After feeling comfortable enough, they ride through his cart, much to her chagrin, and moves on the streets.
It only took a few minutes until they arrived at a large two story building. Honestly, it looks like a mansion in her eyes.
There is a plaque on the wide entrance that she can't read, but she predicts to be saying as the Adventurer's Guild.
She moves out of the cart and didn't feel that dizzy, thanks to their ride being slow.
Before they entered the wide entrance, Sherman excused himself for a bit as he took his horse along with his cart to the side. It seems like he is going to park it besides the Guild and there are some people on that place who seems to act as the guard in there.
After he talks at them for a bit, he came back and led them inside the building.
Going inside, Aozora's first impression of the place is that of a bar. Then it quickly turned into a postal office after seeing the array of reception desk on the side, and a large notice board on the other side in the corner. There are some chairs and tables here and there where people can use to wait or just converse to whoever.
Sherman goes straight to a reception desk and the two of them followed. After they got there, he steps aside and gestured for them to step forward.
The receptionist, a beautiful blonde lady, faced them and gave them a smile. "Welcome! What can I do for you?"
"These two ladies wants to register as Adventurers. I'll be the one paying."
"I see. Please wait for awhile." She turned her back and take something below the desk. After that, she came back with two papers and two ball pens. "Can the two of you write?"
Aozora looks at the characters on the paper and quickly see how she can't understand it. It seems like even Austina can't comprehend it. The two of them shook their heads.
"I see." The receptionist's tone seems to have gone a bit flat. "Well then, please tell me your name, occupation, race, and level. Other descriptions are optional."
"Level?"
She really didn't mean it, but she unconsciously said that, causing the receptionist to look at her incredulously.
"Yes... can't you see your Status Screen?" Her tone is a lot more flatter now.
Aozora stared at the receptionist, thinking what is she talking about. Before she could talk back, she immediately held herself back as she thinks about it carefully.
'If she is talking about levels, then it is that right?'
She heard some people using those terms, even the bandits that they encountered awhile ago. She have an inkling what they are talking about.
"I am Level 1." She decided with that.
"Occupation?"
".... None?"
The receptionist stares at her again before she slowly turned her attention back to the paper.
After that, it's just a series of simple questions which they quicky answered. After awhile, the receptionist did something behind the desk before coming back with two metal plates.
"This is your Guild Card. Possessing it will enable you to use some of our facilities or it can be used as a substitute for citizen ID. Please don't lose it because reissuing it will cost you 10 Silver Coins." She gave a bow. "Thank you for joining us, I hope you have a fruitful adventuring life."
Aozora just nodded at her while Austina returned a polite bow to her with a "Thanks" as a follow up. Then the two of them looks at Sherman, nodded at him, before they finally leave the place. While going to the cart, Aozora is staring at the card in intrigue.

As stated, it shows what was questioned of her awhile ago. Though the level seems to be excluded in it.
"Oh right. What about the rewards for those bandits?"
Sherman widened his eyes at her prompt before he palmed his face. "I knew we are forgetting something!"
----------------------------------------
After going to the town entrance, talking, and verifying their claims, they finally got the reward for those bandits. They got a total amount of 8 Silver Coins, which seems to be the standard award for no name bandits.

After that, Sherman offered to pay for their lodgings. They accepted and now they are in a modest looking inn.
Sherman entered first and called out to someone there. After awhile, a middle age woman arrives and talks to him for a bit.
"Hey there!"
"Oh, it's you." She looks at the two of them. "And you brought two beautiful ladies. What's the occasion?"
"They are my escorts."
Austina steps forward. "It is nice to meet you, my name is Austina Schloegn and this one the Lady I served."
"Ah. Are you nobles perhaps?" There is a hint of nervousness in her tone.
"You may say it like that."
They look at Aozora and she simply answered with her name.
"It is nice to meet you too. My name is Martha. Here, come in." She turned her head back, looking inside the inn. "Rody! Take care of the cart here!"
"Okay!"
After that, she led them inside.
----------------------------------------
After a hearty meal, the two of them are now inside their room.
Aozora is looking at her list of games as she laid on the bed, though on Austina's perspective, she only looks like she is looking at the ceiling.
'Let's see... I only need 1,000 EXP to unlock one of the games here. The prices of the other games might increase if I choose one, so I wanted to choose carefully.'
She raises her hand and scrolls through the list of games with a swipe of her hand.
While that is happening, Austina is cleaning her blade with a wet cloth, a wash basin filled with water besides her. There is also a dry cloth besides her, which is pretty obvious what's the purpose based on what she is doing.
She glances at her Master and saw her doing those weird hand swipes and gestures. Though she didn't question it.
After awhile, Aozora's eyes focused on one of the game titles. She picks it up and paid the required EXP amount before looking at the other game titles.
As she expected, the cost of the other games increases. Every game titles needed 5,000 EXP to unlock.
'This is a good discovery. Knowing that this mysterious panel in my vision increasing the cost of those games is an important one. I won't have to get surprised anytime that happens!' She nodded to herself before closing the panel mentally.
Then she opened her new game. The new game that she bought is a game titles Chaos Child.
Chaos Child. It is originally a Gacha Game, but because the battle is automatic with barely a need to operate it, she considers it an Idle Game. The game has been created in Japan, and is pretty popular that it got it's twelve episode anime adaptation, manga adaptation, and even a light novel adaptation.
To summarize the synopsis of the game, it is a post apocalyptic one. Phenomenal beings known as the Disasters overrun the world and destroyed every common sense it have, breaking the laws and letting chaos seeps through reality. Most people died and only some survived by adapting to the Disasters surrounding them. These survivors are known as the Chaos Child.
As to why she picks it, it is because most characters on that game are broken. They have abilities that can outright defy the laws of physics, and some of them even have a conceptual basis.
While Austina is strong, she thinks someone from this game will be able to help her greatly.
She looks through the functions of the game, seeing it's beautiful and gloomy graphics. The game really gave an atmosphere that gives an impression of bleakness.
'As expected. Most of it changes...' She frowned.
Chat function is gone, and also the stages and story modes of each characters. Only some of the functions remained and she have an inkling that there might be some changes that she is not seeing yet.
She goes to the Gacha and see that, at least she have a free roll. Just like the original game.
'But why only one roll!? There should be other benefits for first time players!' She mentally protested, her nose scrunching up with her lips pursed.
She shook her head and decided to get on with it.
She pulled up a roll and see the animation. Some high tech vault opening it's many sliding doors until a silhouette of a person occurs.

"Oh..." Her summons look at her curiously.
She just ignored it as she stares at the character that she got.
'Nahmat! The freaking Sustain!?' She felt excited about this.
She wanted to summon her right away but managed to hold herself back.
'I can't. We're still in the middle of our travel. Sherman might get suspicious!' She sighs. 'Well, I'll just hold onto her for now. I'll summon her after we got to our destination.'
She turned to her summon who is just done cleaning up her sword and sheathing it in it's scabbard. The princess notices her stars and gave her a smile.
"Are you done, Milady?"
She just nodded at her. As she made a yawn, she felt a bit drowsy. "Okay... I think we should sleep now." She closes the panel in front of her eyes before tucking herself in the blanket.
"Yes."
With that, the two of them slept without any trouble.
