My head was hazy my body burned the pain felt unbearable my blood stained my clothes I felt my feet being dragged on the floor as I was being carried I was able to open my eyes barley and looked to my left and right, I was being carried by those red men and they had Chavez too it felt like we were being dragged forever the road burn tore through the bottom legs of my pants and tore parts of my shoes off I didn’t have the strength to keep my eyes fully open so I just closed them understanding the position I was in, the dragging carried on for what felt like a hour when it stopped we were tossed onto the ground the impact forced my eyes open looking around I could see several people lined up, my commanding officer, the executive officer and other high ranking figures across the fleet all including others who had seemed to put up a fight the red men forced everyone to their knees then she appeared I didn’t get a good look when she attacked us at first but now she stood tall in front of everyone a tall woman with long black hair a pale yet tan skin her uniform was tidy with black primary colors and shining sliver as ascents her hat looked like something a old school officer would wear, it was black and red, she drew he sword as it hit against the ground red sparks went everywhere the nerves in my body shouted danger, one of the officers broke free of their red man’s grip and began to sprint away, she swung her sword at him cutting him in half, dead in a instant a red man walked up to the dead officer and put a device on the back of his head it made drilling sounds leaking blood some of the other officers held panicked and struggled but halted their protest when she pointed her sword at them the blood from the officer dripped off the blade the energy from the blade made it bubble up the red men put the machines on the heads of the other officers they began to scream from pain as they moved back and forth struggling the woman lowered her blade as I looked up at her I caught a glimpse of her face, large ruby colored eyes that glowed like the moon itself, her head shifted towards me noticing that I looked at her, the red man holding me shivered a little as he punched my head making me look down the officers stopped screaming, I initially thought they may have died but it seems the devices were done and stopped working the woman then addressed us all, humans are quite interesting, you hide your thoughts, knowledge, and dreams whilst you pray and beg for peace and yet you couldn’t stop your bloodlust for your own kind… don’t see this as a war, that would be misleading this is a extermination of your entire species the knowledge we have just extracted from your brains will tell us whatever your species is hiding, any bunkers, military bases or anything else that interests the queen now belong to her, now that you have all served your purpose I shall personally execute the death penalty on you for being such a miserable species, she moved all the way to the left starting with the commanding officer she raised her sword and decapitated him, his head rolled on the ground all I felt was fear in this moment this was how it would all end I could hear to my right Chavez chuckle, what could be so funny in this moment? I asked in a depressed tone, you know he said I didn’t think I’d die like this ya know? How were you supposed to die then I asked he responded with a smile on his face, smothered by some sexy woman until I can’t breathe, I laughed a little, really? That’s how it’s all supposed to end for Chavez? I said still smiling, can’t be much worse than being decapitated, so then how was Jacob supposed to die? he asked in a hopeful tone. Well Chavez, I responded, I would have liked the slower life maybe die old surrounded by friends and family after living a good life, Chavez laughed before he took a little bit more of a serious tone, you think I would’ve been there Jacob… I was taken back a little by the sudden change, no doubt brother, Chavez chuckled a little before taking a sigh, well… maybe in the next life… our moment was interrupted by a head rolling past us when I looked up I met her eyes again, her smile soured as she looked down at me, she raised her sword I felt it cut through the wind as she raised it blood from the others dripped down onto me, maybe in the next life brother… I closed my eyes ready to accept my fate, in a instant the night sky blew up with a large bright light before a voice echoed captivating all that heard it, the only thing everyone heard “That’s Enough”
