Side Story 1 : Austina Schloegn

The last summoner has been slain. There are no more summoners remaining in the multiverse.

The Princesses cannot meet each other. Even when they managed to purge the Rebels on their world, they can't do anything to the other worlds anymore.

Their enemy is too cunning. He manage use their weaknesses to strike their Master down. Now, they came back to their own worlds as a last ditch of effort of their Master to save them.

That has been a year ago. Now, Austina felt sad anytime she thinks about that. Her inability to save her Master from the hands of that guy causes her grief. It comes to her dreams and disturbs her sleep, sometimes waking up with a scream.

She also felt wielding the blade is useless now. The Rebels of their world are no more thanks to the myriad of Masters that helps their world along with them years ago.

She still have the Princess Factor, but she doesn't know if it's any useful. The negativity of this world has been purged so what's the point of wielding a blade?

She passes her days on the Royal Castle, thinking about the times with her Master. Their bonding and adventures along with the other Princesses.

It is over. There is nothing they can do other than live their lives to their respective worlds and hope that the Rebels doesn't appear in this world once again.

----------------------------------------

One day, a prophecy has been made. It is talking about the last summoner who is secretly alive all along.

The Will of the World has bestowed them knowledge about their new summoner. A high school girl by the name of Kamigawa Aozora.

She is the one who will defeat the Rebels and liberate the Multiverse from the threat of negativity.

With this news, Austina's motivation came back. Her eyes shined with determination as she pick up her blade again. She started swinging at the back of their courtyard, learning all the techniques that she haven't used since that day.

For the day that she is summoned, she is preparing to serve her new Master. And then, she will make sure that she won't let her die, even if it costs her life.

----------------------------------------

The Will of the World has notified her of the summoning. She has come to the throne, giving her farewells to her family and her friends. Her elder sister looking at her happily as she nodded to her.

After that, she kneeled, prepared for her departure to another world.

She is elated. She can finally meet a new Master.

The Master is just a newbie so she will patiently wait for her to mature. And after she mastered her powers, they will begin going around the Multiverse and saving it from the threats of those Rebels.

And, if given a chance, she will avenge her former Master.

But even with those thoughts, her priority is mixed by something else.

'Even if she can't master her powers, it is still fine. I just don't want her to die!'

The guilt of helplessness, of letting her Master die has been deep. She can't move on from it. So with this new chance, even if her new Master is stuck on that new world and decided to flee from her prophesied duties, she will still follow her.

Just to make herself feel better. Just to give herself a satisfaction.

It is the only thing she can think of to atone for her helplessness. For being unable to save her Master.

She wanted her new Master to stay alive more than their sacred duty. It is a lot more important to her.

Those thoughts keeps her moving forward. It is the only thing that is driving her to this extent.

The light shines through her and she only closes her eyes while staying on her kneeling position. After the light dims, she can feel the presence in front of her. A connection between them takes root within her, making her realize who is it.

It is her Master.

A smile forms on her lips as she gave her first speech for her new Master.

"Milady, I am Austina Schloegn, the one who will aid you in your journey."
