In every world, there is some sort of power. Whether through means of knowledge, magic, money, status, or weapons, every world has power. In the world which I created, power spread everywhere. Some world-makers tend to focus on one though, especially when the world is that of "story" status. As a "game" world maker, I had sprinkled power everywhere, but "story" worlds were much harder to mess with, explaining my inability to leave the city. Luckily, finding power in "story" worlds only required finding the "characters."
As I've drifted around the land of Taireah, I've heard bits and pieces from the background characters around me. Names came to me through their conversations. At a police station, I heard the names Hisopen Karr and Neuire Moddes. Apparently these two have been known to solve cases in crime. If the story world I found myself was a mystery novel, I would most likely find myself investigating those two. On the other hand, I overheard the names of upcoming writers, Iter, Harry Ballman, Gentrei, and a runner-up named Illate. Likely, if the author of this world had some meta idea in mind, I'd bet my money on those characters being important. The most promising, though, is the story of odd events occuring around a student named Heyn. Obviously, supernatural events are the first place to look when it comes to searching for main characters. Luckily, the detectives of this world seem to be on the lookout for him...
