Walking down the town square while eyeing the buildings I simply asked myself.

"I wonder where are all the other students are? It hasn't even been one day and I already don't see them here."

Right after what I said I came across a bar and heard shouting from inside it.

"Come on! Fight me! Let's see what you got!"

"You're kidding me right? You're just a newbie here, are you an idiot?"

"The hell with it! Why should I be afraid?!"

I didn't know who's voice that was but I definitely know where the owner of the voice was. I entered the bar to see if what's happening.

No matter what world they are in, their attitude never changes. From social media to everyday conversations, they are still very toxic. (lol)

Opening the door, I immediately see broken bottles on the floor and the drunk student rampaging. I went to the bartender and asked him.

"How was he able to get that much money for drinks? He should just be getting started as an adventurer."

"Well, before he started drinking he told me he was able to defeat a lesser boss monster, and he was awarded quite a lot. You seem to be related to him, is he your friend?"

"Ah no no, just someone I've seen earlier today."

If he was able to beat a monster like that on his first day, he must be very strong. The problem is, he should've invested some of the money to make his life easier than using it for drinks. Well, not that I have the right to judge him.

"Hey you kid, is this guy your friend? He's got a lot of nerve to try to pick a fight on his first day here. Tell him to take back what he said!"

The other man noticed me talking to the bartender and shouted me those words while I was watching them.

"No, you're mistaken, I'm on my own and I don't know who he is."

"Don't give me that! Your weird clothing's are look similar you're just avoiding the problem!"

How in bloody hell did this turn into my problem?

"No, you're wrong. Our clothes may be similar but are entirely different! Don't group me along with someone like that, surely there are others that has similar clothes as him. Vent your anger on them not me."

"Hm, very well if you insist, you're going to leave then leave. Otherwise just shut up."

I'm not even saying anything, how am I supposed to shut up? The beer must be getting on him too.

"I'll just take my leave then, have a good night."

I left the bar ticked off for what just happened. At least I know what kind of people hang around at the bars. I should make a memo to not go there too much.

The night was still early and I was getting a bit hungry. I went around to look for something to eat.

I found a stall that was elling something that looked like skewers. I check it out.

"Excuse me! May I know what these are?"

"Welcome customer, these are various meats and vegetables that are roasted on a stick., Only 50 copper per piece!"

"I'll take three!"

"Thank you so much! Come again!"

After getting the obvious skewers and my change, I walked around more while eating. Then something entered my mind.

"I don't have a place to sleep, I have to find a place to stay for the night!"

That's right, I forgot that it's just my first day, and got dragged in by the fact I'm in a fantasy world.

"I wonder if there's an inn nearby?"

I looked at my watch and it displayed 7:30. Maybe I should find a weapon to use first rather than finding an inn.

I walked towards the part of the square which had shops that were selling various items.

"This should be a weapon shop."

I looked around and quickly saw a shop that seemed to sell weapons. I entered the shop.

"Excuse me, is this a weapon shop?"

"Indeed it is esteemed customer! Come on in and have a look around! You have a first time buyer discount, buy now!"

"Thanks, I'm looking for a bow and some arrows, do you happen to have some?"

"Indeed we do! Have a look, we have an iron bow and a full quill of arrows for just 2 gold and 30 silver. Since it's your first time I'll give it for just 2 gold!"

That definitely wasn't a bad deal.

"May I hold it? I'd like to know if it's weight will be perfect for me."

"Sure thing, here you go."

After handing me the bow, I felt it's weight to be nice. And since it's iron, it will last longer than a wood one, and there's already a quill included.

"Alright I'll take it! One more question, do you happen to have a crafting and blacksmithing skill?"

"It seems you've done your research, indeed we do have some, I'll give then both to you for just 1 silver!"

"Please do, thanks!"

"Thank you too esteemed customer!"

I left the shop with the bow and arrow on my back and the scrolls in my bag. With all I've bought today, I only have 1 gold and 1 silver left. Hopefully it's enough for one night.

I looked around and saw an inn by an alley and went inside. I saw the staff and asked her.

"Excuse me, how much for a room for one night?"

"Good night customer. That would be 35 copper. Alternatively, you can stay for three nights for 1 silver."

It was cheaper by 5 copper of course I won't turn down that offer.

"Then one room for three night please."

"Right away. Your room number is 51. Have a good night, and thank you very much."

The staff wrote my name down on thetlist and I got the room key and went to my room. As of now I could only think about sleep right now as I was practically walking around the entire day.

I entered my room, and placed all my belongings on the table and looked at the bathroom. It already had a towel inside, how convenient.

"I should take a bath right now and call it a day."

I took a bath and changed clothes. Then I took out the scrolls that I bought and opened one. After opening the writing glowed, burned, then disappeared. Then something suddenly entered my head. I took out my Card and saw another skill in my passives.

I opened the other scroll and the same thing happened and it also appeared on my Card. I was a bit excited because I only experienced this while in front of a computer, now I'm the one that's learning the skills.

The only reason why I bought these were because I plan on making a weapon in the future. Probably a crossbow if crossbows are still not invented here.

After placing my Card back into my bag I hit the bed remembered everything that happened from this morning.

"Depending on how things turn out, I may or may not find a way to go back. But I should just do what I can to live in this world."

After setting my phone to alarm in the morning, went to sleep hile thinking.

"I wonder where are my classmates? I hope I see them again tomorrow, I'd like to have them on my party."

My quest still has two days left so I should be able to eat back the money if I'm lucky. And my first day as an adventurer enden in such a short time.
