Ch-10

The whole situation looked like an evil young master misusing his power to make this old man suffer. People’s whispers could be heard inside the restaurant.

As for Allan he could only find this troublesome and concerned about the image of the previous owner for how it could be so bad.

With all this happening man approached them, he had long yellow hair with a dark skin tone and razor sharp eyes and facial features made him look both dangerous and experienced in his line of work.

He stood in front of Alan, with a serious look on his face he looked at him in trying to scare the shit out of him.

“Is there any problem, sir?”

For the outlookers it was an entertainment worth gold as it was not everyday to someone fighting with a nobel.

“Yes, the dish needs more salt, so I wanted more salt. Is it a crime to ask for more salt?” said Alan with the same straight face without being bothered by the looks of the man.

“ hnmm, it look like this to me”

With this he directed his killing instinct towards Alan.

“ He did not even wait for me to finish my sentence and started to apologise out of nowhere, I didn't even tell him to do so .”

The irritated look on his face made the man frown. Everyone's eyes were directed towards the old man, as his decision would change the outcome of the incident.

“ well unmm he certainly only said that the dish need more salt”

With the realisation the man again on his knees apologising for the misunderstanding he caused and for the ruckus he caused from all the other guests.

The crowd started to disperse with the commotion being brought to an end. The old man excused himself after making the meal in the house as an apology.

Now only the man and Alan were left there alone, awkwardness could be sensed between them.

“ I am sorry,” said the man with an embarrassed face. Alan simply nodded, with this incident came to an end.

“He doesn’t look like the rumours said to be, he even managed to stay calm even under my killing instinct”

Little did he know Alan's heart was about to come out of his chest, alone with his stare.

I lived to see another day was the only thought currently on Alan's mind. He was sure if by any chance made one mistake his head would have been rolling on the floor.
