Book 1: Chapter 16 : Dream World

I had just come out of my stupor, but what I saw when I woke up astonished me, I was in what seemed to be a bed. Where am I and is this all real?

I was about to inflict a wound to get out of this state when I saw that I had hands. Wait, it's not possible why do I have a human body? So I pinched my hand and a scream came out of my mouth. It's not normal, the pain is real. But where am I? With the noise, I had just made I heard someone behind my bedroom door.

Suddenly my door opened and I was shocked to see an older version of Lou.

Me: "Lou is that you?

Lou: How dare you call your mother by her first name.

Me: My mother?

Lou: Of course I'm your mother, so hurry up and get dressed, you've got class in an hour."

As I was getting dressed I wondered if my life as a snake had been a creation of my imagination.

Me: "No my snake life is real, what I'm living now is a lie but I have to find a way out of this place. "

As I walked down the corridor to take the stairs, I saw different pictures of me embedded in the walls. The first picture was of me as a child with Lou and Marcel. There were a total of 17 photos, one for each year of my existence on this planet. I went to the last one to see what I looked like now. I was about 5.7 feet tall and had long curly black hair and a little beard.

I'd just come downstairs when Lou stopped me.

Lou: "I have to go to work so take the bus or you can ride your bike to school so you can get home early tonight.

Me: Understood. "

I was now alone in the house and I still had an hour before the bus arrived so I had to search for clues in the house during this short time.

I had just finished my cereal and went in search of something specific. The latter was my cage but as we were no longer in the old apartment I had to search the attic. The strangest thing I felt so far was that I had memories of all my years as if I had always been human when I had never been one.

Whatever sent me here even created memories and an identity that I shouldn't have. So when looking for my cage. Just as I thought after turning the whole house upside down, no sign of my cage. All that was left was the attic.

As I was about to go, I noticed that I had to leave to catch my bus. Too bad I'm going to see you tonight. As I was getting on my bus, I made sure I got in front of it so I could be alone.

At the third bus stop, my best friend Isaac sat next to me.

Me: "Can you leave me alone for a short time, please.

Isaac: Okay, but only if you tell me the reason.

Me: I think about the meaning of life if our life had a real purpose. Isaac: You and your existential questions I will let you think, Mr. Wise Man. And he left, laughing at me. "

If you stumble upon this tale on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.

As he was now gone, it was calm again so I opened my bag to see that she was running I had Latin and French today interesting perhaps Latin will help me decipher the message that had been transmitted to me and written by the individual who had taken control of my body.

I had arrived in front of my high school and walked into the French room. I had a class with Ms. Craponne.

Ms. Craponne: "As you know, the French conjugation is much more complicated than the English one. We conjugate our verbs with two tenses but the French have 16 tenses. So today we're going to focus on the present. "

Isaac: "What did we do to have classes with this language that will bring us nothing in our lives.

Ms. Craponne: Do you have an intervention to make in front of the whole class, Isaac?

Isaac: No ma'am.

Mrs. Craponne: Then stop talking. I'm taking someone to conjugate the verb eat from the first group. "

The author then yes as if French wasn't complicated enough there are three groups of verbs:

1 the verbs of the first group which verbs end in -er

2 the verbs of the second group which verbs end in -ir and if we conjugate at We, we will have an ending on issons.

Finally, the third group where there are all the other verbs and verbs ending in -ir but not ending in issons with We.

The head of our class, who was Jeanne, raised her hand to go to the blackboard to write the answer.

Madame Craponne: "Go ahead, Jeanne. "

Jeanne picked up a chalk and began to conjugate the verb in the present tense of the indicative.

Author: There are several French presents, but I don't think you're interested in that.

I eat. Je mange.

You eat.  Tu manges.

He eats.  Il mange.

We eat.  Nous mangeons.

You eat. Vous mangez.

They eat.  Ils mangent.

Mrs. Craponne: "Zero mistakes perfect. Open your book and write the lesson that is on the board on the example that we have right here."

The lesson was quite simple it said that the verbs in the present tense are all formed from the root from which we took out er; ir; or re and we added the endings which are:

1 group: e-es-e-ons-ez-ent.

2 group: is-is-it-is.

3 group: s-s-t-t-ez-ent. But beware there are many irregular verbs in the 3 group about 234 but more than 350 if we count the verbs composed of an irregular verb.

We will now write the verbs have and be and the class will be over.

      BE

I am.  Je suis

You are. Tu es

he is. Il est.

we are. Nous sommes.

you are. Vous êtes.

they are. Ils sont

Exemple : My brother is kind. become Mon frère est gentil.

    Have

I have. J'ai

You have. Tu as.

he had. Il a

we have. Nous avons

you have. Vous avez.

they have. Ils ont.

Exemple : My parents have a new car become Mes parents ont une nouvelle voiture.

Mrs. Craponne: "Class is now finished for tomorrow. I just want you to learn this lesson because I'm going to choose one of you tomorrow and give you a grade. "

I pulled out my agenda and wrote my homework. Then I left for the course that really interested me and it was Latin, but before that it was recess.

I met my friends in the playground and as always we discussed manga.

Isacc: "I'm fed up with French lessons, it's too complicated.

Me: Just because you don't listen and you prefer to have fun.

Isaac : Well, we come to school to have a bit of fun, you're too serious, you should relax.

Me: I don't think it's good I have to go to Latin because it just rang.

Issac: You madman.

Me (As I was leaving): If you say so. "

Here I am finally in front of the Latin room: I was going to find the answers to my questions I will be only when I enter this room. Finally, the door opened.

In the Latin course, we will have a real translation.

I will give you a random Latin sentence and I will translate it.

Uxores quas Phileros in agro condidit multam pecuniam ei reddunt means.

The women that Phileros buried in his field are making him a lot of money.

All the sentences that I will use I have already translate them with my teacher but I can also create a new one but I will not know if the sentence is 100% right.
