thirsty, I went down towards the kitchen.

When I arrived at the kitchen, the scene I saw was really horrifying.

Canned goods laid everywhere, a mountain of unwashed dishes was piled near the sink, and bags of trash were scattered everywhere.

“What the…”

I was utterly shocked at the scene that unfolded in front of me.

“How did it become like this!? Is this the reason why he looked so haggard last night? I need to clean this or his beauty will be affected.”

I quickly opened a kitchen drawer and wore the apron that was inside.

I made a cloth into a headband and faced the kitchen, then started cleaning.

I glanced at the clock and found that it was almost 8:00 in the morning.

I quickly completed my preparations on the dinner table and headed towards upstairs.

I lightly knocked on the door of Jun’s room.

No answer.

I decided to lightly knock on the door again and still there is no answer.

I tried turning the doorknob, and I was right!

I quietly opened the door and saw the same terrifying scene as in the kitchen.

His shirt laid everywhere, boxers hanged on the wall, and a pile of boxers was placed in the corner of his room.

I paled at the thought that he was sleeping in this kind of room.

Slowly, my gaze wandered towards the bed and saw a scene that didn’t match the room.

A male sleeping beauty was sleeping on top of the bed.

I could hear my heartbeat when I saw him, without me knowing, my face was already close to his.

I became entranced by his sleeping face, my sights then locked on to his red luscious lips.

He quickly carried me out of his room and closed the door.

I stood up and lightly knocked on his door again.

“I forgot to tell you that breakfast is ready! Quickly go downstairs and eat! You’ll be late for class if you don’t hurry up!”

I then walked down the stairs, sat on the table, and waited for him.

After a few moments, Jun finally came.

“Now that you’re here, let’s eat our breakfast M-Y-D-E-A-R.”

Something small suddenly flew and hit my forehead.

I rubbed the painful part while tears formed in the corners of my eyes.

“Don’t ever say those words again…”

I wanted to refute him but the atmosphere he exuded prevented me.

Jun quietly walked towards the table and started eating without thanking me for making it.

I pouted at him, but still sat in front of him.

“Ittadakimasu…”

I started carrying the food towards my mouth while glaring at him.

Jun quickly ate his food without looking at me and finished his food when I was still half done.

He carried his plates towards the sink then headed towards the door.

“Hey! Aren’t there any words of thanks for me?”

“Ah… Thanks for the meal… It was delicious…”

I gave him a big nod and flashed him my biggest smile.

Without turning towards me, he quickly marched to the door.

“Have a safe trip~”

“...”

Bang*

He slammed the door as if he wanted to quickly get away from me.

“Hehe… he’s a really shy person... “

I headed towards the dinner table and finished my breakfast.

After eating, I started to wash the dishes while humming a tune.

While enjoying that thought, I decided to clean the house.

Although the living room and the hallways looked clean, I’m quite sure he had never, ever cleaned the house.

Thinking that I’m up for a tough challenge, I started my battle against the filth of Our house.

“Haaa~ I’m finally finished with cleaning most of the house…. only Jun’s room is left.”

Carrying a broom and a bucket with a damp cloth, I twisted the knob and slowly opened the door.

The scene that I saw was still very horrific.

I knelt down on the floor and started folding and arranging the scattered clothes.

Then I made his bed and wiped the floor using the damp cloth.

A stash of photos under his bed caught my eye, so I tried taking the photos out.

What I took out from under his bed were photos of women taken at very risque angles and poses.

I swallowed my saliva and continued browsing his stockpiled photos.

I stared at the pictures for a while until suddenly, a thought flashed into my mind.

I stood in front of a mirror inside his room and pasted one of the photos beside it.

My skin was really fair and from my estimates, the height I possessed was around 144 to 146 cm.

The sound of objects falling to the ground suddenly resounded inside Jun’s room.

I tapped the door of his room with my hand and without waiting for his answer, I started talking,

“I’m sorry if I did something Jun. I’ll be downstairs making dinner.”

I then slowly walked down the stairs.

When I arrived at the kitchen, I started preparing dinner.

A few minutes later, Jun came down with a scowl on his face.

“Forget what you saw in my room.”

I presented the dishes I made in front of him.

He made a surprised face as he saw them.

I prepared the table, placing dishes, forks, and spoons.

When I was finished setting up, I sat opposite of him, feeling a bit angry.

“Why didn’t you help me?”

“Cause you looked like you didn’t need any.”

I puffed my cheeks and pouted at him.

He ignored me and then started eating.

I watched him eat when the thought I had this morning floated into my mind.

I started eating while my free hand rubbed my tender forehead.

Like this morning, Jun quickly finished his dinner but unlike what happened earlier, he praised the food I prepared before he left and he walked upstairs.

I was left alone in the dinner table again.

I ate the food in silence and when I started washing the dishes, Jun went down.

“What were you gonna say anyway?”

“Well, I was gonna say that we kinda looked like a newlywed couple.”

I finished washing the dishes and went to my room.

“What are you doing?”

Jun’s angry voice woke me up from my trance.

I faced the direction of Jun and found him walking in the bathroom with a towel covering the lower part of his body.

My body trembled as I felt an electricity course through my entire body.

My body moved on it’s own and dove towards Jun.

The hug I expected to happen was stopped by the palm of his hand.

I then laid down on my bed and closed my eyes.

Suddenly, I am thinking of Jun’s sleeping face.

I tossed and turned in my bed, trying to stop thinking about his face.

No matter how hard I tried, Jun’s face would always get in my mind, so I decided to sit on my bed.

I then thought of going to Jun’s room and take another look at his face.

I went outside of my room and tried opening the door of his bedroom.

(Tch! It’s locked! Then... the only other place I can enter is through the windows. It’s a good thing that this house has dormer windows.)

I quickly ran towards my bed and opened the window.

I carefully placed my foot on the roof of this house and slowly walked towards the window of his room.

When I was close enough to touch his window, Jun’s hand suddenly appeared from the darkness and grabbed me.

“What are you doing?”

“...”

“Were you trying to continue what you did this morning?”

“I don’t remember what you’re talking about.”

Snap*

A snapping sound could be heard, I focused my eyes and found Jun holding some rope.

I felt that it was dangerous, so I tried to escape towards the window.

Jun grabbed my leg and started binding my arms.

I didn’t want this to continue, so I tried with all my might to escape.

“Jun?”

In the midst of my struggle, a familiar voice resounded in the night.

The owner of this voice was somebody who was together with me since my childhood.

“...Cate?”

I inaudibly muttered her name and faced the neighbour’s house.

My eyes met hers and that single moment felt like it lasted for hours.

“You’ve finally stopped resisting!”

A rope suddenly wound itself in front of me.

“Okay! Okay! I won’t look again anymore! So please don’t tie me up!”

“Too late for that!”

“Hey Jun… Who is she?”

Jun and I simultaneously turned our heads toward Cate.

I shivered, seeing her emotionless face and blank eyes.

Jun seemed to also feel the same sensation as his face quickly turned pale.

“Tell me Jun… who is she?”
