*Stomach Rumbling*
‘Great now I’m hungry and there’s nothing to eat in this God forsaken forest’
I know complaining is not going to help but really there’s really nothing much else to do. Tree there, bushes there, grass over here and way over in the great beyond is just over grown mangroves. This forest is not even colourful at all. I mean come on where’s the vibrant beauty of the forest with its bountiful of colours provided by the different flowers blooming.
Well I guess I have annoying birds as company, so I got that going for me at least. Birds that are blue in colour with a shade of grey on their wings and near their neck are fluttering from tree to trees and chirping at each other for who knows how long. Honestly if I don’t go crazy by the time I get out of this maze of a forest, I’d personally give myself a medal and a pat in the back.
*Chirp Chirp Chirp*
I see one of the blue bird observing me, perching itself from one of the many tree branches in the forest.
“What do you want?” I narrowed my eyes at the innocent looking bird.
Then the bird chirped at me in a questioning way.
“Hey!! I’m walking here. Mind your own Goddamn business, you stupid blue bird” I shouted. My voice echoes across the forest but see if I care about that. The blue bird thinking itself fairly clever cackled and laughed at me. I narrowed my eyes at the damn bird. It’s really tempting to use my ability on these damn annoying creatures.
They were fascinating at first, seeing them fly for the first time, but honestly they are overstaying there welcome.
Thinking about using my abilities got me very excited. Of course not the fact that I’m going to use on the damn bird. I would never abuse my power like that. What I’m excited is the fact that I can manifest a bow made out of ice just by willing it. I don’t even need arrows, each time I pull the bow string, it generates its own arrow out of nowhere. I can either summon or unsummon the bow at will and that doesn’t cost any energy points. Every time I possess Ashe’s champion ability, it changes some of my appearance such my hair and clothes.
Right now I’m wearing a grey tight jeans fit snuggly on my sexy legs, white trainers, white polo shirt and a grey furry jacket. Those are the clothes I woke up in. When I use my ability my hair changed to white and clothes turn black with a hoody attached to it and a golden colour embroidered around it. It honestly looks damn cool.
Now thinking about it, I don’t even know why I release the ability. Possessing the champion does not cost any energy to keep it activated at all. Oh well I’m not in any danger at the moment so I’m not worried. What’s worrying is the energy regen, it’s simply too low. Its 5 energy per minute. I wonder if I can increase that by putting more points in my energy stats.

I have been walking for hours now. The sun is setting and I’m nowhere out of the forest. The forest is slowly getting darker and the damn blue birds have taken off somewhere. As I can’t hear there chirping anywhere. Hours ago I would have said Thank God but right now, I sort of miss the annoying little critters. *Sniffle*
It’s eerily quiet and it’s creeping me the fuck out. I’m here paranoid at being jumped at imaginary monsters, except the monsters might not even so imaginary. Who knows what kind of abomination this world has produced. This is not fun. I regret everything. God you can even take my powers back. I just want my comfy, untidy room.

The forest is now completely dark and I’m walking slowly and carefully listening to my surrounding. As a precaution I have decided to use my ability.
“Champion Ashe Activate” I muttered while concentrating on Ashe’s essence in order to possess her ability. The transformation then it occurred in no less than a second. Changing my black wiry hair into a long snow white hair. My clothes replaced by the black hoody and the black pants with the gold colour embroidered at the hems and around the neck area.
I smirked, my previous fears forgotten momentarily, but that didn’t last for too long despite knowing the fact I have been infused with Ashe’s ability and skill while possessing her. So I’m not bragging when I say I’m a good shot right at the moment. You could even say I embody the essence of the Frosted Archer Skills. Her stats are my stats after all. Mwahahahaha
Sensing something with my enhance hearing, I could hear grunting noises, my Archer senses is tingling. I can tell they are more than two creatures heading towards where I am. From what I can tell it shouldn’t be long till they arrive here. Looking in one of the bulky bushes towards my right, I shuffled quietly, my leather shoes helping with dampening my steps.

Now hidden behind the bush, I peered towards my surrounding, the grunting noises now coming closer and closer. With my heart hammering against my chest, I clutched my chest using my right hand in a poor attempt to calm my nerves. This might not turn out to be enemies, just travellers. Fingers cross.
Dropping my hand and quickly summoning the Icy Bow, I close my eyes in a final attempt to come to terms with the situation.
‘Come on Meru, you can do this. Breathe in, breathe out’
Without warning six humanoid creatures dropped in the clearing where I just was fifteen minutes ago. They appeared to have been travelling by jumping from trees to trees. Five of them seems to be surrounding and protecting a clearly larger humanoid monster. ‘Is that their leader?’
They appear to have dark grey skin, black eyes, instead of a nose they have two slits to breathe from, very pointy sharp claws and long fangs protruding out from their mouth. The larger humanoid creature however is taller and have bigger body compared to them, his claws are longer about twice more compared to his underlings. Instead of black eyes, the leader has piercing red eyes.
They seem to be searching for something, I observed from hiding spot.
The leader sniffed the air, turning his head left and right.
‘What are they looking for’ I wonder. I was very fascinated and at the same time terrified at this weird creatures. I wonder what they were. I’m guessing they are Nocturnal Hunters, as they never appeared during the lighter hours.
Suddenly the leader turn towards my hiding spot and I immediately froze on the spot.
“Don’t tell me, don’t tell me” I whispered with a shaky voice.
‘They can use their sense of smell to search for preys, just my luck’ I cursed.
Adrenaline suddenly kicked in and that helped me get over my fears very quickly. Quickly springing into action, I pointed my bow towards them, generating an arrow with my left hand, swiftly putting it on the bow. I aimed and shoot five arrows in a matter of seconds at the leader but his five underling sensing the killing intent from my arrows, place themselves in front of their boss deflecting some of the arrows with their sharp claws but two of the arrows hit the two of them squarely in the head and died.
This is not going to be easy. I might as well bring down this underlings first.
“Volley”
Activating my second skill, 9 icicles as big as my arm fired out from my bow and hit the two more of the underlings. So there’s only one underling and the boss left.
Seeing the one underling left bleeding from his arms, it seems one of my icicle arrows has hit him. His grunts from the pain made me smile sadistically.
Out of instinct I ducked and I could hear the sharp wind from behind me and then quickly pain.
‘Shit the boss’ I cursed.
‘I didn’t notice that he disappeared’
The underling sensing an opening, lunge forward with its remaining claws. Seeing the attack out of the corner of my eye, I kicked at the earthy ground, using that momentum I charge towards him, barely dodging his claws as it scrape my cheek.
Hitting the underling in the chest with my right shoulder, the creature flew backwards and I quickly tumbled forward five times and despite being slightly dizzy from that manoeuvre I turned around immediately and activated my second skill volley.
The attack caught the underling and the boss off guard. Killing the underling instantly as three arrows hit his head, mouth and chest.
The boss however only has scratches on his skin from the attack. He looks incredibly pissed.
‘Shit, this does not look good for me’ I muttered.
Without any more prodding, I proceed to attack the boss with arrows and I noticed his charged towards me has slightly gone down. I remembered isn’t this the effect of my passive ability, Frost Shot?
Suddenly without warning my First skill activated and a barraged of arrows littered the boss body. His howls of pain echoed across the night.
Finally he went down.
I breathed a sigh of relief. With the adrenaline quickly wearing off, the fatigue hit me hard.
I remembered I used quite a lot of energy, dispatching this monsters.
Bringing out my stats, I looked at my remaining energy left, there seems to be 35 energy left.
Sigh no wonder I’m so fatigued.
Blue box suddenly bombarded me with messages.
