"Mia Parker, you dare hit me??" I screamed huffing, holding my freshly slapped burning cheek, looking in disbelief that she slapped me, my big sister, who always naively believed my every word, she just slapped ME??

What the hell is going on?? I had everything planned; I even brought Lucas here; he was waiting outside for her to come so she could be punished and be thrown out by Tobias or, better yet, killed.

Lucas and I set the trap perfectly. I just needed to come upstairs and warn Tobias that I saw Lucas outside, and that would be enough to set Tobias off, but I wasn't expecting the reaction she actually did.

"So what if I slapped you? You deserve it! And you are not worthy to call Tobias by his first name!!" Mia said and slapped me again! What in the world is happening?? How can my quiet, naive and obedient sister react like this? Where did she get the guts to hit me? "Why did you hit me? What is wrong with you, I just wanted to save you from making a stupid decision!" I tried to turn the tables around, so I continued, "Mia, I know you are mad, but today is your wedding day, you cannot ruin the Grays and the Parkers just to elope with your lover!"

I saw Tobias coming towards us, looking confused as to what was happening, I put up my best puppy eyes, looked at him and said "I just wanted to prevent her from making a mistake, to stop her from eloping with Lucas and instead she hit me! Please Tobias do something, she is angry with me even though I tried to help her!".

To my surprise, Mia nonchalantly wrapped her hands around Tobias, and with a smile, she said, "My beloved is right here, so tell me, who should I elope with?"

I slapped her hands away, "Mia! Stop pretending!" I turned to Tobias, "Tobias, Mr. Wood already caught Mr. Lucas, we are waiting for you to deal with it!". Tobias nodded and he started following me to where Lucas was.

Mia:

They caught Lucas? Good, I want to show Tobias that I have no intention to run away anymore, so I asked if I could come with them too, but he misunderstood me, he pulled away from me, asking "What now, you want to see him huh? Fine, you can come as well, but don't regret when you see him", I nodded and we went downstairs, finding Lucas all beaten up and tied up with a rope, screaming to Tobias's guards to let him go. "Mia was the one who came up with the plan! She was the one who seduced me! She said that Tobias was cruel, ruthless and sadistic! She begged me to save her! I just had a lapse in judgement!"

He was scared to the bones, and he had the right to be; Tobias was indeed cruel, but this time I didn’t cry and beg them to release him. Instead, I was just coldly looking at him in disgust.

But of course, Leah had, as always, something to say. "Mia, how could you say something like that about Tobias??" I started walking towards Lucas, but Leah grabbed me and stopped me. "Are you seriously going to save him?, I removed her hands from me and continued walking towards the beaten-up Lucas.

All of a sudden, Tobias yelled, "Mia Parker!". But I didn’t react, I just continued walking towards Lucas. "Lucas.." I said, but he interrupted me.

"Tobias, please listen to me! Hear me out; I had nothing to do with it; Mia made me do it!!"

I slapped him as hard as I could, I could hear everyone in the room gasp. I smiled.
