My name is Shawn Martinez, an average high school student. My daily life is just going to school, going home, do my hobbies, repeat. Today I was running late for my first subject, and to make it worse we have a quiz on that subject and it was raining really hard.

"What the heck, is my luck really that bad?"

I could only say those words because not only it was raining, but also there's no bus to ride on.

After about 10 minutes of waiting at the bus stop, one finally passed by. I immediately got inside and told the driver where I'm going to and I also told him that I'm very late and need to get there in about 5 minutes.

I got off from the bus and rushed to my classroom as fast as I could.

I went inside and I saw my teacher already there, he looked at me and said, "Mr. Martinez, it appears you're late again." The rest of class laughed a bit at what he said.

"It can't be helped Sir, it rained really hard and it took a while for me to get inside a bus." I honestly told him what happened.

"I see, well then, take your seat. The quiz is about to start."

I sat down on my seat and prepared myself for the quiz.

The teacher gave us the quiz and after reading it, I noticed something. "Crap, only half of what I reviewed for is on this piece of paper!" I screamed internally because I only know half of the answers on this quiz.

45 minutes later. 

"Time's up! Exchange papers with your seat mates!" The teacher shouted.

I barely made it in time a rashly exchanged with my seat mates for checking.

"Shawn Martinez, score 30/50"

"Crap."

The teacher collected the papers and left the room.

My clasmate, Paul, went to me and said "Dude what happened to you man? You got the lowest score today."

"Uh, half of the questions in that quiz, I didn't have any idea how to solve it."

"Oh I see, what the!?"

I bright light in the shape of a circle appeared in the middle of the room, as well as a bunch of strange figures I can't read.

I shouted, "What the heck is happening!?" "Everyone, get outside of the classroom right now!"

But it was too late and we all lost consciousness.

When we woke up, we weren't inside our classroom anymore. We are inside a large chruch like structure. I surveyed the surroundings and I saw a lot of people that are also wearing our uniforms and other students from other schools

"I have a good and bad feeling about this.." I muttered softly as I looked around.

Then on what looked like a pedestal of sorts was a man who looked quite old. He smile and said "Welcome everyone, my name is Rast, and this world is named Magica Mundi!"
