The arguement of those two people outside was so loud I couldn't sleep anymore. FIrst thing in the morning and this is what I hear. I guess even in a different world,tehre will always be situations like these. I left my bed and went to the two people arguing outside of my room.

"Um miss, what is with the noise? Can you please explain it to me? I'm sure there are other people that are getting annoyed with the arguement you're having here."

"I'm very sorry costumer! This girl suddenly came in looking for you. She said that she has to tell you something.

"Where is she?"

It seems that she hid around the corner the moment I stepped out. I think I've heard that voice from before. I should call out to her and ask her what she wanted to talk about.

"RIka? Is that you? If it is, why are you hiding there?"

"Good morning Shawn, I was hiding because I thought you were angry at me for waking you up so suddenly."

The staff lady left us then we went inside my room to hear what Rika has to say.

"Well yesterday while we were in the forest everyone of them killed monsters until they were level 15 and they saw a poster for the Imperial Magic Knights exam which has a requirement of just level 10. So naturally they thought that they should take part in that exam."

"One more thing what about the other students that were also sent here?'

"I think they joined our classmates to take the exam as well. I'm sure their level whould also be as high as our classmates'"

Considering twhat the old man said from before that all of us had high Magic Power, I would't be surprised if all of them passed that exam.

"Well thanks for telling me thast Rika. I've got nothing to do anyway so I'm going back to sleep."

"No wait! You said that you were level 2 earlier right? Is it alright if I hel you grind levels? I promise I wont get in your way."

I'm pretty sure that I should be that one asking that. She's 10 levels higher than me and I'll definitely be a bother to her.

"It's because it's very boring being alone espacially now that our calssmates left."

I'm alright being all by myself but she's different, I guess I'll accompany her. It's a win-win.

"She's my first party member, I hope I wont drag her down too much."

I went outside and locked my door then put the key inside my bag.

"I haven't eaten breakfast yet, how about we eat together? I don't have a lot of money right now, so sorry in advance."

So we went downstairs and ate breakfast by the bar there.

"Rika, how did you get that much money in just one day?"

"When I reached level 11, I got 1 gold. The other one was when i reached level 12. I think it's a little reward for your hard work."

I should've known about this from the start. well that's okay now because she's ehlping me later.

"I see, I guess I now have a proper reason why I should start grinding levels."

After eating and paying for breakfast, we went outside the inn and talked about where we'll go.

"So where should we go?"

"I think it's best to go to where you grinded your level yesterday."

"You're right, let's go!"

I wonder why she is so enthusiastic about this, maybe she really is just bored.
